Friendly staff and despite restrictions due to Corona nice ambience.

The Hotel has a very good transport links, so that you can get there easily without a car, public transport, anywhere. Nice staff and the Breakfast, which you can book to, was very good. Conclusion: good price / performance ratio. Rather critical. The Parking situation at the Hotel, the existing car Park, with 17€ / day, for hotel guests only, pretty expensive.

This hotel is incredibly clean, modern and has an insanely good location. The staff at the reception are competent and friendly. The breakfast above the roofs of Berlin is the highlight, the view is wonderful the selection very good. I would come back immediately. Absolute booking recommendation!

Really surprised on how nice this hotel is, the room was really really big, clean. Maybe they could make it a bit more fancy, but it's not really needed. The bathroom is of a very decent size, when you put on warm water it doesn't go randomly to colder and warmer… The staff is really nice, haven't had my breakfast yet so cannot comment on this. But considering how often I have been disappointed by 3, 4 star hotel, I really recommend this one.

At first I was only gonna give 3-4 stars but that was based on the A/C not working. It turned out it was our fault because while the A/C control display is on, you have to hit a separate button to actually turn it on. Breakfast was good — nothing special. Parking garage is tight but we managed to get in / out without any scratches. Overall the hotel has a pretty cool vibe, all the service folks were nice and there are quite a few good restaurants / bars within walking distance.

The hotel is very centrally located on the Kudamm and is very well maintained and quiet, despite being on the road. The windows are very well insulated. Air conditioning provides cooling on warm days. Highly recommended.

Was absolutely fine. Great service at the reception and very attentive at the bar! Had booked three days and extended it for another three. Once, the bar was too for operational reasons. Secondly, on a total of 6 nights (two times 3 bookings there were also two bookings), I would have been happy about a change of bed linen. Thus only 4 stars. I would be back! (Grut to Magda and Rony and thank you for the support! )

Great hotel in a great location at a great price! The front desk, service and the room were perfect. The room had a very tall ceiling and huge windows. It is decorated with taste. The beds were very comfortable. The location of this hotel is amazing. You are at a walking distance from all the major tourist attractions. You can also just stroll about the area and admire the beatiful architecture and parks. It's in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty to see. Will definetely stay here again.

4 not 5 because when I asked for a knife to peel my fruit at breakfast they said no. I then asked if someone in the kitchen could peel it for me they said no. As a mainly vegan this was very frustrating. Nice hotel.

So everything you need… and more. Room clean and modern. Reception is fast, friendly and competent. Breakfast attentive, very nice and friendly. Behind the house there is a small garden with loungers for rest and a bar of course. The location is very good (if you don't have to be right in the middle). So I'll come back again. Thanks to the team of 101!

Hotel OK, breakfast super (however with €16 expensive). Service weak, smoking rooms are supposedly standard. So be careful when booking!

Beautiful place! Staff very friendly, the Hotel is big and the room was also quite big. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows for sleep, they were very uncomfortable and thin. But I will recommend this hotel :)

Very Modern Hotel. Rooms are big but plane. Rooms are quiet. No coffee machine nor tea in the room. Nice breakfast cost extra. Rooms to the courtyard have a little blaconey.

Budget rooms do not have much more than one bed and a small but chic bathroom, but all the rest (service, bar, offer, …) was excellent. I'd like to come back here, thanks.

The breakfast offer and the quality is excellent. The room is clean, spacious, modernly furnished. The arrangement of the furniture is not optimal for every room floor plan, e. G. The space between the open wardrobe and the bed is too narrow and also the space in front of the sink makes one blow-dry your elbows when you blow your hair. This can be overturned.
But what I find unacceptable for a 4 star hotel is that I could not have my drink booked at the hotel bar on my room number because I am a participant in a group booking. So I was forced to go back to my room to get my wallet. So the first thing you assume is that I'm not willing to pay just because someone else pays my room booking. The employees were very embarrassed by this circumstance. I have assured the service that I do not blame him and also tipped. I can only say "pfui" to management. I will pass this on to the tour's organiser and advise you to stop offering the hotel.

Had a very nice single room, which was very modern equipped (even with air conditioning). Very good service and friendly staff. When I visit Berlin again, it will definitely be back in this hotel.

and the breakfast for 16 euros I find too expensive… the location of the hotel I find great, bus stop at 100m distance, S-Bahn approx. 600 m.

Really fancy retro style… great ambiance, in the heart of the city and still quiet. Super spacious rooms, comfy mattresses and the breakfast was delicious… great choice and plenty of everything available. The safety aspect is also well thought out.

Centrally located, lots of shopping, shops for shopping and one is in the city and is in a short time where you want to go! There are also excursion destinations, plans and brochures designed in the reception! Rooms very clean, cozy, nicely decorated and also the staff is really very friendly, professional and helpful even with stuff they don't belong to their activities they have helped me! I would stay there again, I would recommend it to anyone!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean accommodation, beds large and comfortable. Beautiful view from the rooms on the 6th floor. Breakfast and parking must be booked. Parking and Breakfast each, per day approx. €16. Great shopping facilities not far away. Bus and subway train in the immediate vicinity.

Spacious high ceiling rooms with large windows. Even without carpeting to dampen noise, the place is quiet. Room comes with hand soap, body/hair wash combination, hair dryer. Located on the main road near plenty of cafes, market and shops (also across the street from organic shop).

I stayed with my girlfriend for two nights in the hotel and can only comment that the bed or mattress was really hard and uncomfortable.
The room itself was really nice modern furnishings and very large. A small highlight was also the bathroom with the huge shower!
The optional breakfast was very good and left nothing to be desired. The staff was also very friendly.
Actually I would give 4-5 stars, but the bed is such an important part of a hotel, unfortunately I can not do that. I can recommend the hotel anyway.

Attended a training there. Service was okay. The room was small but adequate for our event, but seemed cramped due to the low ceiling height.
The negative was that there was only one toilet for men and women on the floor. You had to stand up.
The small snack was also good with fruit. There were water and oranges — as well as apple juice to quench thirst even during FoBi.
Not outstanding, but no catastrophe.

Nice hotel close to Messe area. Public transport — bus stop in front of hotel, two S Bahn stations in walking distance. Parking for cars in underground hotel parking. Rooms in industrial style. Shower and toilet in one bathroom but very clean. Surprisingly good breakfast — tea kettles and big variety of tea available. Never seen in continental Europe. Unfortunately no hotel restaurant, just a bar. Friendly staf on reception.

Good, practical, close to the Lidl supermarket so that one can go for small shopping. Perfect breakfast, though not included in the standard price it is worth every cent paid.

I only was there for a christmas party last year and I had a good time. There was food and it was good. I have to drive past this hotel on my way to work and back home and I always see a lot of people going in or coming out there.

Our wedding reception was held at the Ku'Damm 101 and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! The staff did everything to make our day feel fantastic and stress-free. Spacious facilities, gorgeous views and delicious catering for a reasonable price. Special shout out to our event manager Julia D. Who communicated with us throughout the whole process and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be!

Really nice hotel — close to loads of nice restaurants and the train station is only a short walk away. The room was lovely and had no issues during our stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with a vast range of hot food, cereals, bread, meats and cheeses and a selection of fruit juices and teas. All the staff were lovely and helpful, recommending places to eat near to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again in the future — vielen dank!

Rooms were quite small and not suitable for 2 people. We had twin beds, very hard beds and some really bad pillows. Breakfast included, was quite bland, boring and not very adventurous. Got the job done. Very good parking facilities, although not free.

Nice and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast with hot food, a big variaty of bread, nice cheese and cold cuts. The only thing that made me give this hotel 4 stars instead of five is the reception staff. The don't seem to like there job and it shows in the way they work. Not even a hello when we checked in and not a God bye when we checked out. Very bad when you are the face of a hotel.

Nice room, clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Aircondition and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffét was fresh and with many varieties, and the staff was so serviceminded. Bus stop just outside the hotel. I can absolutely recommend this hotel! This was our first visit to Berlin but we already plan another trip.

Nice Hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms, staff is very helpful and speaks english. Wifi is good. 2 supermarkets nearby, and a bus stop. Starbuck not far from hotel, 10min walk. If I attend Berlin. I will stay there for sure.

My favourite hotel in Berlin. Not only is everything well OK — all-inclusive free Wi-Fi (! ) — we have also the impression everything is fitted, not only as a smooth guest check factory but that the staff really care about the well-being of their guest. So everything you would expect from a multi star hotel has arrived – and time to time is also improved. The distance to all Sehenswurtigkeiten is to complain about nothing — just a railway station Westkreuz is away Halensee and from then you have the Einbinding to mid, Spandau and pot dam. West city is only a short bus ride away. By Adenauer (about 500 m) you go to the airport. Who about prefers only one thing — harder cushions, kan take a better. Tip: View to the breakfast room good 7th floor.

Quiet Hotel (room overlooking the backyard), simple and pleasant furnishings, bedding in good condition.
We had breakfast in the local bakeries.
