Rooms are high ceilings and nice shower room. Old lift but working. Stairs large but need a tidy. But the breakfast is excellent and the best ever. Has garden area also. Staff are friendly. Location is good 2minutes from S-Bahn nice area.

Lovely room and decoration. Super friendly and helpful staffs. The location is closed to the bunker tour (cannot remember its name), hop on hop off bus, and subway.

Lovely hotel, next to one of the biggest lanes in Berlin, with great stores and restaurants and what not. The breakfast was great, not always as fresh as I'd like but there was plenty to choose. The coffee is delicious by the way. I can obviously only account for my room, which was kinda small, especially the bathroom. But the bedding was changed ever day and the view of the 'Innenhof' was great.

Location very good, Reception very friendly, Service Staff at Breakfast in terms of Friendliness with lots of Air up, Baking Buns also not so great, All together ok.

I like this hotel because it is centrally located yet quite quiet, especially the rooms to the courtyard. Beautiful old building, good mattresses and freshly renovated small but clean and modern bathrooms. Like to come back again and again!

The cleanliness was good. The equipment left something to be desired. Even at the buffet, I was unfortunately missing little things like scrambled eggs. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Which I can't say of one on the phone in front of it when booking. But since we had a voucher, we are, of course, still there. All in all okay.

Nice hotel in a good location to Kuhrfürstendamm, friendly staff and clean rooms. Our bathroom was refurbished, a little small, which I didn't find so bad. The breakfast is very good, but you must not go too late, then one or the other is out of hand.

The hotel is nicely furnished, but the shower did not work properly, the ventilation was too noisy and in the dining room was a small noise setting which is why I can only give 4stars.

Great mix of guesthouse and hotel, breakfast class.

The breakfast was amazing: lot of diverse food, for every taste, bed was very confy and the room extremely clean. Also the staff helped us with all we needed. The location is great, near a lot of international restaurants where you can eat great food. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the reception is open only until 9 PM, so if you arrive later than this hour, let them know about it so you can schedule you arriving properly.

The location is good and the breakfast (almost) very good — for an scrambled egg you should pay, but otherwise it is plentiful. The rooms are nicely decorated, but sometimes very small. The bathroom is about 4 sqm in size and has a partial shower curtain. My room had a really disgusting carpet — spotty and stinky, so I could only sleep with the window open. Other rooms on the floor are better. So, here you can sleep, but you have to have luck with the room.

Realy well placed (as in close to the shoping district) and the food was great even if the selection was rather smal. Beds were a solid 7 and the staf were nice.

Does what it is supposed to do. Breakfast is included and pretty good. The bed was okay, but the sheets were a bit warm for the time of year. Maybe some lighter sheets would be nice. Friendly staff and overall pretty nice.

The hotel is equipped with reception rooms on the ground floor and 2° e 3° floor of the building, but this poses no problem as the lift is comfortable and functional. Fabulous breakfast, rich and full. Quiet, optimal cleaning and absolute discretion of staff that you have to readjust the room at times well away from the exit of the guests.

Friends rooms were very clean, tidy and modern. Breakfast was also very much choice l.

Very nice hotel in a side street of the Ku'damm dam. Building has much charm and attention to detail, not to compare it with the countless beds castles in Berlin to the sufficient are. Breakfast €8 p. P. Is very varied and very tasty.

Helpful friendly service, clean and elegant. I just wish they'd clear out the rooms of the stale old 'Nana' perfume smell from the last guests. It does attract more seniors than young people. Otherwise location was within walking distance of train station but a very long walk from the Bundestag!
