Adequate value for money. Free parking outside the door. Rooms are clean and functional. Ideal for a night when you're in transit.
The reception was very friendly! In my opinion, however, dogs have nothing to look for in a reception office. Even if they were good. Doesn't go at all. Sorry, but so is.
Those who arrive later can check in to a terminal.
The bathroom is purposefully tiled up to under the ceiling but also clean.
In the room it was very very warm, so I had to sleep with the open window otherwise I would be literally "boiled off. " The noise from the street didn't bother me. The bed was lonely comfortable.
Wi-Fi is free.
The guesthouse is not accessible!
Privately, I wouldn't stay here, but for professional reasons I would be back at any time. It is just a guest house and not a hotel.

Very friendly staff, very clean room and equally generous of room volume. Since I had a room to the arcade, I almost feel like on vacation. You could sit comfortably outside and enjoy the evening atmosphere.

Good place to stay: you'll have a small kitchen for you only (at least in some rooms, can't tell about all of them), it is possible to check-in automatic kiosk near the entrance. Electronic cards used for entrance. Not far away from city center (but it's just my opinion, I'm using a car), and parking near Gasthaus is free. Free internet, TV, refrigerator, stove and a kettle in your room. I arrived late, around 23.00, and faced a problem while check-in in kiosk — my reservation was not confirmed and a card wasn't issued automatically. I called a number shown near the kiosk and they helped me within a few minutes. Thanks for the stuff! No more problems while staying. Yes, it's not a 5-star hotel, but it's one of the best around if we talk about price/quality ratio. Room doors are just a name. You'll hear every single step if a persons going near even if they think they do it quitly. No sound isolation. If you want to go to an old city center, look for a free parking or park'n'ride parkings. All parkings inside city are not free and most of the time you can only park for maximum 2 hours. Don't forget to have a real bavarian beer :) You're in a hear of Bavaria, the best beer of the world is born here.

Location a bit odd, room ok, nice&clean. Self checkin after 8pm.

Guest house predominantly for professionals. The location is not optimal between road and railway tracks, yet the value for money is unbeatable! The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, a daily basic cleaning is done and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

It is now called Magic Casino 24th. Tiffany no longer exists.

Clean, simple, pleasant. This is how our experience with the Bavaria guest house can be summed up. Self-checkin is easily and quickly done. Our room was spacious and equipped with double bed, armchair, chair, stool, table (large) and TV. The bathroom is also spacious and brightly lit!
All very clean.
A star deduction because the described tee-/kettle does not exist. That was annoying on Sunday morning at a house that doesn't offer breakfast.
Föhn does not exist.

Those who arrive in public take bus number 10 from the train station and are in front of the guest house in just a few minutes (Liebigstrasse stop).

Hotel with appartment option, stayed in single room with kitchen. Room is spacious enough. Free Wi-Fi but sometimes slow. Has automatic check in option if pre booked. Guest house attendant sets the time in check in machine based on arrival if arrival is before the set time one mist request to alter the settings in machine by phone call. Kitchen utensils will be provided.

Too costly for the service provided. Wi-Fi is pathetic! Everyday cleaning is there!

Super super man also has cooking facilities in the room. I would recommend it.
