➜ Exellent because: Super historic rooms and best (unfortunately too rare) hospitality in the bar of the associated orangery! Jürgen and Franziska make this very cool!
➜ Hotel is nice with many rooms of all sizes and well-equipped. The service is impeccable and the breakfast excellent, and very hearty. The hotel is a bit isolated in a small hamlet and very pleasant with beautiful surroundings. Not far from the hotel in a small town (Kalmüntz) is a an excellent restaurant (Zum Goldenen Löwen) a must! And you can pay by credit card which is rare in Germany in general. The hotel also regulation can be done by card. I would highly recommend especially that the owners are very nice.
