The other ratings are not quite fair, you cannot expect a Hilton when booking a room here. It is a lower cost option in Bayreuth, but they also offer a good transfer option to and from the opera house. It is a bit out of the city, but the bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is a supermarket and a store selling water, beer, etc across the street. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ok, rooms are spacey and clean. The bar at the reception was well appreciated after a long opera evening. There are two downsides that led me to take off a star: — The Internet is way too slow. Any type of larger download of YouTube videos or upload of photos are impossible. This could easily be fixed. — This summer was very hot. The rooms are not air conditioned and the hotel occupies the top level of the building. This issue is structural, but will not matter much for most part of the year. We will definitely stay there again!

Clean, tidy, spacious room, spacious Bathroom, all good In Shot. Access via Elevator could be improved visually (Technology ok! ). Come back.

The hotel is no longer the newest but clean and cozy. The room was spacious with a generous bed and a sitting corner.
Breakfast offered everything you need in good quality — and that's not even half the price of the low budget hotel chains is staff very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel is adequate, but to my opinion it is outdated. The facilities are ok, it is clean, the staff is very friendly. But I expect a modernized hotel.

Regarding to booking site it is a 4 stars hotel. There is no swimming pool or whirlpool. Only fitness but its not free for hotel guests. 8 euro for unlimited use. In rooms hotel service doesn't give You towels or mini shampoo. Reception is not 24h open but from 6am to 12pm Smell outside the hotel is annoying.

First and foremost a conference hotel, but also great for a short family holiday on weekends. Very good beds, rooms very clean and large. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok and plentiful, but not exceptionally now. Nevertheless absolutely recommended.

A point for cleanliness and one for spontaneity and friendliness. No dinner in the house — it's better to take the car, door seems light from the hallway. Nothing is actually offered. Working class but really clean. Big shower very scjön. It is also necessary to wait for warm water. Room temperature stubborn was a bit too low.

Nice hotel. Clean and well renovated, but without all the bling bling from big hotel chains. For the price it should have 5 stars.

Decent, good price, reception until midnight but it is advisable to warn if you get behind the 24. Clean, but not great. For short stays or a night and away (typical for those who do "business" trips) I would say it can go.

It was professionally for one night there. Rooms and sanitary facilities okay. Attention. Only the lobby and are air-conditioned reception area, the rooms are very warm in the summer. Positive: Parking and underground parking are free of charge and many.

Good hotel, simple and clean. Price is OK. Close 4 km to Bayeruth centre, reacheble with a bike. The only question is: why four stars? this hotel is not a four starts, not for the service, neither for the room rate.
