Very nice location, friendly staff and despite classic location pleasantly modern furnished rooms. Unfortunately, the warm water in the shower has been a long time coming, but this is also the only shortcoming. All in all: clear recommendation, always gladly again.

Attention! Extremely aggressive and outrageous owner. 3 nights we were in the very beautiful castle. We had a great time. Room very clean and stylish furnished. The food was just delicious. The breakfast was also very good.

Were invited at a wedding. Impression shared. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the way from the parking lot to the castle was heavily polluted, which has tarnished the first impression. Not enough seats when drinking coffee outdoors for all guests and cheapest seating. The lawn in this area of the park was partly so badly destroyed that the bare ground was visible. The dinner room is just fantastic! The dinner itself was disappointing for me overall. I have eaten the best beef ever, but the salmon was horrible and the salads disappointing. Overall a questionable composition of the menu. The service staff did not seem very qualified to me. If you can have a certain ambience, it seems that everything is expensive to sell at weddings today!

We were there the third time for dinner. The food itself was delicious again! Only the service was not good for the third time again. Don't get me wrong, but if two tables are constantly mistaken for the food and then the statement comes, just try it, even though we have ordered the dish extra because we don't like it, I don't think that's good. We had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent, likewise was the food excellent. Our room was very comfortable and warm, needless to say, clean and inviting. A wonderful ambience for a wedding. Culinary culinary delights and a professional service, as we expected. Suites and rooms very nice and clean. It was our third celebration on the idyllic castle and we are happy to come back.

One of the most romantic hotels I have ever been allowed to visit. Very nice mixture of late medieval, baroque and modern architecture. The Castle Park is extensive and entangled. The old chapel can be visited on request. The service was excellent. The prices are higher but proportionate to the performance more than reasonable.

The hotel itself is nice. Unfortunately, you can not say this about customer service.
Unfortunately, my father has forgotten his charger there. They offered him to me to send it (a station on the journey of my parents), so that he can collect it. He offered to assume the costs in the wake of course. Super romantic atmosphere. Real castle with a lot of nice details, furniture and so on. Beautiful park, very quiet area and perfect views.

We were now with three people for the first Time in the Gourmet Restaurant Dittrich. Upon our arrival in the Restaurant, very romantic, dreamy castle Hohentstein we were very friendly from the Service welcomes and led us immediately to our table.
