Review of H4 Hotel München Messe 4*

Very disappointing experience. Wanted to redeem voucher for 2 nights with the idea, to get some _Gutes_. Due to alleged overbooking, we were placed in the corresponding low-cost hotel H2 next door. Memorized phrases of the relationship manager seem convinced, but just abfertigend. Double room in the H2 although new, but so small that you hardly can turn around, no desk to work. The fresh air crack that you can open with a dump on the floor. On request at the front desk after ice cubes, it says "no we can't, but I can bring you a pillow". Please? An important fax forwarded by the doctor with reservation number and all necessary details of the name will never be redirected. After several complaints, we get a small plate of fruit to crookshanks, two standard drink vouchers and a EUR 50 restaurant voucher. You could sit to work in the bar, there's also an outlet (a! ) If I book a cheap hotel, I expect nothing, that's totally fine. But for a Ramada in this price class 4 * superior I expect really and am very disappointed.
