A very quiet hotel. Very comfortable beds.
A point deduction because: the magenta pillow covers of the additional pillows were very unclean (greasy). Something unusual for us was that there was no wardrobe or any other way to hang our shirts.

Only 4 hooks for clothes and no other place other than to keep everything in your suitcase. No place to put the suitcase. Shower was good but same there only place to keep shampoo on the floor.

Nice staff, super beds, small but nice room, a bit dark in the bathroom and when showering would be a sliding door useful, otherwise the water from the shower runs into the bathroom. No phone in the room.

Overall a good hotel, but with small prints. Some may not even disturb these points.
+ Rain shower is top + comfortable mattresses + hair dryer and kettle (+ tea, coffee) in the room + friendly staff + breakfast for every taste what's perfect for business guests (so I'm missing anything) — lack of storage space in shower — toilet brush could Be renewed — the red pillow covers of the cushion are probably not cleaned frequently (partially spotted) — no wardrobe/shelf for clothes.

The rooms are not so big, but enough. Clean, nice and modern hotel.

Super clean Cuddly hotel … Unfortunately, the Breakfast is very spartan and not really appealing … For People who just need a Coffee and Croissant or K. Not recommended for the extensive Breakfast …

Eccentric interior design, but very clean and service was really good.

Super location, everything important is within 5-10 minutes reachable. The surroundings are also quiet and idyllic. The rooms are very nice and cozy furnished. The breakfast is not just lush, but fresh (also fresh eggs) and from the selection should still be there for everyone. However, there are also two flaws: on the one hand, the glass door of the shower is slightly short, whereby water flows towards the sink in case of carelessness. On the other, you could clean a little more precisely… In bathroom and bed were a few hairs and the windows are not clean. The service is but top! Very nice and welcoming. All in all I would give 4, 5 stars, unfortunately go here but no half:D.

Good hotel in a quiet location.
The rooms are modern and furnished with a carpet. The bathroom has a normal and a rain shower.
The beds are large and clean. The mattress is not too soft.
The breakfast offers something for every taste.
The staff is friendly and attentive.

Location In the countryside outside the town of Schwaebish Hall. Walking distance from a regional Airport! Very quiet area, only activity was a field with grazing sheep nearby. Parking Plenty of free parking right outside the rooms. Cant complain. Checkin process Was quick and efficient. Room was as per the booking. Room Room is comfortable for 1 person and a bit small for 2 especially if you have some luggage. We had to manage with moving luggage in and out of the car as we were staying for 2 nights. Was quite a warm couple of days (around 30C) and as most German hotels this hotel does not have Airconditioning. I requested the front desk for a fan, which they were kind enough to offer. This Dyson fan that we borrowed was a life saver as otherwise it would have been miserable. The window does not open fully, just tilts to let some air in. This would have been suffocating but for the fan that we made good use of. Bathroom was clean and adequate. Nice set of amenities on offer. Wi-Fi Internet was available and the speeds were sufficient. Internet also available in lobby and restaurant areas. Did not have to keep re-entering username and password which was a relief. Breakfast was a nice spread. Virtually a cold breakfast apart from the boiled eggs. Good assortment of pastries and baked goods. Restaurant choices within walking distance are quite limited.

Rooms are great, staff are great, breakfast is very good, Internet when it works is rather slow, I had constant issues with losing connection on both my phones and laptop.

Always happy in the smartino was already 2 times. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

Modern, colorful, spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet is simple but sufficient. The offered Wi-Fi is of no use…

Having booked by telephone a room in this hotel for a single night, at a price of 80 euros, when we have gone past the card we have been able to observe that has made us a fee of 97. We claim, and we say that the charge is already done. Ask sheet claims, and we say that it does not exist. When the receptionist has called in to his boss on the phone, after asking repeatedly, we presented it to her as a "look, there are here some Spanish… " To make matters worse, the room lacks air conditioning, so the high temperatures that we are.

Really friendly Service, have super slept, price-performance fit. ;-)

We have as a company, 5 rooms are reserved. Now has a guest two days before cancelled due to illness. The Hotel has us still, 90 % of the room rate, as it is a Gruppenreservierung would be, and has not let speak. As a single reservations we would have to cancel. This is not a business behavior. We will never again be business partners in the Smartino stay.

Very nice new Hotel with beindruckender, great room facilities. The staff is very very friendly. The cheap price we are still convinced. We'll definitely be coming back to smartino. Thank you for the pleasant stay in Schwäbisch Hall.

Great Hotel. Super Service and no trace of 2 stars. More like 3 or 4 stars! Great rooms and great beds. Only to recommend!
