A pleasant beautiful Alpine Hotel with great cooking skills of a chef skillfully flavors. A Team from the reception over the Restaurant to the kitchen open and friendly, and an environment full of mountains, chair Lift and Hiking possibilities :-)

Just come from the food there. The menu is clear and consists of dishes that are absolutely common and do not require any great cooking. 2x Schnitzel Wiener Art, 1x savoury pancakes with salad and 1x Almburger were the choice. The Almburger was not to bite and not to cut for our 8-year-old. Shortly the food exchanged with dad — unfortunately I also had my difficulties. The Bun (even if Ciabatta Mr. Koch) should not be breakable. Unfortunately, the pattie itself was not only barely spiced but also fried dead. So the burger has fallen through. The palatschinken looked quite good, but unfortunately had hardly any taste and was unfortunately already completely soft to the one placed by the salad sauce of the on the same plate. Also fallen through. The schnitzels were ok so far.
We don't have a particularly high level of food now, but we expect a reasonable meal for 70.00 euros.
Criticism has been made — the waiter has apologised. However, the invoice (possibly a coffee for compensation? ) remained completely unchanged.
Too bad — in the future unfortunately no more for us, even if the view is quite ingenious.

We stayed in July for our wedding and the following short holiday on the Winklmossalm. For us, everything was just as perfect as we imagined:

Staff:
The staff of Winklmoosalm was consistently friendly and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed by the dear Susy and we always felt in good hands.
The service staff in the morning, at noon and in the evening to the restaurant, was great! Friendly, polite — great! The young ladies of housekeeping were always to have a friendly chat. It quickly felt very welcome.

Rooms:
Large and brightly designed (we also had a balcony), always clean and the bathrooms state-of-the-art — without losing the flair.

Kitchen:
Both the normal menu and our wedding menu were in quality, taste and presentation are hard to beat. We invariably ate delicious (recommendation: veal table tip! ) and drank.

Organisation of the wedding:
A special point goes, of course, to the wedding. Both in the preparation of the celebration and on the day itself we were always in the best hands. Very professional! Everything went smoothly — before the celebration (e. G. With the bookings of the rooms, the recommendation of the menu, advice for program and procedure etc) and on the day itself (e. G. Conversions of the wooden stage and back, room decoration, menu in the evening, coordination of service providers such as DJ etc. ).
We are very happy that we celebrated our wedding there!

Very nice alpine pasture with beautiful hiking trails for everyone. The catering is also very good. The food typical Bavarian very tasty. We will definitely visit this place again.

Beautiful ambience! Large, clear menu. Prices are also okay. Kaiserschmarrn was unfortunately nothing special. Service was rude and patty. The service was extremely slow, although there was not much going on. How would try it again there, vllt has the service then a better day and hearty tastes better.

Very good house with good food and a fantastic view of the mountains and attentive staff.

Everything was perfect. My room had a nice view towards the Reinplatt mountains and it was very spacious and confortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely return as there are plenty of things to do around the hotel, for people that like outdoor activities.

Found by chance and sooo good. Only via a toll road (or cable car) is the Winklmoosalm accessible. Verwirrent for the Stranger is that several Under künfte this name. By far the best house is Winklmoos Sonnenalm. Good food and very nice rooms in a three star+ house are worth a recommendation.

Operation friendly. Despite the large head, we had neither drinks nor food for a long wait. The Leberknöddelsuppe was good, however would have the soup more flavor too. Otherwise, acceptable prices for a ski Lodge.
