I was there last weekend and I liked it.
I can't share all the bad reviews about "unkempt staff" etc. All the staff were very nice and ready for an interesting conversation.
The dishes served in the restaurant were delicious and the price is justified in my own way.
Happy to return.

Absolutely nice staff!
We are on the pilgrimage and we were initially advised to book here. Why?
Luckily, they still had a room free for us. It was very nice and even with W-Lan.
The service was super nice. Absolutely recommended!

Urbayerische Pension with Inn. Host People are very friendly and help with any Problem. The Food is tasty. The Rooms have no Luxury but everything you need is there. (Beds, Cabinets, Shower, TOILET, TV) Free WI-FI is available in the On-site. Right next to the Guesthouse are Bakers, Butchers, Aunt Emma Laden, Doctor and Savings Bank. We liked it very much not least because of the cheap Price.

Flying flies fly around everywhere. Dirty overall picture. Long wait and for the price really bad food. Funny staff. I've never been eating badly. If I could I write anything positive — unfortunately you can't!

Flying everywhere around that just brutally disrupted while eating. Very unkempt and dirty restaurant. Eating was not the best for the price you can eat significantly better elsewhere.

Very unfriendly and unkempt staff accordingly the hotel or guesthouse also looks. The dishes and cutlery very dirty. The equipment is very cheap and very poorly processed. (Small sinks, mirrors and wobbly cabinets. ) So all the value for money is not right at all. Not recommended.

I loved staying here! The town is very small, so everything else was closed when we arrived except for this hotel/restaurant. But as we had just gotten through a hectic couple of days, this was exactly what we wanted. We ate leisurely in the restaurant downstairs and then stayed in really nice rooms for the low price we paid. Everything was clean and cozy and convenient. If you want to do other things in town, this may not be your best option. But if you want a good price for a cozy stay in the Bavarian mountains, this would hit the mark.

Very unfriendly staff. With 20 years one is welcomed as saying "we have no room for children" & also accused at breakfast take too much fruit — were other guests. Certainly — but you may not enjoy at the buffet, if you eat now only fruit for breakfast? And also any normal hotel refilled the fruit so that should be no problem. The room was okay, but for the price I got much better room (at the end of the world)
Never again! Yes enough alternatives in the area.
