What a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful views and superb facilities with no detail forgotten. We love it here! The hospitality is incredible. Great breakfast. Perfect location for exploring Bavaria. Some brilliant small local villages with bargains to be found and great prices on food and drink compared to the city of Fussen. We even took the 10 minute drive over the border into Austria and found a small brewery in the town of Vils where SIX 500ml beers was only 7€!

Absolute lace. Super location. Breakfast in summer on the terrace with unique views of the lake. Exceptional quality of breakfast, especially homemade jams. Great, individually decorated rooms, great staff. We felt right at home. We will certainly come back.

We had booked an extended weekend in the Dreimäderlhaus and were very good. The lovingly furnished rooms offer the right thing for every taste. Breakfast is sumptuous and everything your heart desires.

Book this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the views are stunning, the staff is amazing, and I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Not to mention it is in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's a short drive, cab or bus ride to the castles and even that is great. Thank you for your hospitality, if I ever go back to Germany, I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful guesthouse directly at the Weissensee with bathing beach and wonderful view of the Tegelberg.

Room was neat and tidy, and the decor was amazing. I enjoyed my stay here, would recommend to anyone that would like to visit, though be forewarned that it is slightly pricy.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming, clean and comfortable. The back deck is the perfect place to have a beer and look at the amazing view of the mountains and lake. It's not very far from Neuschwanstein castle. I can't wait to go back and bring my whole family.

Great choice. You can make the same Due to extensive travels and time keeping we only got a night here passing through but a very good last minute choice and we would have been happy to have stayed a while longer to hike/bike the area. Welcomed very well on arrival around 3.30pm and was offered info on the area but we'd already seen the castles and hiked a few hours … had a great breakfast outdoors on the terrace the next day overlooking the lake and though quick was very nice on a bright sunny morning. The room we got, as pretty much fully booked and last minute, was on the road side BUT there was no noise and made for a peaceful night. Managed to also cram in usual early morning walk and did the lake in 40 minutes … very nice and convenient Bavarian restaurant just down the road by the tourist office we found to be good quality and a very surprisingly good price … again sat outside. You can leave car parked and walk Its also a very quick drive to Zurich … 2hrs 30mins.

We spent a fantastic time there — I live in the states and booked in advance from here for a group of 11 from Germany as well as the US and the owners were so super helpful and accommodating then and while our stay they let us use the facility to sit down together just us family all night long and they really made our stay. We felt so welcome and they made our family reunion simply perfect! Thank you! Heike.

Very nice and cosy hotel in Alpine style. Contains the hotel a young couple, who is easy to contact during the preliminary correspondence by e-mail (in English or German) and is closely monitoring the reviews about the hotel on the Internet. The rooms are well equipped, the hotel has 3 stars. Description and photos are true. Decorating rooms with natural wood. Have adjustable radiators in the room and bathroom that given the Alpine weather is good even in summer. Additional amenities: common card füssen on free transport and discounts in museums, etc. ; the rucksack in the room and turisticheskoe walking sticks in the foyer (free) ; you can order a lunch for a hike (5€) ; maps and bus schedules (not available in Russian) ; kettle and drinking water; sauna. In two adjacent hotels restaurants: Italian and German. The bus stop is 80 metres away and opposite from the hotel. Around the hotel is very beautiful nature around Alpine lakes. There are catamarans and boats, walking trails around the lake. Overall this is the best of the 3 star hotels we had in Europe.

For a relaxing getaway, this small hotel is really to recommend.
I really enjoyed the view from the bed to the Weißensee.
The best thing however is the family Sommerlad which all are always in a good mood and never annoyed. You can tell that the profession of this family is really fun.
