Very good food, friendly staff.

What a wonderful hotel — on a stunning property over looking the grassed holls and mountain backdrop. Very stylish accommodation — quality on every level & as for Dinner & Breakfast… amazing Highly Recommend just sad we were here only for 1 night.

Very good local food and quick and friendly service. We stopped for dinner on our way South and liked everything they served. The menu changes with the seasons and offered something for everyone, there are always a couple of courses containing meat, fish and vegetarian options.

Like a little fairytale while it snowed outside with the beautiful views.
Warm, welcoming, relaxing spa, clean, great food, perfect location.
What made this hotel was the happy, friendly and welcoming service from all, especially at the reception. It was phenomenal!

Very relaxing stay. Beautiful large rooms with large bathroom and great views. Very friendly staff. Great, varied breakfast with everything your heart desires. Beautiful wellness area with large swimming pool with great views. All in all highly recommended. Not to mention the very good restaurant. 5 stars.

Great facility but no air conditioning.

The view from the room — aka — from the bed is breath taking. The breakfast is rich, the rooms are clean and the spa and wellness center is highly equipped. Good for the winter time and the summer time.

Very nicely located, optimal also for with dog. Rooms with dog, however, are limited to ground floor.
Very good food incl. Service. Very nice swimming pool. Sauna okay.

Actually a nice hotel with really very good cuisine. Unfortunately absolutely underground from the service to the guest. We had booked a DaySpa day for three and wanted to enjoy the great view and sauna plus pool. However, we were not told that the terrace is only so covered by wooden shards and you are NOT allowed to walk there barefoot. I have kicked myself 10 splinters in the foot, from only once to the pool run. The staff dismissed it as if it was my fault. And since 3 places ignited and the holiday went only to a limited extent, had come upon request what one intends to do the no satisfactory offer. Cup café and a piece of cake, for example, at the expense of the house, they would have made it safe. What a pity. We will avoid the merchant in the future and do not recommend it. Since you can see again and again what missing dealing with guests can cause.

Fantastic place to stay. Scenery is breathtaking, staff are courteous, rooms are great. Highly recommended.

The food was good.
The service was poor. Very very long wait and untrained staff.
But they were friendly.
We waited so long that we couldn't order a dessert because the kitchen already had too. It is also unbelievable that the kitchen has to be used as early as 21:15 …
So if there's time and if you come early enough, then ok.

The food is good. Unfortunately, the service is not the same as it used to be. There is still a service that is there longer but the rest.

Very nice (deluxe) rooms with terrace in the new building at the but also sporting price. Quiet, beautiful location slightly elevated on the outskirts of the village by Roßkopf with views of sea, meadows and cows. Restaurant performance falls off a bit against the hotel, because gaping claim and reality are somewhat apart, but still good food, but too expensive for the offered.

Family run and very good hotel. Highly recommend. Great food and service.

Great value for money, especially for spa and breakfast.

I have now spent several times with my partners there a wellness weekend. We are delighted every time with the great spa, fitness and pool area. Fitness equipment is modern and even for broad guys, like me, there are enough weights. The pool and its views are gigantic. The rooms in the new building are very modern and luxurious. Food has always been top class.
For a relaxing weekend for two, we can definitely recommend the Hotel Kaufmann!

Excellent… not only is breakfast, the kitchen is also generally very popular. She has already been praised in the Michelin.
Our/All rooms have a view of the mountain, balcony or terrace. The sauna area is very nice and classy. A Finnish sauna and a steam bath. The relaxation area is really very quiet.

Got to learn some basic German. Nice place and friendly waiter. (Speak German, they are nice people)

We (couple, early 30) were there for the second time now. Clear recommendation for all the great food, friendly and helpful service and a small but fine wellness area (a sauna, a steam bath, great swimming pool and fitness) are looking for. The breakfast buffet is the hammer! Great Excursion possibilities (bicycle tour around the Forggensee, snowshoe hikes — generally winter sports, feet, castles and much more) in the immediate vicinity. We'll be back!

The newer rooms are very nice. Food also very fine. The spa area is actually nice, just a little too small with unfortunately only a sauna and a small steam bath.

This hotel can only be recommended!
The rooms are very nicely furnished, the view of the Allgäu Alps is simply enchanting.
The pool with the panoramic view is a dream.
Food at the highest level! Absolutely recommended.

Got spontaneously a room, which is also very good. Was only there for a night. The food is top, very good cooking! Value for money is OK. The rooms are a little older and saw already clean.
In the evening I was a lap swim. The pool is very clean and has a great view, perfect after a stressful day at work.

All perfect and very comfortable!
Only drawback, the Wi-Fi is somewhat cheeky. 2 mobile phones and a laptop. All devices had disconnects every now and then short. But it was not really worth mentioning. That is why full 5 stars!

For the 2nd time in a row, we received more than unfriendly by same demotivate staff member at reception. Consequently, we had to leave immediately. In contrast to the staff in the restaurant who were very customer oriented and friendly.
We will no longer come. We find this odd, because we very well felt.

My wife and I were Often in the Hotel Kaufmann and we look forward now already again on the next Holiday, . We feel there like at home and can't say what could have been better. The rooms are great, the Service excellent and the food is of the best quality. Please keep it up!

Very nice Service, beautiful rooms and excellent food! Conclusion: I'm happy again.

My Partner and I have the double Deluxe B with half Board booked for the beginning of October. I must say, it was sensationally beautiful. The rooms are a dream, the view as well, the Hotelfachkräfte very very friendly, the Breakfast very rich and fresh as well as the dinner with four courses really as very abundant and delicious. The Hotel itself is very stylish, modern with a Touch of tradition, but very warm and not sterile. One feels simply probably. So we were excited and always happy.

We were already for the second time with a biker group in the Hotel Kaufmann. It is always an experience. Nice rooms, good food, great Sauna area. Great location for Radltouren. Spacious Bicycle Storage Room.

Everything is good, the food is excellent.

Modern, stylish, uncomplicated and delicious. Wonderful nature and great mountains in the vicinity. We have the days enjoyed very much.
