The Stay at Dormero In Reichenschwand Was great.
The Hotel is very nice and clean.
Our Rooms lovingly furnished. Even a second smaller Room for our big Child was there.
The Mega TV and the free Selection of Films have completely convinced.
The Staff was very accommodating, always on the Spot and extremely friendly.
The Hotel is beautifully located everywhere water, meadows and Parks. It was a great relaxed Weekend.

Very nicely located hotel with modern facilities and a friendly service. The proximity to the A9 and Nuremberg has a very positive effect, because you can escape the big city here in the countryside and still be well connected with traffic. The fitness and spa area are also a great bonus.

I was thrilled. From the outside and even more so from the inside. The reception was super nice, the whole staff friendly and helpful. The room very nice and modern with huge TV, free minibar and a very nice bathroom. I couldn't see the park because I was late. The food at night was good and not too expensive. Breakfast all fresh with very large selection. Was unfortunately only one night there, would have liked to stay longer. Thank you very much.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schöner Natur drumherum für Spaziergänge. Gute Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge nach Nürnberg oder Bamberg. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr klein und nicht sehr einladend, dafür ist die überdachte Terrasse und der Wintergartenbereich am Fluss sehr schön zum Aufhalten. Sehr nettes Personal und Hunde sind hier wirklich willkommen. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir noch mal in der Gegend sind.

Well located, very quiet and yet fast in Nuremberg and Erlangen. Nuremberg Airport and HBF are approximately 30 minutes by car.

Very nice Hotel, at a reasonable distance from Nuremberg, ideal for business travel. Breakfast was very good. I had the good fortune to stay in a suite in the park of the castle: charming!

Good Price. Quality of the Rooms are very good. But The Meals are only okay.

The evening was a single catastrophe. The service was poor and inattentive, the food all frozen food. At the prices you have to expect that the things are homemade and freshly prepared. The whole drum around is just Blenderei and gives much more than it really is. For each course you had to ask for cutlery as the service did not bring it to the table by itself, the glasses that were already ready were filthy and the food almost cold when it came to the table. It also belongs to the level of what one does not want to embody, the cutlery is in beer mugs (! ) at the table. It belongs in an economy or beer garden but not here. I'm not going to come back and put it on anyone.

Very nice and romantic Hotel Complex. Staff are very friendly. As a Dog Owner, we recommend the Rooms in the EC: super-fast Access to the Castle garden through The Patio Door and extensive Park to Go to Gassi. Sauna will be switched on at any Time if desired. Breakfast buffet is very good: Freshly squeezed O juice, Salmon, egg Varieties to Order. If what goes out, it will be delivered immediately if Desired. Minibar Is free, a nice Treat. Our 2 Rooms were very clean and modern. Great TV programme with Sky.

Person very young and dynamic. Room Top equipped, free Wi-Fi and free minibar. The concept is super coordinated. Unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled with the food. We were there for a big meeting, they didn't get after with the food (buffet) and when something fresh came out of the kitchen it was cold. This happened on both days, so there's definitely still a need to work on the service here. But selection was still great.

Rooms large and clean, modern furnished, the hotel with its many buildings and the jetty on the waterfront original. Also the biders of the Dormero — necklace, which hang everywhere (bathroom, minibar etc) are original. The service other reception, bar and buffet is at pains, but serenity, skill and service looks different to me, hence a point deduction.

Comfortable and friendly Hotel. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom is very comfortable.

We were invited to a wedding at this hotel/chateau and have booked us the Rustica Suite (2 nights incl. Breakfast for €316 for 2 people). Free parking outside, parking garage for a fee. Beautiful Hotel complex. Check-in without any problems. When we arrived in the suite, we were positively surprised by the tower. In hindsight, there were more and more shortcomings. Some light spots on the ceiling did not work, bowl on the side table was full of dust, stains on the couch, then up in the sleeping area beautiful large bed, spacious shower and clean toilet. However, in the washbasin there were still hairs from the guest, I'm sorry, but that's not possible. We also booked champagne at the time of booking, nothing was there. The good is, the minibar was included in the price (water, juice, beer, Pepsi) and also a Nespresso coffee machine including capsule, as well as kettle there was in the suite. Above we found that the light above the mirror in the bathroom did not go, as it was not a standard room with large windows, it was accordingly dark in the room, and we would absolutely need a light to get us ready for the wedding. The whole thing was reported to the front desk, there was someone, a nice woman who tried to save the situation, even washed over wash basins, but the hair still stuck on it… and unfortunately there were no replacement lamps, so that we could have a Table lamp had to be satisfied. Bowl down was not touched. Champagne was brought after 5 min.

Modern, stylishly decorated hotel. Very nice rooms, good restaurant and very nice seats outside that invite you to linger.

That was probably the best brunch I've ever had. And the best part: At a price of €29, the drinks (also alcoholic) were included. The waitresses were very good and friendly. Class atmosphere.

Location of the hotel okay, a really impressive very well maintained property as it is used by DORMERO and also expected. The rooms simply top in cleanliness and furnishings. Room service is located in the good central area. Unfortunately, this time the restaurant is covered by "Bambes homemade potato pancakes" were unfortunately not homemade and unfortunately too long fried etc.

So what can we say about… We were on today's Sunday for the Brunch at the Dormero hotel. For €27 a proud price for the one but some may expect.
The buns were all hard (from yesterday), and selection of sausage, cheese, etc. Was high lower discount level. A "regular bun" has adjusted cut not even completely sure on the very small dishes, Furthermore all meals (also the main dishes) are been served already completely in the early. Everything was tough, cooked through and cold (cold plate). Fill out, who comes too late (the half) looks into the tube. On the subject of kindness, there is nothing to say there's no. No word from anyone. No thank you, please ect. Simply nothing.
The conclusion of this day a power breakfast from the Baker for €8 ;) has more quality and above all warm eggs.

A fancy design hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. On Sunny days, one for Breakfast and even dinner in the Conservatory in good hands.

If two guests check in, please note the 2. Larger ceiling in the closet. The room was very cold, the climate could not be controlled.

I had a Spa Package to be booked and was simply blown away… so great was the whole Arrangement. A large double room with 3 course Dinner (Candle Light Dinner… my table stood romatisch stocked out! Simple dishes, but very well cooked and delicious) and Breakfast buffet and then also the voucher for the Spa… everything is included. A beautiful Park invites walking and lounging in one of the many couches in the Green. Most pleased me was the friendliness of the Service… consistently… at all… starting with the nice reception. I the Hotel can only highly recommend and will soon return. There are also other great Package deals on the website. It is very worthwhile, to browse here.

Great modern Hotel with friendly and competent staff, very clean, comfortable Seating in the conference rooms, nice sauna area, energy-efficient lighting, nice atmosphere and good food.

Everything seems to be around, very successful and well maintained, however, there are almost no vegetarian dishes. The card has a total of more proletarian.

We stayed in the 3-star-part of this hotel and the rooms were quite small, but hey, the rooms were quite cheap so we didn't expect much. A lot of services were available for free, such as use of the mini-bar, the Wi-Fi connection, sauna, etc. The building itself is located beatifully and seperated in two parts by a river. The only thing that really annoyed us was the price of breakfast, EUR 15, 90 per person is way overpriced, especially if you compare it to the prices of the rooms.

Beware Mis-selling and Cat Allergies! There are two hotels at this location — one is a 4*, and seems well appointed. The other is a 3* and is mis-sold by HRS amongst others as a "Standard Room" despite the hotel itself claiming these are "Economy Rooms" and on their own website referring to this as an "adjacent three-star hotel" they are often grouped erroneously with the 4* hotel listing. My review is of these "other" rooms, and a warning of the mis-selling. I wasn't fortunate enough to see in the main hotel, but from the other reviews I expect it's nice. I can't fault the *staff* they were all very pleasant the few times we saw them. The Economy Rooms have no baths, only a small shower, have little natural light and are poorly maintained in comparison to the impeccable main building (our room was tired looking, the shower door wasn't secure at the lower edge and presented a potential hazard, especially if you had children that might lean on it as it was possible for the (glass) door to become detatched. The bedding and towels were always clean, but the room itself had cobwebs on the ceiling. There is next to no soundproofing, you can hear other guests and the rooms are not carpeted but have vinyl flooring. It's also a 4 floor building, with no elevator and a considerable walk from the parking (or even the main entrance) outside, across a small bridge which is exposed to the elements.

We were three days in the Schlosshotel Reichenschwand and, all in All very satisfied. Had in advance agreed that the sofa bed is prepared, as we are with our child to arrive. This was unfortunately forgotten, was, however, within 5 minutes. Otherwise, everything was Top, the staff was very friendly and accommodating (from the reception over the Service up to the maid). The rooms are large, clean and modern. The Breakfast buffet was good and sufficient, however in comparison to other Dormero hotel a little less choice. Otherwise, the Restaurant is also highly recommended — if you have a good Steak etc to appreciate here is definitely in good hands. Conclusion : definitely recommend, great house with style, great staff and the price-performance ratio is right in any case.

My room had Wi-Fi, but no table, my activities had on the bed, or bedside table, which is not very pleasant — very good the free use of the Minibar — room large and clean — with the use of the Buffet, about 20:30 clock was not refilled and the food was cold to lukewarm, my food was after the complaint in the microwave warmed up — the use of the Buffet, we could not take advantage, as the dishes were cleared approximately 21:40 PM — drinks had to be requested several times and since it was not only a beer, but also higher-quality beverages — the Breakfast is not a 4-star property, and certainly not the price (15 euros).
