Good and very kindly staff, good room, normal internet. Quiet place with private parking, good bar on ground floor. Recommend.

I booked in this Hotel 3 Nights through the HRS Website because of the Ophthalmology congress at the fair, but I did the mistake that I typed the Reservations Date July instead of June, I discovered the Mistake 5 minutes after that as I received the Booking Email, I called the Hotel immediately und tried to fix it but they refused to change anything, then I called the HRS and asked to fix it, they communicated with the Hotel but the Hotel refused to change the Booking date und refused to give me the any money back. Well it is for sure my failure, but if your respect your customers you don’t take their money this way, at the end I booked some where else und paid again unfortunately, the Administration of this hotel wants only your money whether they serve you or not, they are for sure not trust worthy!

Avoid under any circumstances. Rude. Greedy. Hunting on people issues like cheap flights. Booked, then literally 15minutes later I had to resign due to some accident, however, no mercy, no excuses, they just charge you for the room, calling them was not changing anything, explanation was: it is non refundable booking even after 15 minutes! This is the big difference between good hotels and very bad hotels, they react on their guests accidents and they support. Averna just decided to charge me 108 euro for making their room busy on paper for 15 minutes. Ugly taking opportunity out of the system. I hope they will collapse. and below manager reply is a total bs. — > 15 minutes making room busy on paper cost 108 euro — none of the hotels ever in my life did something simmilar. YOU ARE CRAZY! Reason for non cancellable bookings is simply if you make room booked upfront for certain amount of time — like 3 days or 3 weeks before arrival, then potentially you cut off other customers from booking that room on your arrival date, that is why you need to pay cancellation — nobody was able to book your room so room was sold and blocked. But you cannot call it blocked if that was 15 minutes — exactly 15 minutes later I have called your reception that I am going to slovenia in urgent trip and you still charged my card 108 euro — so it was not that I did not show up or I have changed my mind after few days or at least few hours, it was 15 minutes!

Hotel with standard — facilities. Well located. Clean. Rich breakfast buffet, ample parking space. Good ratio of price to performance. Nice staff.

Good for a night or two. Classic Trade Fair hotel for those who just need a bed and a shower. Room and bathroom were really clean. The bed is too soft and quite small. At the bar you can have a nice drink in the evening. The location is excellent and the hotel is very close to the airport.

Nice hotel, right across from the fair. Were very helpful as booked out, looking for a free hotel and the errand of a taxi.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. It is within walking distance of the fairgrounds. Breakfast is definitely recommended. There is also a sauna for relaxation. The price is reasonable.

The hotel is properly equipped but little bit obsolete. Clean, good location, nice staff. Breakfast sufficient. Towels were 'dark ' white and at the end of the lifetime, some small holes. I was satisfied, it was my business trip so I don't think about price. In case I would pay by myself, 250 eur is quite many for the standard. At reception they prepare excellent coffee. For events at Fair is the best accommodation around. Next year I will come back.

The hotel is fine. Has come a little in the years, but for the circumstances quite usable. Actually it is booked because of the location to the fair. Breakfast is also passable.

An absolutely great hotel. Very well located for Jedmöglichen excursion. Be it fair, rock in the park or a city trip. S-Bahn is easy to reach and you can get there everywhere. The hotel is well equipped and possesses everything that is necessary. Rooms are great furnished. The bar offers a variety of drinks as well as small snacks such as pizza and baguettes. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is a dream and absolutely recommended.

Small rooms, tidy, unfortunately only Snaks no hot kitchen. Breakfast goes. For the performance too expensive.

Ir you need a Wi-Fi in room, you have a problem. It's not working in room at all.

We were very nicely received on the evening of arrival and also the next morning came from the front desk immediately a friendly "good morning" on the way to breakfast.
The rooms were in good condition and did not seem worn or old.
The breakfast was very good and very rich and that for just 10 euros per person, in my eyes a great offer! Even not hotel guests can come there for 15 euros per person breakfast.
We have already had breakfast in other hotels for 17, 50 euros per person and were very disappointed there!
About 7 min. The hotel is located in the Langwasser Nord metro station on the U1 line, which leads directly to the main railway station or to the Lorenz Church (where the Christmas Island is market).
The neighborhood from the hotel to the subway station is neither asocial nor waiting for any surprises behind the next corner. So you can also walk there for a long time at night.

Super Hotel. Reception very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. At any time again!

Great location to walk to the lounge. On the other hand the parking is too small and the Cartier not special.

Nice hotel, very close to the fair entrance (walking distance of 5 minutes) with great breakfast and rather quiet. The matress is not good though, I had an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and well trained. Quiet street and not bad view too!

It's okay. Room clean and everything available to stay. Hotel bar Long occupied. Fair can be reached on foot.

Ein super 3-Bettzimmer zu einem fairen Preis. (Außerhalb von Messezeiten). Kurzer Fußweg zur Messe und zum Stadion. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Good highway hotel for a night's rest. Fine quality breakfast.

Ideal to visit the fairs!

Nice and friendly staff, parking and internet are free.
The city centre can be reached in 15 minutes using the Metro (the stop is located in 400mt)

Very nice Hotel, very close to the fair of Nuremberg, practically you go on foot, note Negstiva does not have dinner and there is nothing nearby!

For 14 years, we build exhibition stands at BIOFACH and VIVANESS in Nuremberg on. … and I think that would sometimes not work, if we are not so close and so good and every time and so friendly in the Arvena Messehotel used to have! Quiet location, clean rooms. Due to the proximity to the exhibition centre and Arena ideally, if you have time over the weekend at a trade show or time an event attended. The Minibar, the television and even Wi-Fi are free of charge. Except for Breakfast, it also seems to be no dining options. All in all, but ok, if the Aufenthallt only briefly.

After over 10 years of work with Veranstaltungshotels throughout the Nuremberg area, I can only say: The Hotel ARVENA Messe is in the points of Service, commitment, reliability, speed and flexibility, the very Best of what I've experienced.
