Attended training here and the chef was out so our lunches were way below standard. On the last day the chef was back and the food was nice. Great location for train and walking around town.

Very good, central location and great facilities! Only the service reception and room cleaning was insufficient. But the breakfast and the breakfast staff got everything out again. Here a great service would be offered all along the line!

Really nice hotel with upper class. Designer rooms, cleaning everywhere and very friendly stuff at the hotel. Also they have a really good restaurant in the hotel. BA Beefclub… PLEASE TRY… you dont have that öfter to try this qualitativ of food. Perfect and everything is selfmade. Very nice winelist, any wines from California, but also local wines. Will definatelly go there the next time…

Rooms are small but perfect and modern equipped. Room too warm and could be better cared for. Otherwise great service.

Newly opened hotel. Top location for train travel. Large spacious rooms, nice bathroom. Were on the 5th floor with a view towards the main station. Nice view of the lively city bustle. Breakfast buffet and breakfast times are generously sized. 1st choice for a visit to Nuremberg.

All in all great but unfortunately, food products are offered here, which are a Nogo … for example, foie gras. Otherwise, an excellent kitchen with pointed chefs. And the mattresses are a dream.

Hotel across from the train station… nice new rooms… Stressed staff… Dishes are not clean… Breakfastroom small.

Nice hotel with the best staff in the city. Ladies on the reception and in the breakfast hall switched between German and English without any problems.

What marks the Park Plaza out as an excellent venue from which to enjoy the delights of the Nuremburg is the attitude of all its staff. Friendly, helpful, willing to assist with any issues they could. The rooms were spotless and serviced promptly. When we discovered that a fan had failed we were offered another room immediately together with offers to move luggage though we did not require this. Breakfast was of very good quality and the staff, as with other staff, were delightful. The location in Nuremburg could not be better, close to the centre, railway station, tram station, underground and bus routes. Should we return to Nuremburg we would, without doubt, return to the Plaza. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent stay. David and Margaret Oyns, Portishead, UK.

Newly renovated and clean. Friendly staff, nice lobby bar area. Rooms are quite small and not much counter space in the bathroom.

Great location, great value for the money, delicious steak restaurant and overall good service and amenities. No reason to rate anything else — not a luxury hotel, but a solid hotel all throughout and you won’t be disappointed!

Very elegant, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location right across from the Bahnhof and at the edge of Konigstrasse, the main thoroughfare through the city central. The breakfast was awesome — plenty of the usual European items, but also had traditional UK items, i. E. Baked beans!

This hotel has, without a doubt, one of the coolest designs. Mixing oldest traditional stuff from Nuremberg with modern touch results in an almost sci-fi vibe.

Such a wonderful hotel, very clean, very comfortable and homey. 10/10, across from train station and amenities very convenient.

I'll give this hotel more stars if it wasn't for the horrible service. The best thing about this place, if the room service pizza and salad! There is a big construction starting at 6 am goes all day, good luck sleeping in. I raised the issue and they offer empty apologies, that's all they are allowed to do I guess. The thermostat in my room didn't do anything and the design is just awful, banged my head to the tilted ceiling every day. The front desk is useless and can't do anything for their customers but apologizing, that is ordering taxi, cleaning your room, or helping you find a restaurant. It's annoying that have to walk to the train station to get a taxi. The breakfast is very mediocre. The best part of my stay was a robust wireless connection for most days. My card stopped working every time I left the hotel, and had to wait in line to get it to work. The gym is ridiculously small, there are two or three equipments in there, they might as well get rid of it. The location is nice, but I won't recommend this place unless you don't mind not sleeping, missing your flight back, and enjoy receiving issues apologies.

Excellent location with nearby paid parking. Close to everything. Room is what I expected. Only thing that made me uncomfortable was the front desk. We had 3 people and booked two rooms. The front desk asked a lot of questions which made me feel that they are invading my privacy.

We arrived today and were immediately very impressed by this beautiful Hotel! Absolutely perfect location, perfect view and very nice and courteous staff. Will certainly come back here. Everything ok, but breakfast doesn't offer a lot and the was some nasty noise of I have no idea what in the room (coming from another room or whatever)

Very nice stylish modern hotel (will meet the memory of a. Dürer). Super Central Station and quiet, despite CITYLÄRM. Wonderfully comfortable bed in a cosy, purist room. The breakfast buffet was excellent and did not miss anything. The staff was very friendly and well organized. Summed up 4 very nice relaxing days. Unconditional recommendation.
