Fantastic Customer Service. The Front desk people went above and beyond and were very helpful and kind. The massage there is also amazing. You should get it!

Clean, contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and the location was great (close to the Bahnhof and city center). Breakfast was very good, but a little expensive (€24). Overall worth the price and highly recommended.

Hotel near the central train station, Metro and bus station. A 5 minute walk to the city centre. Clean, modern and very competitively priced for a 4-star. Recommended.

Not that cool and it turned off after a certain period in time. So I basically woke up sweating. Other than that customer service was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. If it weren't for the AC issue, I would have definitely given it 5 stars.

Stayed at the NH Collection recently for a work trip. There was 10 of us in total and we all thought the hotel was fabulous! We would like to say a massive thank you to Sascha who worked in the bar and restaurant, he was amazing and a credit to the hotel. We had a lovely meal in the hotel and Sascha helped to recommend starters and deserts and wines for each course. We really cannot thank him enough. The food at the hotel was very very good.

Been there during a meeting. No overnight stay. The meeting rooms are large enough and the organization was very good. Food and food during the breaks was very good. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Great hotel near the old city wall. Transportation to everywhere is super close and the staff goes above and beyond to help you. Clean rooms and good food — specially after a long flight and when you need a good bite. Recommended!

Very close to the train station, rooms can, food o K, but the lower level to the road more noisy, the tram passing some noise.

The check-in takes forever and the rooms are tropically overheated. The restaurant is disproportionate overpriced, but the service there is phenomenal!
The tram takes off on time at 4.30 o'clock, when you have a room to the street, it's over there with the rest. Sleeping was unthinkable to me.
The rooms are the same as the NH Standart, albeit a little small. I can't complain about the cleanliness.

Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Clean. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent.

At same level of all NH Collection Hotels, this one keeps the atmosphere of home being out. Nice service, good location, very comfortable and elegant. Good prices balanced with the service provided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. Mini bar with large assortment, very many sockets and USB connections. On request, there are even USB chargers at the reception. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms to the street are logically a bit louder and also a connecting door to the hallway is missing. BTW hallways that are slightly rocked, partially missing the numbers on the doors (see photo). The breakfast is very rich and tasty. The menu of the restaurant for dinner is very clear and not very cheap. The Italian restaurant is very nice and the food is good. Otherwise, the hotel still has two charging possibilities for electric cars in the underground garage (unfortunately only 220 volts).

One of my favorite places to stay in Nuremberg. Rooms are good sized and comfortable and bath tubs are easily available. The gym is decent and has a very nice sauna area. Rates are good value and location is good. Very close to central train station and easy walk into city center.

Nice, friendly & helpful staffs except one pretty face who speak rigidly and at the reception. Great location. Only 3 minute walk to the grand station and 8 main street atrraction. Room is comfortable.

Rooms were totally filthy.
The breakfast buffet was the bottom cannon, freshness and quality equal to zero.
The staff except for few exceptions do not see one or do not want to see and operate one. Smoking unfriendly hotel There is no possibility to smoke anywhere except in front of the hotel.

Pretty nice, comfortable and modern four star hotel near to the city centre and to old town of Nuremberg city. The rooms are clean and contemporary, the breakfast is nice, the staff is helpful and polite. Gym, bar and restaurant are also available.

Good service and the room was also nothing to fault. Only that if you sleep on the side of the street can be watched fairly by pedestrians and the hotel opposite, is annoying. Nice note the bathrooms are glazed and not completely opaque, so you can watch your sweetheart at the cosy showers.

Staff sheet very friendly and helpful. Room rather small but very clean. To the street side of course not quietly, unless you close the Windows.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was very good. However the bed was soooo uncomfortable. It was so hard. The bathroom towels were thin, I have found this is a standard throughout the hotels I have been to in Germany. The aircon wasn't working & so the room was very hot. I turned the AC off to see if that made a difference, I didn't.

Good comfortable hotel and very close to Bahnhof, makes it easy to commute. Also very close to the central market place with loads of options to shop and eat… And site seeing too! Have added pics of some nearby (walkable attractions) from the hotel.

The hotel has a good location near to the main railway station. It is part of the Spanish hotel group and as a collection represents a premium category. The room was well lit and the bed very comfortable. My room was on the inner side so far from any noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the room was noisy as there were two large groups eating the same time as me.

The rooms are nice. But make sure to get one that is not facing the street. We booked one "with a view" and got one facing the rear, it doesn't really have any view but is quiet. The rooms have a milky window towards the bathroom which is nice, because you get daylight in the bathroom. Breakfast is nice, but a little less than what I would have had expected from an NH collection. They seemed very overwhelmed with a large group (no one greeted us or asked us for our room number during the entire 1h we had breakfast and also not a single plate was cleared. One of the two sets on our table was only half prepared with fork and napkin missing). There were more than 5 different labels for various juices. In practice more than half of the carafes had plain orange juice and not what was on the label.

High class Hotel a divine breakfast a restaurant a tone really below damage.

Public transport can be reached quickly, the old town is within walking distance. Room and bathroom quite spacious and comfortable.

All in all a very nice and good hotel. Especially for the price range!
The "gym" consists only of a few steppers/treadmills, however this is very neat! This is different in some hotels.
The spa area is also very nice! Breakfast super and friendly and helpful staff.

Was easy to check in, rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was above average. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Two twin beds instead of a queen bed.

Appearance of the hotel is not too small, but the room was amazing-spacious suite-style, living areas and kitchen-really good. Breakfast is also very affordable! Good location, close to the shops and cafes and is only a short walking distance, very convenient.

The Parking garage is the very last! With a large car in no case enter! Already when you Descend you have to be careful that you don't get in the raised curb driving. The Parking spaces are also very tight. But the peak was Out. Without Sunday, I had no Chance to get out, although I have Parktronic, I'm left rear and front right with the rims on the high curb and approached. Also the rear left of the yellow Plastiksäule, where the ticket hineinsteck! Had I known that the go out without blasting is not possible, then I would never reingefahren. There is also no sign at the underground driveway present, which indicates that cars with a certain width is not carry. After consultation with the staff, the owner is also not appropriate, although probably 80% of the hotel guests start what you below on the walls can see. The Hotel knows about the problem and is up to the owner several times already approached, but this will change nothing, and rejects claims for damages, which I, of course, from a lawyer to clarify let. Sad! Conclusion: In no case with a wider, longer car drove into the Park, because you no go no more out!

Nice hotel — liked the setup and location — the pillows were worthless and I ended up using the one out of the chair, but that being said — it was a good stay. My group elected not to take the hotel breakfast due to the price but overall it was a good experience.

Good Hotel, underground Service! Hours on Zimmerrechnungen wait despite making an early request. Long Abreiseschlange, Taxi is waiting and the clock is running.

Because of the miserable Strassenverhältnissen (coming from Switzerland), I wanted to the already booked rooms for a few days later to reschedule. After 3 phone calls in an ever lasting hold, I have our concerns by Mail to the Hotel. Answer: not possible. Negative was, that to me is 90 % of the booking price will be charged. Only 10% of the price I will be refunded. I was once a guest in this Hotel, but certainly the last Time.

Service / staff: some very friendly, however, with some of the negative outliers. — Inadequate explanations towards the guests about formal operations partly unfriendly tone — reduced instruction older inexperienced gentlemen in zimmertechnik (despite demand) — Mini-bar up to 2. Day in spite of the many requests will not be filled — defects in the room (for example, from the wall, falling lamps) is not resolved and no spare rooms available. In part to inadequate knowledge of German Quality / condition of the rooms: Minibar not filled Window dirty, so that you can hardly see could — from the wall falling lamps — missing light bulbs in some lamps.

We have been there with a child spent a night. Super location just a few 100m from the train station. Staff very friendly. In a double room, our child free of charge in an extra bed to sleep.

We have a Jochen Schweizer gift card and wanted to get these now at 12. And 13. December 2014 to redeem. As a response we received from the NH Hotel Nürnberg City, then, that the Hotel at that time no more capacity for Jochen-Schweizer-customers. This is an impertinence, how long in advance should you book yet, when over half a year, apparently, is too little! Especially since the 12. And 13. December is now not even in the Weihnachtsferienzeit fall.

Hotel and rooms look great. Good location, walking distance to town. The beds are dubious and the pillows are awful — like sacks half stuffed with cotton wool balls. There is also occasionally no kettles in the rooms. Service is as expected, though I've yet to see anything friendlier than 'efficient'.

A great hotel with new facility. The service us kind, and the room is big. It even has a tank for me to take a bath after a whole day walking. It really relax my body. And the location is great, only 5 minutes walking from the Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. The only negative point is hotel only provide cable internet. No Wi-Fi. But I definately choose this hotel once again.

Good hotel. Can get pricey depending on time you are booking and how much in advance. Breakfast is expensive but very good. Since it is included in the price, it is hard to meet my company's daily allowance for food expenses (breakfast takes over one-half). Wi-Fi is additional expense. Room are clean and have a modern, dark, minimalist feel — my wife is not a fan of the decor, but I don't mind it.

The hotel is located about 5 min walk from the main station Nuremberg. Located directly beside a main road. I could sleep peacefully. The reception very friendly. Overall, a very nice and attentive staff in this hotel. The room was modern and comfortably furnished. The mattresses were absolutely ok. Had no problems sleeping. Great: The transitional bedroom to the bathroom and the large minibar. The breakfast was typical NH Hotel: everything perfectly and in best quality. Gym rather mau, however I can recommend absolutely the sauna (Note hours! ). A really great hotel in Nuremberg. I'm definitely coming back.
