We were guests at the hotel at the weekend. Very very tasty food with asparagus in a butter lemons sauce, a very accommodating service on Sunday lunchtime on the terrace with great weather to add and simply a place to enjoy! Breakfast great choice and very versatile and delicious! Room was very clean and spacious, foyer and bar top style! Thanks to the very friendly and competent co-workers who provided us very well for the companies with tips on what you have to see when you are in Franconia!

We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday breakfast with family there. Delicious, diverse and very inexpensive for the required level.
The subsequent forest walk from the hotel car park has nothing to do with the hotel, but is a formal option.
Since the beginning of 2018, the house has been privately owned and no longer an NH hotel. This has had a noticeably positive effect.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the edge of the Fürther Town Forest. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. A highlight is the stylish lobby when you enter the hotel.

On the day of our arrival in Nuremberg, I called before arrival at the hotel to make sure that a baby cot is Verügung-on this call I was informed in passing, that the hotel is insolvent and closed. We were not informed about it. One day before we had received an automated email asking us if there was anything else we could do to make our stay more pleasant. Finally we were transferred to a city hotel of the NH group which in no way had the same equipment — pool, spa, etc. We were more than disappointed with the service, the bad communication, the alternative solution (only one sleeping place instead of wellness) and the handling of the customer. In the future we will no longer book in NH Group hotels.

The former Grundighotel, that now after almost 40 years is again as a privately run hotel in the picturesque city forest and invites for food, days and well-being. Bright, friendly rooms, the regional restaurant, the quaint parlours and the hotel bar with small snacks invite you to enjoy. The hotel's own swimming pool, sauna and steam bath invite you to relax and unwind until late in the evening. No matter if Geschäftsteise, family outing or weekend trip, that forestry house is always worth a visit.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel.

The hotel is very well located in the forest but it has been very much in the years. There is a traffic jam, the rooms are still clean and tidy, but the furnishings are definitely outdated. The staff as well as the breakfast are beyond doubt and therefore very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with great choice. Location at the edge of the forest — perfect. Dogs no problem.

Very pleasant location and nice hotel rooms and wellness area.

Remotely located from Fuerth and the highway, the hotel is in the middle of a forest. Not ideal for getting around, but great for hikes and corporate conferences. It's also very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, the place is too rustic and needs a refresh. Rooms are clean and spacious, good selection at the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel in the charm of the eighties with slightly faded luster. Beautiful location by the forest.

I am only guest in the sauna/steam room and pool area.
There, everything is quite clean and relaxed and the pool is large enough to shoot a few rounds and a few beds and chairs are also available.
Because worth the price of admission.

You clearly realize the hotel but his age. Here should be restored in many places. It's still.
Terrible is the Wi-Fi surf for free solution, going on just yet. Once but 2 pictures here are it's too slow. For more speed, I should pay €10 a day.

Located in the forest. No restaurant near hotel. Free Wi-Fi works well at hotel. Good to walk in nature. Room is compact able.

Although often to guest in nh — hotels this branch represents my first and so far only great disappointment. The room (accessible only via a totally smoke-filled corridor) was under of all cannon and you lay down in bed, without any movement fearful, or to stick to the wall. Since then the unique and beautiful location can save nothing.
As I learned only later, there should be also a new building with much better rooms (but afterwards is always smarter: — (). ) Staff, services and breakfast at best average, worth no other visit.

My family and I (2 ERW. 2 children group) have stayed this hotel mid August 2007. The hotel is located in the middle of the forest, super quiet and great forest air, if you up the Windows at night. The junior suite consisted of two rooms, a large terrace with own table and chairs. The bathroom had two sinks and a separate toilet. Everything very clean, the staff very friendly. Stucco and wood atmosphere with the flair of the 70 years. We very enjoyed it. We come back probably.
