We were at the company dinner: Very friendly and also perfectly English-speaking service. Super delicious food, everything perfectly cooked. Very good wine. Beer selection could be more better-local (-Königs-Pilsener).

I stayed in this hotel for two night during a business trip, the experience was outstanding. The room and the local areas are very clean and well maintained. The staff is great like the services that they offer (as gym, sauna, swimming pool and relax area). I strongly recommend to have dinner at the restaurant: very high quality food, with perfect presentation and impeccable service. Try the red wine of the house.

Very nice hotel with large rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. The food is also delicious. There is a point deduction because I find that it smells a bit strange in the hallways to the rooms, and the carpets look somewhat taken along.

My stay here was incredibly memorable and most enjoyable. The staff were attentive to my every need, and humbly catered to seeing that my comfort was maximized during my stay here. Everyone staffed is bilinguaI and speaks moderate to fluent English, which was very helpful as I am an American citizen. One staff member was even so generous as to help me locate the address for the closest US Army based and provide a cab, with a call to my room when it was downstairs. I most definitely recommend this destination for your retreat abroad.

Restaurant very quiet and private. Waiter was very funny and engaged in banter with people at the table. Food and wine were delicious.

Service is very good. The staff immediately knows your name. Is more of a property from extremely upscale homes. I am personally on the road in many hotels a year and can say that I have never felt so comfortable before. Spa is clean and well equipped (overall very good impression). Hotel is a bit winded and you need something to get the bearings. Food tastes good. Appropriately reasonable for the price. Rooms are a bit cramped. You might want to reserve a class higher if you need a lot of space. The room makes a very neat impression — everything clean-. Pay TV is included. The bar has modern décor. The pictures on the homepage correspond to the actual circumstances. So what more could you want?!

Unique for the area!

I just stayed there while on a business trip. The room and hotel are decorated quite nicely. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a good variety on the menu. Overall quite pleased. Will definitely stay there next time I visit the Karlstein/Kahl area again.

We had been looking for a hotel near Frankfurt with wellness area and did become aware of this search at the hotel Zeller.
We can fully agree to the good reviews of the hotel. The spa area with indoor pool is top notch and not overflow. The rooms are large, clean and very well equipped. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Frühstücksbuffetist really top notch.
If I ever to complain about something, it would be the shower facility that is possible only in the bathtub.
Since we did not eat at the hotel we had asked for a good pizzeria. Us was "da Scialpi Trattoria" recommended a table was reserved in the us. It is a friendly, family pizzeria where there essentially is pizza and pasta. The food is very good and the prices are fair.

Having spent 80% traveling the past 12 years, this is my favorite hotel in Europe, and possibly the world. Family run owned and rebuilt by them as well this is my home away from home.

This hotel is beautiful: the rooms are immaculate with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and all amenities you might expect. The staff is friendly and helpful while the dining experience (both breakfast and dinner) is something to remember. Would love to stay here again.
