The hotel is fine, but the rooms are nothing special. The wellness area has a great view of Lake Constance.

Breakfast is sufficient, but also nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, we are sitting here very close to the table neighbour.

Those who like to stay in the hotel and don't just come to stay overnight may be a little disappointed. Otherwise, it will suffice.

In my first Google review ever, I have to rate the Seehotel Litz badly. I don't want others to come with the same expectation and then be as bitterly disappointed as we are.

Our baby at the grandma's and a weekend only for two on Lake Constance, with a nice, sophisticated hotel room. That was our idea.
That's why we chose the Seehotel Litz right away.
We really liked the room examples with direct lake view! We had booked a double room with lake view. Chick, modern and stylish, so our expectation due to the room description from the homepage.

But my husband and I were stunned when our room didn't initially correspond to the representation of this room category.
Do you not provide the different room categories with pictures on the homepage to give potential guests an impression of the room?
So I can decide for myself whether I like the style of furnishing and I want to book a room of this kind or not?

I am well aware that the pictures of a room, on a hotel homepage are always exemplary pictures and minor deviations are completely understandable and normal. But the fact that a completely different room awaited us, a room that was not in the slightest similar, shocked me and made me infinitely sad.

Everything perfect — location, food, employees, service… The only thing missing is the air conditioner.

Very pretty Hotel. Right on Lake Constance. The View from the Family Room 401 is magnificent. Room 401 is Duplex: On the Ground floor a 1, 60m Bed with two Mattresses, two Single Beds in the Children's Room and Bathroom with Shower and toilet. A Madness Sofa upstairs and a large Window in the Roof Slant that can be put off completely electrically.
Beautiful shower series. Free Bottle Of Gerolsteiner (0, 75l). There is a coffee capsule machine in the Room.
Unfortunately no Air Conditioning, therefore in Summer under the Roof very hot.
Unfortunately, there is little Closet Area for a Family room. But You can spread out on top of the Sofa. There are few Towel Racks.

Room clean … Feel-good caracter given … Disappointing was that you promised on the phone to take care of a candle light dinner and when you arrive nothing was done.

Beautiful sauna area, top breakfast, rooms are a bit small, partly newly renovated. Deficiencies in the sanitary area. Price of single room absolutely too high and not appropriate.

The location is really nice, specially on the suites, since they have views to the lake. The staff is nice and friendly but the hotel itself is sub-par. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong point, and the rooms are a bit "too simple" for the price. All and all, doesn't worth it, in my opinion.

The operation is friendly. Nice bistro. Location right on Lake Constance. Parking free of charge right in front of it.

The rooms are very modern and very clean. They are real designer rooms. The wellness area is top and the view over the Lake Constance to the mountains is fantastic. At breakfast there is plenty of choice and also tastes good and fresh.

The hotel is very good but the food in the bistro is not edible The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had and we have travelled all over the world, some 5 star hotel can be an example.

Very good service The food gets 5 stars, we were on New Year's dinner and were super satisfied, and then the next day still for coffee.

Super beautiful Jr. Suite. The wellness area is the absolute madness with the view over Lake Constance into Switzerland and Austria ☺️. Next time we book the boat tour with the hotel's own yacht.

Great senery, great rooms, comfortable.

Quality and equipment of the rooms of the star level appropriate. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff as well as the wellness area. However, the parking situation on site is problematic due to the location, as there are no direct places.

There's a very nice lounge next to the Restaurant, it's a cosy place to have some Drinks in the evening.

We had a GroupOn voucher 2 may nights at Hotel Litz. Here, one sought objectivity evaluation.
Absolutely beautiful location. Quiet, close to the water.
Rooms: Our with the Nr. 104 had the IKEA facilities mentioned already in other descriptions. Nice and cozy — if you like it. But definitely not a design room. It is something that is always very important to us in the "old wing", hence no sufficient W-LAN connection —. Once again unfortunately come true: many advertise. It is then usually different in reality. Is the case common also in apartments.
: Shower good, but very close. If you make any quick movements, you can get away without bruises. Storage areas, as well as any available.
Beds: Nothing for people who rejoice in the evening on good night's sleep. At least the right mattress is important through so that you can spend the night in an attitude. Basically, it is quite simple: it must adapt itself only the hollow of the mattress. Is however hard to spend a whole night. Or it lies with the head at the foot end. So it is somehow the 8 hours.
Beautiful at no. 104: A mini balcony with two chairs and a table directly to the Lake. For this, we paid extra but then also €30 per night. Other rooms — most with design — you have something hard to lean out the window and look to the left. Then you also have lake views.
Sauna and Spa area: nothing to criticize. Really class!
Breakfast: Absolut ok.

Good price and performance ratio.

1 lack of air conditioning in the rooms… in full heat wave
2. A bed in which you can not extend when doing 1 m 85 because it is too small
3. A ridiculous bathroom, tiny in which is not two, but it is even difficult to go home alone
4 at breakfast, at 10, asking us to leave because it's time, and that it has more nutella… unworthy of a 4 stars, never seen other than in Germany
5 being obliged to park the car in a parking at 300 m offer no reduction on the part of the hotel
6 SE DO TAKE UNDULY 56 EUROS EXTRA BACK IN FRANCE, ALTHOUGH THIS SUM DOESN'T MATCH THE INVOICE OR A ANY EXPENSE, AND HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET BACK THE SUM…
We will not in this hotel or if Germany early.

In any case this is already a danger for the physical Well-being in arrears! Check in is in the neighbour hotel we Luggage at the reception and then had to sometimes only a few hundred meters in the other Hotel and the keys get. Breakfast and dinner also in the other Hotel. The room is lousy equipped no balcony for toilet and bathroom in the middle of the room is impossible! Dinner portions are much too small had to be started in the Restaurant next door once again to go eat:) Staff if there is a means rude and incompetent.

Very nice place and the rooms are great, unfortunately the organization doesn't work so well yet and the staff interprets friendliness a little differently. It's a pity you could get so much out of it. Only good that we are a great and fun group and can also relax and have fun without wellness. Too bad Hotel Litz, we certainly won't be coming back.

'm here for the umpteenth time in the enjoyment of a very small but perfectly fine and classy furnished room come. Design was here, despite the limited space, priority. High-quality materials and practical well thought-out solutions to steer by the lack of space. For a holiday should the man be safe, this room is larger, for some Businessübernachtungen but these are very suitable. The Breakfast is very good and more than sufficient. Essential to mention and a reason for the next visits are the simple and noble, with a slight Sternehauch and on's Essential style Restaurant, as well as the subsequent Bar. Here are reflected the 5*****-experience of the chef clearly. In addition to a world-class Aperitif, menu and wine list can be found here as well as a fine Grappakarte. The food is fresh and very delicious, attractively served and well portioned. The Service is friendly, fast and sustainable. Receipts are necessary also subsequently sent to the office. Thank you.

Really a shame that with 4 star only on the facilities looked. The Hotel has its 4Star do not deserve. Birthday, we were in this hotel 2 Ü + breakfast and a candle light dinner on the yacht of the hotel booked. On the day of arrival, and on the day of the dinner date has been confirmed. In the morning, the Manager at the front desk confirmed us that should be done no trip to the island of Mainau, as the ferry would be back in time to the agreed time (5: 00). We took a a shorter trip and were against 4: 00 back to hotel. The yacht was in the port anchor. We went to dress in the room. Against 16 40 hours we received a phone call: "we're sorry, we have to say off the candle light dinner for tonight, because the yacht is on the way". A complaint and the publishers of the undertaking led to nothing. "He'd be on the road and not accessible" to question whether he was on the road with the yacht, fell silent the receptionist.

If Ikea design for a design hotel enough, then it is ok. Otherwise, a maximum of Durschschnitt. And about the Bar, it is actually very loud. For the price, however, is quite ok. Sauna and Spa well! Frühstücksbuffeet also good.
