Very spacious and friendly stuff. But no AC, might have to open the windows at night in the summer.

Room very large and well equipped.
Breakfast also not to be complained about, unfortunately the buns were all at 9 o'clock and it took a very long time until new ones came. You have to see something like that for yourself and plan better. Come back gladly.

Large, well-kept rooms with kitchenette. It's very nice to have a different seat than the bed and a chair.

One of the best place to stay in. Rooms are comfortable, Clean and very quite. The best part is that you can cook your own food if you like, another is staff is really very good and professional. I always prefred it whenever I visit Konstanz. Thanks team apartment for taking good care.

Very nice hotel. Large and very clean rooms. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. There was ample parking and who knows the parking situation in the Ciy is glad to be able to park at the hotel for free. We booked by phone at the hotel and a cheaper price than booking & Co. Get. Come back!

Excellent breakfast and nice staff. The hotel is a former military barracks, so that's cool.

Large quiet rooms and the nicest concierge. The Kula Club ist nearby.

Hotel is very good, net and clean, very peaceful area, Hotel staff is very supportive and helpful. Only need to work on WI-FI connections, something it is quite poor. Breakfast is also good.

The stay in the Apartment Hotel Konstanz was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We feel like home always and like the location very much. Especially the kids enjoyed the stay a lot and happy to have a warm welcome with beautiful gifts The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. The hotel also offered good discounts to the tourist places for the tickets which I have never experienced before in any other place For sure, my next visit will be in the same hotel and I would recommend anyone to this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Apartment Hotel Konstanz and were very happy with our stay. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities that we were looking for. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. When we were checked in, we were given lots of information on what to do in Konstanz which we very much appreciated. In particular, we were told how to use the free bus tickets to get into and out of the city. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Was living in this hotel. Friendly staff and relatively clean. The facility was new, but had a little what youth hostel. Wi-Fi very weak. Would stay next time like the colleagues rather IBIS hotel.

We took advantage of a quiet weekend in a nice and very spacious apartment.

Stayed here about 2 yrs ago. Comfortable stay. Frndly staff. Was able to keep our bicycles safe.

At a great Hotel. 1 Time I've been there with my partner and stayed the night. Was quite ok. 2nd Time (somewhere in 2009) I have a room for my business partner rented. 2e Time was, unfortunately, not so ok. My business partner was there with his dog (a very young Labrador). Dog was allowed in, just not in the Breakfast room. To be completely in order. After checking out, I received a day later an email that the dog will damage had in the room (apparently he had been at the back of a chair nibbling away. A 'photo' with dry wood chips would be attached. To the Please the complete price of this chair to be reimbursed. This, even though the chair was only slightly damaged and was without issue further, could be used by this Back grinding and painting. I took the whole thing very strange. The chair was so high that the small dog on his hind feet would have to stand in order to gnaw. Also the dog had never before (and never after) to any piece of furniture gnawed. With a lacquered piece of wood to me also not so attractive seems to have for a dog. Also, I couldn't really see why we weren't informed immediately had as the room staff, this had discovered. A day later, we had logically been so far away that we are able to no more place to look at. Even besides that, don't see why I for the damage should pay what a dog which has caused me to not be heard (note: my business partner, whose dog it was, was never written. Although his data is there, logically, were also known).

Huge rooms but little freaky. Questionable neighborhood. Good breakfast.

Nice Hotel, as Wehrmutstropefen are certainly the noisy students in the Jägerkaserne stay to mention. Otherwise, it was good — the weather.
