We are just here in this indescribably beautiful hotel… EVERYTHING is perfect. You can tell that the hotel is run with heart. I travel a lot in very good hotels, but this one exceeded my expectations by far!

We spent a few nights at the Hotel Oswald for the anniversary.
The romantic suite was perfect for this. In the wellness area you could relax your soul excellently. The staff was always friendly. We were delighted with the evening buffet. The food is a real explosion of taste.
A big thank you to the sommelier Michaela, who tasted our new favorite wine every evening. Professionally super competent, very attentive and always friendly.
Thank you for the wonderful time.
We will definitely be back.

As always a fantastic stay. Friendly service, great wellness area and at No. 1 a fantastic, sensationally good cuisine! So far, this quality has rarely been experienced.
As always, it is a pleasure, even for "only" 2 nights a "holiday" with an immediate recovery effect.

It annoys me that the Hotel Oswald deliberately gives the wrong impression. The awarded Michelin star relates to 15 seats in the small, fine — tasting testaurant-but the big Hotel-Restaurant. This abuse annoys me!

Simply pure relaxation.
There is no better food and more choice.
The rooms the right luxury.

My girlfriend and I were there last weekend and I highly recommend the food. I especially liked the 5-course menu with buffet.
Furthermore, we could not use everything because of the Corina regulations, but the treatments with massage and whirlpool were great!

4-star hotel with small flaws. The hotel is furnished in a cosy Bavarian style! Although the endless display cases with their strange interior slacken satust! Our spacious e Suite in the attic was fine! At high summer temperatures, however, very warm! But you can't expect air conditioning at 4-star level! The wellness area with beautiful outdoor pool was great! Unfortunately, the 1-star restaurant advertised in the brochure was closed! Unfortunately, the star chef's absence due to leave was also noticed! There are better hotels at this level in terms of preparation and preparation! The staff was very helpful and very friendly (especially the "good soul of the hotel: Mrs. Schaireiter)! Some foreign personnel often had language problems, which now seems to be common in the border regions. The hotel owners are very reserved and not very interested in their guests. This deprives the hotel of the well-deserved, family charm. There are many hotels here that do it better. Overall all O. K. But not for spoiled characters!

Spa Hotel in a modernized rustic style. Efficient service, good restaurant and good breakfast. The room I had was very nice, huge TV and very clean. The little balcony was great. No air condition though, during my stay with high outside temperatures it was quite warm. The staff at reception was really efficient, check in / out was all prepared and very fast.

What can I say — a super hotel, we had a very nice weekend! I didn't want to go. The staff is absolutely accommodating, the service top, the entire facility very well maintained and clean. The food is also a dream. The massage is extremely professional.
I would give 6 stars if I could.

Super great service and great hotel. I was there for a business trip and we did something wrong when booking. Nevertheless, we were given a better room on the same terms. Very friendly and helpful. I would keep coming back.

One of the best wave hotels ever. The food is super tasty, the staff all very friendly and the rooms very spacious and clean. We are here for the second time and are very happy to come back!

6 star. Simply magnificent!

I am surprised about the good reviews and I have to unfortunately. The reception was very nice, the Rest was for me more than inadequate and the response to other complaints of inappropriate (Zero reaction) for me this Hotel under any circumstances in question.

Period Saturday 12 to Monday 11 a. M. Location The hotel is located in Kaikenried, a very small town in the district of Regen. It is well located for excursions to the region.
Food Saturday and Sunday there was a 6 course dinner menu. That really tasted delicious. From the feeling, the food was better or more varied on Saturday evening. Above all there was a dessert buffet on Saturday that left nothing to be desired. Simply taste a highlight. There was always a vegetarian alternative to choose from, which were also really tasty.
At noon there was a small buffet, e. G. Roll roast with noodles, vegetable curry with basmati rice or chicken thighs with noodles, a very tasty salad buffet and cakes. The roll roast was delicious and the chicken was really tender.
In the spa/Wellnessbereich there was a small selection of snacks (sausages, cakes, vegetables, fruit) and drinks (coffee, tea, water and juices). The juices were cold and very refreshing.
In the nude area there were still various teas.
The breakfast was very good. White sausages, bratwurst, scrambled eggs and individually prepared fried egg or omelettes. A large selection of fruits, cheeses, sausages/ham and sweet items (pancakes, squirrels, quark bags…), various honey and jam varieties. Very nice was the huge selection of juices, including freshly squeezed orange juice.
Drinks was the only unpleasant.

I spent two nights here. The suite is completely tastefully decorated, very clean and generously cut. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and varied. Plenty of choice also at the breakfast buffet. The spa area is very nicely decorated, the water in the outdoor pools is also really warm, so that it can withstand even in fresh weather super good. All in all, a really great hotel.
I personally had the towels at the massage too hard, as I have in other comparable hotels already softer and fluffier located. The cocktails at the bar were too lax in my opinion. You could do a little better here. Otherwise everything is top! Would love to come back!

We had the cuddle suite. Great décor, overlooking the outdoor pool. The food was a dream. All the staff of the house were very nice and accommodating. We felt very comfortable.

Who is looking for peace is definitely right here. Nicely and harmoniously furnished and spacious rooms invite you to linger.
The wellness area is also lovingly designed and offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Especially noteworthy is the food that is excellent. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, everything is taken into account, regardless of whether special requests such as Laktoseintolleranz are available.
The staff is very friendly and willing to meet special requests as far as possible.

We were recently in this hotel and would not come back again. When we wanted to check out, we were charged the "Cuddle Days" package (which we have already transferred at the time of booking) twice. On our note came only a short-bound apology. The bill was corrected after a short time back and forth, however, the error was more or less swept under the table. The spa area is nice however, there are not enough beds available. The staff was always friendly, except for a masseur who was unfortunately a little intrusive during the treatments and spoke almost continuously.

The reception had to be lots of info from the nose, where we would have liked to get it without constantly having to come at the reception at the beginning.

Very relaxed holiday! Beautiful newly renovated room (Suite) great food and friendly staff. Wellness area with two swimming Pools, and saunas are also well maintained, clean and fully sufficient. We will come back :)

Great outdoor pool Jacuzzi, large Indoorbecken, varied saunas (extra dry sauna goods one complement), well equipped relaxation rooms, varied drinks in the wellness area free, relaxing massages very good food, friendly service — experienced staff.

Excellent, new and remodeled top hotel that meets any claim in luxury, service and design. Equipped with all the amenities it offers the possibility far from everyday life the soul to relax. 4 star are definitely undervalued.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area in the Bavarian Forest, where wonderful excursion destinations are within easy reach. Also the hotel itself offers plenty of in — and outdoor activities at, so you actually don't have to leave it or should.
Very friendly and helpful staff, you will feel welcome and each strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Everything is, accordingly, perfectly cleaned the level of the House and prepared.
The gastronomy is a true experience. Very professional and perfect cooking, where again the everywhere noticeable effort is reflected, offers something special for the guest. The restaurant, bar and fireplace room are very noble and classy but still very comfortable.
In addition, it offers a top-class restaurant for highest demands with limited seats available, what but still could be tried.
The Spa is stunning and offers every conceivable luxury and comfort. Here you can get everything you need to feel comfortable. Sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pool (all year), special applications, massages, relaxation areas, vital bar, cozy couches, top modern fitness room. The list could be continued.

They again made the stylistic balancing act between tradition and modernity reduced. Since the renovation, I'm again with you today for the first time and have to say that you have succeeded in a masterpiece of Stisicherheit, all of this brings the such a project with it against the background of the purely human challenges.
If you were so far quite far forward, so you are now really at the top.
Tip is also, in all this splendor, that bike of the latest generation of Oswald so of course "parks in front of the door", that it is again safe to have arrived home.
You go your way and it would be happy to accompany these a while as a regular.
