Additionally, access to spa services at the hotel may be limited if the booking was made too late.

Horse-drawn carriage rides with Mr. Erhardt are highly recommended to guests, described as very pleasant and informative. The trips follow beautiful routes through Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the possibility of visiting the cozy Heustadl, where mulled wine and treats are offered. Guests also positively evaluate the cuisine at the restaurant at Hotel Werdenfelserei, noting the exceptional taste of the dishes and the wonderful atmosphere.

The check-in process may seem inconvenient to some guests, as they have to travel to the other end of the settlement. Difficulties have arisen with the issuance of guest cards, which should be provided free of charge to obtain discounts; in one instance, the tourist tax was only waived after a guest complaint.
