All employees are very friendly and always strive for the guest.
I think the kitchen is exceptionally good.
Despite Corona, I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of.

Top hotel, I can only recommend.

Very nice hotel if Corona were not. Unfortunately no sauna.

We visited the hotel for 5 days. The rooms are large enough and very clean! The breakfast is very tasty, the staff friendly and the coffee of the hammer! Beautifully strong and super tasty. You feel poodle-like despite Corona.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr modernes Zimmer mit einem Top eingerichtetem Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Spa haben wir leider nicht benutzt, da wir nach dem wandern zu platt waren. Personal war sehr freundlich zu uns. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da das Wi-Fi nicht funktionierte, da man nach dem Verbinden auf eine Webseite zum Einloggen weitergeleitet werden sollte. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Der Rezeption war dieses Problem schon bekannt. Das sollte schnellstens behoben werden.

Beautiful hotel. Why you send a guest with a walking disability at 30 degrees probably because of a short pants back to the room is unclear to me. Full board is ok but not outstanding. At breakfast I expect white sausage in Bavaria.

We were here at a wedding the surroundings at themselves is super beautiful. The food is not bad but also nothing special.

Very nice and quiet location. Friendly and very good service. Clean and well-maintained premises. Unfortunately, smokers in the adjoining room who smoked on the balcony and with it the smells came into our room.

Very nice hotel, rooms quite modern furnished, staff friendly and helpful, service in the restaurant extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast very rich including gluten-free selection. A negative point is the non-existent room service. Parking spaces are available, but connected with small running distance. Beautiful surroundings. Room rates still reasonable. Generally, it is not recommended.

The hotel rooms are small but clean and modern. The meeting rooms are well equipped. The food is excellent and the landscape fantastic.

Was here for a wedding, the personnel was really friendly, professional and always of great help. The food was great and the desserts were spectacular! Didn't see the bedroom but the restaurant was really clean and pretty, the location was fabulous. A great experience indeed.

A Hotel for the perfect Rest. The Room is clean and not occupied. The View to The lake is fantastic and the Staff is friendly and courteous. I would just like to see an Introduction for the Spa Area. Since we did not know what the process was, or what the Process was. How to behave.

The location is in an amazing place with green fields, forests, lakes and mountains. It's 3km away from the zugspitze (highest summit in Germany, 3000m high). On the inside, conference room are comfy. Rooms are quite big with a balcony.

Very nice rooms. The sauna area is lovingly designed. Huge selection at breakfast and dinner buffet. Always fond!

If you want to spend a few quiet days, you are in good hands here. Beautifully located — hiking trails and Zugspitze are at your doorstep.

I spent two days in this hotel. The location is awfully nice, the rooms clean and the staff very nice. The breakfast buffet was not regularly refilled I can not confirm. Perhaps it was because the load was not very high at that time.

Super room, top clean, friendly staff, food smart. I highly recommend it. A big thanks to the blonde lady for the jug of coffee for the room before getting up.

A super great hotel in an amazing location. Just imagine sitting in the sauna and looking at Zugspitze. The rooms are comfortably large with a balcony. There's a bathroom and a separate room for the shower and bathtub. Beds are super comfortable. The spa is amazing the a large relax area, two saunas, an ice room, a super cold pool, and many different types of showers. The massage is highly recommend. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of bread, cereal, fruits, and warm food. The dinner was also nice, but lacked that little extra. The conference faculties are great with both large and small rooms. Highly recommend.

Room very clean, could sleep wonderfully, mattresses are not too soft; Very quiet at night; Dining room with a wonderful, idyllic view of the small lake; Also the food is delicious.

The location is fantastic, the rooms good. The kitchen, on the other hand, is below average. In the morning Aufbackbrötchen, the soups usually over salt and it is very much worked with finished products. Unfortunately, the overall impression is greatly tarnished.

Room and location very nice. Food very good in terms of quality. However, the service does not fill the buffet, so at breakfast time the buns are missing and at lunch the meat. The comment of the service staff I can eat vegetarian, does not really help. Nevertheless, you have to praise the hotel and also the staff who were consistently friendly.

Beautiful quiet location. State-style hotel in Bavarian-style. Excellent for meetings. Quality of service was good as expected.

Hotel in a unique location with great views (at least in the lake house). Very nice staff. Overall, somewhat confusing and impersonal, is probably mainly used for corporate events.

I have been to many hotels in the world, including some conference hotels and seminars, without which a holiday was the main focus. This hotel, however, has now landed in the first place of my personal list. There is absolute tranquility in the rooms, a nice and above all large balcony is included, the bed is perfect, the interior of the room was chosen right to the point (Wood conveys an enormous peace) and the cleanliness as far as the room service do not offer any points of complaint. Also worth mentioning is the absolutely brilliant food in the in-house restaurant. The quality as well as the preparation and quantity of the dishes as well as the Reichthaltigkeit are absolute top.

I do not know about the hotel itself but the location is heavenly and not far from other very beautiful places.

Breakfast great, unfortunately not very Langschläferfreundlich (10am max). Internet could be really better. DSL 6000 and 8GB data volume per day. Netflix lol. But the spa and the beer vending machine;) … Did I mention the great atmosphere at the bar?

A great hotel with very friendly staff, our room was up to 2-3 small flaws TIP TOP and clean (missing the minibar to enjoy cool drinks even in warm weather, the holder for the toiletries in the shower was only fixed one-sided and hung The toiletries always flipped over, so in the room itself above the bed there was no good lighting just indirect light outside by bedside lamp or hallway lighting)
Our cinnamon was very modern and comfortably furnished to suit the area.
We had a non-smoking room but on the balcony was an ashtray so you didn't have to come down to his addiction ;)
And the fantastic view from the balcony on the Zugspitze the crystal clear lake from which you could also see the trout from the upper floor are on the bottom of the lake made up for the defects.
All in all it was a wonderful weekend and we will be very happy to come back maybe the next time everything is in white.
I can only recommend this hotel!
The one star is only because I think a 4 star hotel should have a refrigerator in the room and the lighting really wasn't good.

Beautiful hotel close to the ski tracks of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and of the Zugspitze, the ceiling of Germany. A shuttle service from the hotel can drop you off/pick you up at the ski lifts. We ate at the hotel and we enjoyed the food and service. The spa is quite fine and very relaxing. A pool would have made our stay even better :)

Beautiful scenery and away from the very touristy Eibsee resort. Still very close to the all of the attractions you'd like to see in the area. Breakfast leaves a bit too be desired (variety, quantity, quality, preparedness). Hence the 4 stars.
