easy sleep Apartmenthotel

Yes, the hotel has a parking lot located right outside the front door. Guests describe it as a good area for parking a car.

The reception desk is not open 24/7, but only for specific hours, which can be an issue when planning your arrival. Check-in outside of operating hours is quite straightforward, including via a self-check-in terminal. Reviews about the staff are mixed: some guests describe the employees as very friendly and helpful, while others characterize them as rude, arrogant, and even mention instances of shouting over the phone. It was also noted that the reception staff may not speak English or German.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. However, the rooms feature small kitchenettes equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. Some guests are pleased with these amenities, but one visitor reported that the stovetop in their room did not work, and there are no exhaust hoods, causing food odors to mix in the hallways.

Guests' opinions on the internet performance are divided. One visitor confirmed that the Wi-Fi worked properly, while another reported that the network was completely non-functional despite being available.

The room furniture and finishes look new, modern, and are done in a minimalist Ikea style. Opinions regarding the mattresses are mixed: some guests find them comfortable for a good night's sleep, while others complain that they are too soft. It was also mentioned that in some rooms, the TV is mounted too high near the ceiling, making viewing uncomfortable.

Many guests note that the rooms are very clean, neat, and well-maintained. However, there are negative remarks as well: one guest reported the presence of insects and mentioned that full housekeeping with linen changes is performed only once a week.

The hotel does not have air conditioning, which makes the rooms very hot in the summer. Problems also arose in winter: one guest noted that in November the room was chilly because the radiator barely heated, and they had to sleep fully clothed.

The rooms feature showers, which many guests rate positively. A coffee machine and tea are available in the lounge area; however, guests complained that the coffee machine can be out of order and the snack vending machine is often empty. In some rooms, there were issues with sewage smells in the bathroom, and Sky TV was not working.
