With 4 stars this has nothing to do with, price performance does not tune in.
Rooms are in great need of renovation, carpet and bed full of stains, furniture worn or broken.
At the reception you are only told that no one is in the house who can make decisions to help you further.

An abysdown hotel. THE room is large enough to stay overnight, but the bathroom is very small. The carpet is simply unhygienic. Be sure to let slippers be given at the reception.
Very centrally located, staff extremely friendly. The breakfast is tidy, but without surprises.
It's definitely not a four-star hotel.

Nice and friendly people who work here. The breakfast is good. There is always enough on the counters. It is only a bit expensive. The rooms are clean and okay to spend the night there. The only thing I dislike is the heat in the rooms next to the street. You don't get the air circulating. But that's only due to the temperatures.

The room, which is visibly in need of renovation, is the one… But the switch from analogue to digital cable television is simply embarrassing. 1.8. … no more reception … and helpless, evasive answers at the reception.

The proximity of the hotel is good.
Room as warm as in a sauna, not to stand.
With television not able to switch to digital, since from today 1.8.18 there is no more analogue television.
Breakfast okay.

Great breakfast, only the rooms are somewhat smaller than I expected.

A beautiful hotel with clean rooms and a prime location. For the location, however, the price is also slightly higher. Ideal for a short trip to Rosenheim. For me, the room size is absolutely sufficient, because after all I want to discover the city and the room serves me to sleep and refresh!

Hotel is comfortable and is in fact walking distance from the train station if you have light Luggage… else it is about €7-8 by taxi. The front desk folks are very helpful. The breakfast is good and has a reasonable continental spread… the lift is a bit from yesteryears :-) though… The rooms are average size. But comfortable… The baths were a size smaller… though not a deal breaker.

Good value, no nonsense place with very friendly and polite staff.

Decent 3 star hotel. Small clean rooms. Breakfast ok. Internet a little slow. Good location for city centre.

Room to the Street very noisy. The Rooms could use a general Overhaul. Not to recommend! The same goes for my Room Partner.

A beautiful hotel. I slept very well, the bed was great, the room very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, varied and delicious. I really like to come back.

The friendliest staff I've ever experienced in a hotel! The hotel is central, good breakfast and the rooms completely adequate. We were there with a big group of girls. While other hotels are annoyed by 16 young girls when they checked in, we were kindly welcomed and cared for there. Would I recommend at any time and go back.

Staff were friendly. Hotel itself, well. Bed for one night.

Good hotel, very central. Suitable very well for a Rosenheim excursion.

The rooms are completely weaned. The carpet and the walls dirty, the cupboards scratched, the bathroom old and also not really clean. The elevator is an imposition.
Moving in the location is good.
I do not recommend this hotel.

We found it good for the third time, on the way to the mountains. Small rooms all top clean.
Couple details would be appropriate to judge, such as HD TV, but this is whining at a high level.

First the positive: the staff are very, very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was clear but well sorted. The old town is within walking distance.
Negative was: the rooms were clean but outdated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The mini bar could have been a bit cheaper. The water pressure in the shower was far too low.

It's a joke! The images do not reflect the reality again! Old rooms, mended shower and street noise. Never again!

The service is great. Nice people. Nice rooms.

Quite ok from the premises apparently there is also a bar in the entrance area, only two things are less good 1. The elevator stinks disgustingly after dog and 2. Are the gears somewhat confusing for people with poor orientation rather not so good.

We like to come here. Price/performance totally i. O. Top location in downtown. Breakfast as well. However, there is a need for renovation here and there. Otherwise everything is clean.

Clean, small rooms are cosy. Shower is a bit small and ifd you are pot bellied or pregnant be warned. Breakfast is good. I liked it and it's convenient being near center of rosenheim with lots of food places.

Clean, friendly and right in the middle of town. Perfect for the Herbsfest.

The hotel is in a very central location. It is close to the city centre, shops and the train station. My only criticism is that the rooms are not well sound proofed as we could hear the TV in the next room.

The hotel is modern and clean. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. However there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms and they can get hot at night.

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are so-so (quite small). Wifi signal strength is weak. Parking is an extra, charged separately. I think this is more a 3* hotel than a 4*.

Great for the central location. Both to visit Rosenheim and the herbstfest. Intercontinental Breakfast and rooms OK. Low average price.

For a 4 * Hotel somewhat weak. Rooms are small, the shower head splattering in all directions, no big lamp in the room…

I was last weekend to guest and I was very satisfied. The room and the shower and toilet were Picobello. In fact, the shower entrance for something trudging people is too narrow… The staff is Superfreundlich and helpful. On Saturday, I could pull in the middle of the day in my room. The only thing that was a bit negative, the rolls are likely to be… baked slightly darker.

Ok. Breakfast not for asian people. Staff not say good morning or night.

Rooms, shower space particularly small, as the Asian people are very crowded, don't know the European People what to do.

Had a business meeting in Munich and had to Dodge, since Munich is unfortunately completely booked. I saw this inspiration Hotel. Probably a little bit in the years to come, however, I have price and performance, and the warmth of the staff and the Management completely convinced. The Breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a great diversity. The house can thoroughly recommend. Who overpriced prices in Munich wants to avoid, is the perfect Alternative.

Convenience location with near to train station, surrounding with shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Room is not very big but very clean. Breakfast variety not much and only serve European/US style. Overall like it very much to stay on business trip.

We took a short tryp to Rosenheim. Town and Hotel were beautiful.
