For that price that hotel was super!
It was possible to park the car in front of the room, which was great to carry easly our luggage inside. The walls had a soundproof cover so our sleep was decent!
We were able to check our late as well, which was a +++!

Door does not open. No refund.
No response from customer service.
The hotel operates with no personal and doors open with a code via mobile. Great concept, great location however our door malfunctioned. The electronic lock opened (whirring noise, green light). There was also a manual keylock and it felt like that one was locked. We could not enter the room. With no-one present and no-one answering the phone in the evening we took our loss and went to another hotel nearby. Not what you want after a long drive, but I expected to get a refund easily the next day.
To my surprise after multiple emails I still get no response from customer service (2 months ago). I noticed in the reviews I'm not the only one. I can only advice to avoid untill they improve customer service. I hope this review adds to that process. It is a shame of an otherwise great concept (Booking: BRN-9330-230624).
