Too filthy for a German best Western. Mattresses are ancient and permeated. After complaint, just shrug his shoulders. You would like to give me another room but everything is fully booked. Then came a bus full of Chinese. Well, once and never again.

Rooms were okay. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. It was just a pity that there was no air conditioning at these temperatures. It was therefore very warm.

Simple yet tasty food, and rather cheap, main dishes around 10€. Lacks good music.

Room too warm and small, without air conditioner, very noisy, no fridge, unconfortable bed. Nothing to say about the service, we didn't need of any help.

What I liked: The hotel has a parking space in front of the house which is very convenient, there are various markets, gas stations, restaurants and an ATM, all a few 100m away.
The lobby is large and looks pleasantly bright, the staff friendly.
The rooms are bright, small but functional with kettle, TV, Wlan.
The breakfast buffet has everything I need, grain rolls, scrambled eggs, orange juice that tastes mixed with water like Fanta … no matter scrambled eggs!
What I didn't like: At the check-in subtropical temperatures in the lobby (but it was warm the day), so to the room, there also 27 degrees.
Window open and air!
After 4h airing, the room had barely cooled. Leaving windows open overnight is not possible because even late guests arrive, buses with reversing piecers parking and a motorway feeder runs outside the hotel. There is also a smoker and seating area (two benches and an umbrella) just below the windows of the rooms instead of on the other side of the parking lot where it would be less disruptive. So there were either qualm or loud conversations, should have stayed longer to learn more foreign languages … when checking out I learned that my room was a smoking room, the info would have been appropriate at the check-in, besides, I thought that on smoking rooms Ashtrays stand …
Ok, windows too, are soundproofed … but just the windows, I read over … Mist!

The worst hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are run down, the kitchen unhygienic, the staff don't speak German and the chef is absolutely unsympathetic. It's unclear to me why Best Western is making a bad name for itself with such a store. This hotel definitely belongs to densely made.

Edit: I was back in the Best Western a short time ago. Conditions are catastrophic. All staff are de facto no longer in place.
This hotel is located just off Highway 8 with a few KM off Munich. The distance to Augsburg is 15 km and can be reached very easily and without much traffic within 10 minutes. The multilingual reception staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is extensive and makes for a good start to the day. There's coffee, tea and cake for free. The hotel has a sauna and steam room that can be used until about 23:00. The rooms are fine, but bathroom is a bit older. Still, everything is clean.

OK for one night, but I don't need it again. Furniture was already awfully used. Upon entering the room, I was struck by a peculiar smell — not very inviting. Breakfast was ok but with lots of air upstairs.

Nice, quiet place to stay at night if you need a cheap stop on your way through this route.

+ Price OK, staff tried to be nice, breakfast is OK — night checkin over Shelltankstelle, you just have to know — getting the bill takes a long time, there's still a lot to be done — at breakfast the neighbouring tables are immediately with a stinking Chemical cleaner cleaned — bed and mattress are not contemporary.

Mattresses through, Burger King makes the night to day (neon sign) used furniture etc…

Nice reception on arrival and the water for showering is hot. But that's it, too. Room dirty, carpet spotted, bedside lamps both defective, no sockets at bed, walls scratched, the double bed are 2 pushed together details, the mattresses are located. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. Certainly not again!

Always happy to be here when something is free. Nice that there are still smoking rooms. Staff was friendly as always. Rooms are large enough. The Internet is also OK.

Very friendly hotel staff, the room was clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Clean room, clean bed and towel, quite nice place for the price.

Old Rooms We came because there was no place in the surroundings in other hotels, compared to the Italian Best Western There is no comparison, our room was old with a bad smell, there was a whole dirty armchair that sucked. Luckily that sheets and towels seemed clean…
The room was €79 + 20 of breakfast which is not much but the room was worth even less.

Good for a night. Breakfast is quite appealing. Friendly service.

We stayed here for one night while returning from Slovenia. Very nice hotel and helpful staff. Check-in took less than 2 minutes.

Good hotel, but not excellent. Ideal for a short stop on a trip through Germany.

No air conditioning, too close to motorway to open windows. Towels were not white, no safebox in the room. Location is good if are just traveling (very close to the motorway).

Rooms OK, but no AC in the rooms.

Good service and reception.

Nice hotel, beautiful and friendly staff.
I'll surely be back some day.
