Very nice pleasantly managed hotel. The food is super tasty. Small shortcoming, the sauna and the relaxation area is a little small for the number of guests.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and bright. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet rich. The Welness area with swimming pool and sauna was very nicely designed and surprisingly little visited, so we had our peace. I would go back. The national park is a good 10 minutes away by car.

Tasty fresh dishes, friendly staff, comfortably furnished. Small menu, but everything very fresh. Point deduction is only available for the price. Otherwise everything is top!

A really nice and cozy hotel with an extremely friendly staff. Also the 5-course menu was very tasty, which is available every Saturday.
The wellness area is also very arduous and you can relax there very well in the sauna, steam bath, pool or whirlpool.
There are also many opportunities to do something in the area.
I would visit the hotel again at any time and can only recommend it!

Angefangen beim zuvorkommenden und aufmerksamen Service bis hin zu den Wellnessangeboten ließ unser Kurzurlaub keine Wünsche offen! Das leckere Frühstücksbuffet und die exzellenten Gängemenüs abends waren dann das Sahnehäubchen! Chapeau, so gut kann ein Wellnessurlaub sein!

Wir hatten einen Wellness-Tag geplant. Es gab keine Bademäntel im Zimmer. Der Whirlpool war eine Whirl-Badewanne, die gegen Aufpreis 20 Minuten genutzt werden konnte. Es gibt nur zwei Saunen, wobei das Dampfbad nur auf Anfrage genutzt werden kann. Eine Stunde Vorlauf wird zum Aufheizen des Dampfbads benötigt. Massagen konnten nicht gebucht werden, da die Masseure keine Zeit hatten. Unter Wellness verstehe ich etwas anderes. Das Abendessen war gut. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen. Die Preise für das Essen waren fair. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und ordentlich. Man konnte allerdings erkennen, das das Hotel nicht mehr das jüngste ist. Das Personal war immer freundlich.

The reception and the staff very friendly, helpful, smart… Rooms large and clean, the pool area wonderful after a winter hike to relax. The food sensationally good.

We actually had quite different plans, but had to rebook at short notice and had booked your hotel rather "blind". We could not have been more pleasantly surprised.

It was a perfect Stay throughout. Urbayrisch meets modern. You can feel that and see that throughout the Hotel. Very nice Rooms, very friendly Hosts and courteous Staff. Top Quality food. It leaves no Wish unfulfilled. We have already booked again.

That, to me, is the best I've experienced in the last few years. The Reiners is a family business that offers a first-class modern service with young people at the top, but is understanding and humane to meet its guests — and reach out to. Usually there is only modern service and cold impersonal furnishings or cozy and poor service. Here, both are combined by the best. A cosy ambience with a very sweet little spa (about 10 m swimming pool with massage jets, sunbathing areas, sauna and steam bath with relaxation rooms, billiards, gym, dart and table football), which I enjoyed to the fullest, a cosy Bavarian dining room with good Unfortunately, bourgeois cuisine — not yet vegan —, excellent service, beautiful very cosy bar, beer garden in front of the house, in other words: There were no wishes left unfulfilled. Thank you for the wonderful stay with you, I will be happy to come back again and again.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, well-kept atmosphere in a beautiful ambience. Very good, fresh and homemade food, which is also presented visually appealing and lovingly. Modern, beautifully furnished rooms. Clean spa area with swimming pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation area.
The "cleaner" is more focused on couples and less on families. However, nothing stands in the way of a romantic break for parents.

The Reiner, yes, what to say… For anyone who was there is clear: we will be back! The food, the service, cleanliness and the friendliness of the two operators… You can't ask for more. For us, the Reiner is always a place of relaxation and enjoyment. Fair prices and the new rooms are simply awesome. Great Praise! Will definitely come back a few days this year.

We stayed 5 days in the hotel "the cleaners". We really liked it. We were greeted very warmly. We had one of the renovated rooms which can only be booked via the homepage of the Reiner. The room was very nice, modern furnishings and super clean. The food was very good. A great compliment to the chef, as well as the service, which was also excellent and extremely accommodating. We felt very well taken care of. The spa area was quite sufficient for us, not particularly large, but adequate. At the reception we were always well advised on the leisure activities. The location was perfect for us as we were walking a lot.
We definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Dear Fam. Pure,
we were this weekend to visit with them and the package had posted "You & I" to get a little break from the stresses of everyday life. The Breakfast and dinner were first class! We were very well served and spoiled :)! Unfortunately, the Spa for Wellness is to be desired leave much to be desired. The Sauna is only open from 16-20 o'clock, however, you can enjoy the dinner in the same time at least 1.5 hours. There's only a little period of time thus remains left. The Sauna is with three people. The steam bath (on legs much too hot and there is hardly a fragrance exists) is to switch only on request, and then a very loud noise, wherein a fell the Relax quite difficult. As we wanted to on the second day at 20: 30 again after a three-hour winter walk to relax and warm up, was off to the Sauna already. Of course, it was understandable that this was not warmed up extra again. Accordingly, you instructed us that the Pool is completely usable, and we can take it in your claim. However, the Pool in the evening was too cold. Thus, we rested on the Loungers. Unfortunately, it has made us no one's attention to the fact that the Pool ran out of light automatically to 21.35 hrs. We were then completely in the Dark and were very scared. Apparently, you can turn on the normal light manually (what we learned in hindsight). However, you would have to first in the dark (what is on the wet tiles of dangerous! ) the light switch not find, was in the same room.

Disappointing We had the alleged (O-Ton Reiners) "Comfort De Luxe" rooms, with a corresponding expectation to enter — a big disappointment: old furniture and curtains, durchgelegene mattresses whose springs at night mangle, a flickering neon light in the bathroom, only after > 1 Minute to lit and careless room service (i. E. Not back-filled facial tissues). De Luxe listen here on the doorstep of the room on!

Three days spent at Das Reiners. Great location, excellent and the SPA.
