Although the hotel is on good location, in the center of the town and close to the mountains with a nice view, there are more things that are not good about this hotel. First thing, the rooms are not clean. Yes they come to clean everyday with vacuum but I saw a lot of dust on the bed and as I could see the dust was there maybe 2 weeks and more because there was a lot. Second thing is that they say there is parking and yes there is, but not enough for all the guests. We couldn’t find place to park a lot of times so we had to park across of the bridge or on street. Third thing is the breakfast. There are reservations on all tables for breakfast and even if all tables are free you can’t sit. We went on breakfast very early at 7 and there was no one so we sat on one table and they came and made us to stand because there is reservation. If you go on breakfast later at 9:30 (and the breakfast finish at 10) there is not food left from everything. There was no juice and vegetables left. Forth thing what happened to me was while I was sleeping. My bf was not there it was around 10:30, I woke up because of the noise that I heard and went on toilet, the next thing I know someone enter in my room and went. I thought that it was the girls that clean, but I heard steps on the terrace and I saw guy watering the flowers on the terrace. So I run off because I was sleeping in bra and panties and I got scared because he was the one that entered in the room and after walking on the terrace.

Our favorite hotel, we just feel very well taken care of. For children pointed. Have never had anything to complain about.

We were at the end of Feb. 2018 for a weekend with family and dog here. The hotel is located quietly on the Ammer and is easily accessible. It has an in-house car park which is but when the hotel is booked out is too small. Our room was an apartment with 2 large rooms and had 1 large modernized bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe and a small terrace. The furniture is a bit over the years but everything was clean and well kept. The spa area is very good and asks a lot of variety. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The dinner was very good and also tasty. The staff is friendly and courteous and tries to help where it goes. We had very good experience with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was a very nice hotel. Definitely to return.

We had a very pleasant stay. There was a 5 course menu on the first evening and a Bavarian buffet on the second evening, both of which we enjoyed very much. We booked an offer on Lidl and were very satisfied. In any case, we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and quiet location, very good food, breakfast buffet is good, dinner buffet and menus are top class!
The rooms are clean and tidy, but in particular the sanitary facilities very much in the years, 70s charm does not fit any more so right into the 21st century.

Last summer were with the motorcycles there. Super location with a beautiful sun terrace, top Service, ice cold beer, family atmosphere, generous rooms with a balcony, tips eat. Always happy!

Great hotel a little hut style Montanara. It has a swimming pool with sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area. The restaurant is open for dinner, varied and good menu. In General clean and friendly, very friendly staff.

Great hotel. Operation on Zack. Furnishings TLW something to come in the years but everything clean and works. Very happy to be back.

Host were already for 10 days here we liked it, rooms always clean and every day a great breakfast and a very good evening buffet. There is also a bar with a lot of atmosphere. Friendly staff throughout the hotel.

The rooms are very nice (junior suites) very suitable for families and very clean. The hotel is equipped with a small heated swimming pool and a Spa with sauna, Turkish bath and Kneipp. There is also room dedicated to children with several games, but unfortunately it is very dark and not really comfortable and also there is no baby-sitting service even on request or fee. A real problem for those who have small children and can not even go for a walk in the woods with snow shoes.
The slopes are a 5-minute drive from the hotel and public buses are free for guests.
About the restaurant the food is good but perhaps too seasoned, the German cuisine did not impress me. In the package that I took I had the club and the drinks were not included, 3, €30 a bottle of half a litre of natural water… beer 3, 60, decidedly cheaper than water, pity that the children did not drink.
Little availability on the part of the kitchen on extras outside the menu of the day, in short asked for a plate of pasta in white and we were told that it was not possible.
The Wi-Fi is there but it works terrible, the line falls every three minutes and each time you have to reinsert the password.

We stayed for a short trip for 4 days in this hotel. The food was really great even at the menu evenings was always something for everyone. The staff was super friendly and also kind of child love. The rooms were very clean, maybe a bit old, but not worn out.
Any special requests were gladly accepted and also resolved in our interest.
We still used the swimming pool with 7 x 4 meters, which was very fine for our small family. There was even a counter-current system here.
The only shortcoming was the cocktails, which were unfortunately a bit too strong for our taste.

Nice, cozy hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable, with a balcony and stunning views. Internet worked well enough, but perhaps to slow to stream. Furniture was old, and towels were old. They have sauna and pool, but gym has only a few pieces of equipment, and is extremely old. Breakfast buffet was excellent and abundant.

Now for many years my favorite hotel. Besides the beautiful location between Kofel and Laber, the restoration and the accommodation are always at a high level. And if there's a question, the staff will help immediately!

Absolutely not recommended! In the restaurant we have 1, 5 hours to wait for the food, the waitresses changed constantly (among other things, a waiter could not have German, so we ordered in English-> Unfortunately he also did not understand so well), so that orders have been forgotten, then I was Still beaten by a waiter with the card against his shoulder and the food was also more likely in the lower third.
The rooms had come a little bit in the years, but functional. The service is really underground! What a pity! The surroundings are great!

The Hotel itself is nice, the room was large with XL-bed, with balcony and nice bathroom with a window. On the site where I was booking it was claimed as a 4-star Hotel. However such things as bath robe or hotel slippers are not given for free, but you have to pay for it. The breakfast was surprisingly poor. Internet connection was very bad. Too expensive Hotel for its value.

We were from 28.7.14 to 4.8.14 at the Parkhotel Sonnenhof in Oberammergau, Germany. Friendly reception, nice rooms and quiet location. We were already at the Breakfast on the excellent dinner by Hausbrief informed. We have us in the hotel very felt at ease. The friendliness of the staff it is worth mentioning. We would love to come back.
