Excellent spacious rooms xx.

I was really excited. As part of the opening of the Florian Zimmer Theater, I was finally a guest in Ulm again. In the Maritim there was actually nothing for me that I would not have liked. Especially the staff was nice and helpful in every situation. I will definitely be back. 👍👍👍

Great hotel with spacious room and the shower is one of the best. Food was in buffet style and between 6:30 and 22:00 available.

Certainly NOT the roof restaurant. The interior lighting dazzles the questionable 80s ambience so much that the view is more than impossible! Otherwise everything great and recommended. Especially the friendliness of the nice female staff.

We had a good time. At first we were baffled by the tourist menu given the location then after we took it with philosophy and we had fun. Quality price nn coincides too expensive for the tourist quality.

Good location and ok rooms (although very dusty). But, fire alarm went off and we went down the nearest exit stairs. Didn’t lead to an open door so people were panicking and started walking back up. All signs were in German so hard for an English speaking person to understand. When we finally got out, reception staff did not give us any information at all, they just stood there. When I pointed this out to staff the next day I got to talk to an extremely rude manager who told me there was nothing wrong with the exits (and maybe it wasn’t? ) but the signs was obviously not clear, otherwise people would not have gone back up. The manager started arguing with me in a very rude manner instead of just confirming my experience and reassuring me they would take a look at it. Will not stay there again.

We booked for 3 nights and had the 4-course menu included as well as "welcome drinks". The food at breakfast was not of the best quality. Small rock hard buns and a butter dispenser, which I personally find unhygienic. I also didn't understand the logic of why you were served black coffee, but other coffee specialties could pull themselves off the coffee maker itself…? either or… With the 4-course menu we couldn't read anywhere what we were served. There was neither a menu nor a speech from the service… we just got everything served. What if we had any allergies, intolerances or even vegans or the like? when we wanted the welcome drinks a few days later, we were comforted with a limo from the fridge next to the reception.
the service at breakfast and especially the lady with the blonde bobcut, were incredibly friendly. Thank you for that.

Is a really great hotel, definitely we will come back.

I stayed there only one night. Unfortunately the staff that welcomed us at the reception wasn’t quite friendly. They were in a big rush even though there wasn’t anyone else waiting at that time. They weren’t patient enough not helpful enough. The room was cleaned a very loooooong time before check in, no one unfortunately did a fresh up. We had dead flies on the sheets, a lot of dust, bathroom wasn’t truly cleaned. Also elevators were the worst. We were party of 4, two of us stayed at one floor the other two on another. A nightmare to get from one room to another on different floors just because the lift stops only at the floor you are staying at. Anyway, breakfast was delicious, piano bar was wonderful, staff there was absolutely top!

I was very satisfied. Great room, good food and very friendly staff. There was nothing to complain about.

Were only on the 4th floor, but the view was great. The rooms were clean and very quiet at night. Bathroom with bathtub was really clean. Each guest has access to the pool. Great facility. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly and even implemented extra requests immediately. Underground parking directly below the hotel, must be paid separately, but direct access to the hotel with entrance. We have already booked our next stay.

Great location and wonderful rooms along with generous breakfast buffet. Internet is horribly slow and limited to 3 devices.? My phone with 2G connection is faster than Wi-Fi. Not acceptable for work or for anything else as a matter of fact.

Good hotel option in the area. Live music in the piano bar almost nightly and good selection of drinks in the bar. Clean large rooms as long as you are in one of the renovated rooms you get an amazing shower too. Good breakfast selection also.

A very nice hotel with all the standard services offered by hotels of this type. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and very rich in choice of delicacies. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the historic city of Ulm.

It was picked for me by a tour, as I normally prefer older, smaller hotels; but despite my biases, I have to admit it is very well run, comfortable, friendly and all one should expect. The location is good, as only a ten-minute walk gets you into what is left of the historic downtown. This is a safe choice for anyone wanting to leave chance out of the equation.

We were at a show in the big hall of the hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, the décor stylish and the staff attentive and friendly. Everything was also very clean. There was security that was present but not intrusive. Even the drinks prices at the bar were reasonable. I really had nothing wrong and a nice time, hence a clear recommendation from me.

Except for a few little things a very nice stay. If on arrival the ground would have been better cleaned and in the furnishing of the room e. G. A kettle to prepare tea or coffee would have been available, I would have liked to have awarded 5 stars!

Great! Very nice Hotel Nice staff Garage for a fee even for those who stay there. When I was there for work they had problems with the elevators that were trying to fix with difficulty. In This hotel I made one of the best breakfasts that you can do. To return if you come to ULM… At least for breakfast.

We go to Sunday brunch 3-4 times a year and have never had bad experiences. Breakfast like lunch only recommended. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The recent refurbishment has made this hotel appealing again. Rooms are quite generous in size and we'll appointed with modern TV and clean bathrooms. The piano bar in this hotel is very classy and the hotel's location near the Ulm city center is a plus!

Great standing, breathtaking view of the Danube, panoramic restaurant semi gastro with a map succinct but very well controlled, buffet gargantuan to breakfast, piano bar, swimming pool and spa. Only downside, l wait for elevators at peak times.

I was at an event in the house. The rooms were nicely designed and the staff friendly. I liked the location with a view of the Danube. The food was fine, but in my opinion there was still a clear air to the top.

What do you write to a maritim? It's a maritim. I could now try to compare it with the Düsseldorf also known to me, but due to the very high standard there are no/hardly any differences. If you are looking for a good standard at a reasonable price, this is the right place.

A really nice hotel, the only thing that boughtered me a bit was the slow internet but I guess this is standard for Germany. All in all tough a really nice hotel, 10/10 would stay again.

Hotel overall good but quite "classic" furnished. Bathrooms renovated and have a good size. Mattresses quite hard. Breakfast rich and fresh.
Furnish not my taste and mattress for me too hard.

A beautiful hotel to stay Perfect location on bank of Danube river Food and hospitality of the personnel is at high level The only issue for me was only Wi-Fi quality in the room. Connection speed was not even enough for web surfing, which is an issue if you are on business travel…

The rooms are relatively large and very well furnished. The beds are great. The breakfast is very varied. Here everyone gets something for his taste. The offer in the House ranges from restaurant and bar to swimming pool and fitness. The house is located directly on the Danube. I can recommend it.

The good reputation precedes the hotel. Unfortunately very much in the years come. The staff is not well trained/trained as men expect much more.

Very S Jones hotel and great rooms as well as friendly staff. You can also walk around 800m to the city centre.

Just say something about the "Ü30" event, which takes place on a regular basis: After the 10th anniversary, this is only a cash-in-the-ass.
Watery overpriced cocktails, lousy music and the snack in between has simply been saved. You don't have to go there anymore.

What do I tell you… It's a convention center with all the pros and cons.

Not at all anywhere near 4 star. No choice at Breakfast or lunch at Hotel restuarant. Only Buffet or nothing. Room not cleaned properly. Coffee cups not washed from previous day. Used flannel left in shower from previous day. Initially told no parking available as all full due to Conference with non Hotel guests at the time. Told to go and park down the street. Baby cot supplied broken resulting in baby being able to get out. Not a good experience.

Nice rooms. Nice breakfast. On par with other similar level hotels but no better. One issue is heating is too hot: 26 C in mine when it's 7C ousside.

I've seen in the last year so much hotels, but the Maritim in Ulm has a really nice view other the river. The quality of the personal is without any failure. Next time I hope I can visit much longer.

The place is awesome, next to the Danube river. You can also visit de Ulmer Munster the tallest church in the word :) Very good attention.

Very nice room with river view, excellent breakfast, nice pool. We stayed one night before going to Legoland (20 min drive) and regret we did not book the hotel again on our way back. The Golden Tulip hotel in Ulm (also 4 stars) that we had as alternative does not compare in any way. Only remarks are that the rooms are quite noisy (you hear key opening of other doors as if it was yours), and that elevators are always full with people from higher floors when you stay on middle floors. Also, when you take the stairs, you can only exit on 1st, 2nd and 3e floor. This is not indicated on the doors, so we ended up taking the stairs from 15th floors to down (but had a laugh about it :) ).

After staying in other German hotels on our recent trip, we welcomed the room size and quality. Don't miss going to the restaurant on the 17th floor — dress nicely to be fit in with the ambiance.

Very nice places where can rested all safe place swimming Pool Sauna Hammam Massage (make appointment) Super restaurant. Cakes every afternoon after noon. Breakfast great choice. The rooms really super spacious 30 square meters mini bar very well assorted clean bathroom very beautiful all is dispensed soap, shower gel, shampoo towels. A super place I advice to all.

1970s Hotel. Great location.

I was last Friday at your guest in the piano bar. I have this discharge eckt for me. This location did not know until then. Super there, but your cleaning power, the woman who signs if you clean the toilets, was real eager the sign but not to clean. This woman came during my stay min. Two times in the WC past without "feces ´ ´ in the toilet BB´s to remove. There you could improve things, because the cocktails are so sweet, the soils of the Gents toilets were so sticky.

Nice hotel. The elevators can be slightly overloaded at peak times. The panoramic restaurant on the top floor is beautiful with a good selection. The rooms are okay, but the TVs are still from the last century! This should be changed quiet times. Plenty of space in the underground garage.

The brunch at the Maritim Hotel was very delicious. Before the meal you get some sparkling wine. The buffet includes a huge variety of starters like salat or salmon. There are also two different sorts of soups and three different main dishes. At least there are different desserts. The waiters are friendly and they are speaking different languages like english, german, greek and french.

Never stayed at the hotel, but visited the bar (pianobar). Music (live piano, soul night) is great and they serve proper drinks, although they are a little bit pricy. Atmosphere is great and staff is friendly!

Rooms are large but old. Renovations in progress so it was loud with construction noise. Breakfast area was spacious and had a good selection.

The room was beautiful and simply furnished. The price was decisive for my stay. I was very satisfied. The breakfast was tasty. The service was a bit stressed out but otherwise everything satisfactorily. You again!

Really can't think of a negative. As a frequent visitor to Ulm, the Maritim is my hotel of choice. Due to conferences and unavailability, its not always possible to get my desired booking.

The gaze, the kitchen, the Personal… besser it is hardly. That all not exactly cheap has just its price, and it ist… well, exclusivity would be too bad if visit this truly extraordinary restaurants would everyday filthy…

So far so good, friendly and organized staff, clean rooms, light smoke smell in the "non-smoking room".

The breakfast, we were guests, was great and more than you can eat, and should. Super nice service and attention. You sit in the chairs well and don't have the need to go back. What did you want more? Price and quality vote! We will come back.

Centrally located on the Danube. Room was clean, comfortable, and quite. Good view on higher floors. Amenities at the hotel are good. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Walk on the wall to the city center in 15 short minutes. Have stayed there 3 times with a good experience every time.

Hotel al passo della category for maybe a decade ago.
Finishing quality and service obsolete but still pretty accurate.
On the banks of the Danube River and a short walk from the Center.
Paying underground car park with direct access to the elevators.
Returned after two years, we would like to raise the rating. After having been able to compare other similar hotels ambitions, we look at the Maritim excellent from the point of view of the services offered. Rooms with view 360 º ultrapanoramica, excellent breakfast, two restaurants to suit most tastes as possible. The "panoramic" penthouse offers gourmet cuisine (not really) and a breathtaking view and of course with impeccable service.
Since there is no two without three, next time we will test even the spa.

Although we know other 4 and 5 star hotels and their kitchens, but here there's definitely nothing to complain about, there is something for every taste! Simple, everyday cooking, but also exquisite is exquisite a poem, service, desserts all.
It is only sad that is industrial, a very well known family from the room HDH ultra cheap, yes almost already pöbelig disruptive has listed, trend: each year worse.
Guest in the House for several years, will also continue to come.

Hotel: well, most Maritim Hotels seem somewhat antiquated, such as this one. Not bad thats safe all, but somehow it all looks after the last millennium. For this, they are then but simply too expensive. The service is ok, but without the wow effect. The restaurant panorama: food and service at a high level, the prices are accordingly. The operation is very obliging and friendly, I would call time "old school". The ambience of the restaurant is somewhat turgid (for my taste). The views from the 16th floor is super, good weather. Conclusion: Who wants to host business partners or good customers, never mind wrong here. It is suitable also for the romantic dinner on the window. Party-goers, people who are looking for what trendy or if you prefer something more relaxed like is somewhere else sure rather happy.
