Good hotel … staff is good speaks english … brkfast is good enough. Easy access to taxi.

The hotel is located directly in a commercial area with high masts. Those who love radiation are in good hands here. The price for the rooms is extremely high. Nevertheless, the better rooms (there are 2 categories) are reasonable and reasonably comfortably furnished. The hotel is certainly not for a longer Irlaubsaufenthalt but rather as a one stop stopover on a longer holiday trip. The breakfast is absolutely basic and nothing that you can still rave about in a few days. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. Nearest restaurant approx. 3 km.

I am often in Ulm professionally and can highly recommend the IQ for business trips. Rooms are clean, spacious yet cozy, the staff very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet and the drinks provided in the lobby (until 10pm) round off the whole thing.
Only shortcomings (not for me personally, but possibly For families and holidaymakers good to know) : in the vicinity there is not much going on in terms of evening entertainment (pubs, discotheques, etc), or dinners; For this you will have to avoid the city centre, which can be easily reached by public or by car.

Not the first and not the last time we housed here. Very friendly and helpful staff, an extra pillow is not a problem and is already on the next visit to the bed. Good breakfast, functionally furnished rooms with TV, also rooms for wheelchairs are available, clean. The proximity to the Bundeswehr hospital is advantageous for me.

Modern, minimalist-style Hotel. Friendly and helpful Service. Breakfast is adequate and always with special Treats: time there was a sausage salad, mostly Antipasti and tomato and Mozzarella. To mention particularly: to 22 hrs free water, coffee and tea, fruit cost. Big disadvantage: in the midst of a scientific site. No Restaurant in the vicinity. Without a car I was lost in the Evening. It gave as an Alternative a food delivery service.

Great hotel right near the University Hospital and the Bundeswehr Hospital. Very clean, cozy rooms, good breakfast and coffee, tea, juice, water and fruit for free … What more could you want? Parking is available. Only the WLan could be a little more stable.

Staff are friendly and service is good. Great for those who need to visit the companies nearby on short business trips. But there are no activities or restaurants nearby. One needs to drive to the city for shopping, food etc.

Basic simple hotel, with an extremely large morning buffet. Placement is outside the city, and you have to drive to reach city centre.

The Hotel is located in the Science Park, it is quiet in the evenings but you can't do much by foot. 3 minutes away there is a bus stop. By car you need about 10 minutes to Ulm city. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is big enough and modern. TV on the opposite wall of the bed. One chair and a table. Breakfast is inclusive but you can't order lunch or dinner. They have menus from different pizza delivery services and you can order on your room. For eating out they have some partnered restaurants and you get vouchers. WLAN for all Guests.
