At a price of 125€ per night, I expect something different.
-Double room was booked, we also received, but unfortunately only equipped for one person (a bath towel, a toothbrush cup, two cups, but only one spoon, once milk and sugar)
Statement at the reception: usually the double rooms are always occupied individually
-20€ paid for dog and unfortunately not even a bowl in the room
Statement at the reception: this is only for cleaning (service is different)
-Unfortunately only ARD and ZDF worked for the TV
Statement at the reception: the technician will take care of it tomorrow (We booked ONE night)
-Garbage bin dirty
Unfortunately, even a triple move did not contribute to the improvement
-Dinner including service was great

Very poor performance for this room rate.

Clean and well-appointed room and great staff in a quiet area of the city. I also ate the restaurant and was pleased with the food and service. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very small and therefore rather unsuitable for several nights or for a lot of luggage. Wellness area is available, but not very nice. The breakfast was sufficient, but also nothing special.

The service was sometimes very unsympathetic.

Ok for someone who doesn't want to spend time in the hotel. For the stars, however, I expect a better and nicer service.

No aircondition, very hot room even in not so hot weather. Breakfast under average for 4star hotel.

+ simple checkin, free Wi-Fi, clean — small room, extremely light sensitive because connecting door to the neighbor, extremely small bathroom (just under 2 square meters), parking costs 8 euros per day, no air conditioning, became extremely warm in the room. Have already seen hostels with better equipment. For a 4 star hotel definitely too little.
Price performance not reasonable.

Es war mal eine nette Abwechslung. Normalerweise nehme ich keine 4 Sterne Hotels, aber es hatte sich gelohnt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bad war klasse und das Bett ein Traum, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Es war leider sehr sehr warm und stickig und leider bot das Frühstück für mich als Veganer nicht viel Auswahl. Dennoch ist es zu empfehlen.

It was far too warm in the Room, as there was no Air Conditioning and the Sun has been quasi permanent. The Bathroom was far too small and had no proper storage Area. There was hardly any Room in the Shower either. Parking costs for Guests! Money. In the Morning at 08:00 Was already sucked loudly. Breakfast was okay.

Rooms get unbearably hot on Summer Days and don't have Air Conditioning. For two, things are getting tight. In the Bathroom there Are almost no Storage facilities and the beautiful Sink is extremely impractical in the daily Functioning. The Rooms facing the Car park are light of hearing and from early Morning it is over with the Night's Sleep. Deliverers and departing Guests provide plenty of Noise. The Staff is friendly and professional throughout. However, I was well used To a Hotel Rating Best Western Plus so far. The Car park costs 8 euros per Day.

Sub par experience. Pricey for services and accomodation. No AC in the rooms — difficult nights.

Good hotel, rooms are modern furnished, the bathroom could have been bigger. The restaurant (100 degrees) in the hotel is worth a mention. Very good food and great wine selection!

Nice rooms and great restaurants on site. Easy bus trip to the center of Ulm.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a business trip. The shower didn’t work, the blinds were not able to block out the light from the entrance, a dog was barking through the night in another room and the fitness center’s machines were “out of service. ” For the price, would recommend looking for another hotel in Ulm.

Training room was well prepared. Food was good, as was the service.

2 weekends each 2 days of training booked. Excellent care and food!

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Just went there for a quick meet-up. The restrooms were clean, everything was tidy and did leave a good impression.

Its location is quite far from the downtown but the area is nice. The hotel is good, the room rates are affordable.

Not real 4 star hotel (maximum 3 stars)

No air con, slow waiting staff.

Nice Hotel, slightly outside of Ulm. Clean and tidy rooms.

Rooms too small, no airco, very hot, hotel is being renovated (restaurant only) daily rate is 50% too high.

Quiet & clean place. Satisfies expectations perfectly.

The parking spaces are not very well arranged and are not numerous, also of charged €8 for each day of stay, however it is impossible not to avail, so it is expense "obliged".

This 1 week was cruel.
You can see your bad mood the operations from afar.
The restaurant is regarding reservation changes completely inflexible and you will be put off by saying, that you would have and already prior to arrival, others know what you want to eat, even though there was no Vorabspeißeplan.
The rooms are reasonably OK, have a standard like other hotel chains also by therefore nothing special.
The service is big here but unfortunately not written.

Only what I also must complain about is that you must leave already the room Sunday around 11 h.
But this hotel is highly recommended, since it was not far to the city centre.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, spoke English, and treated us with respect. The rooms were cozy, and always kept clean. Ambient noise was respectable as well, even though the hotel is alongside a main road. Public transportation is situated close by, with the train being a bit further than the bus stop, but it makes for a delightful stroll. The town centre is just a short ride away. A good stay overall.
