Room was clean and comfortable, had everything needed. Receptionists were kind. Breakfast was ok-ish.

This place is the definition of sadness. No life whatsoever and not a single detail that makes you feel welcome. No air conditioning, the beds feel like 30 years old, the carpet is just disgusting, the furniture was never modern or nice… but rules, rules, rules. The staff looks and talks like deeply depressed, checkout takes forever. Nothing works like experienced travelers would expect it to work, not even the TV. Yes, it is located on the campus but in any case spend the 10 minutes for a ride in the morning and take a room downtown. You will need to go there anyways for dinner or to just see a smile.

The hotel is tidy and the room was perfectly clean. The staff was mostly friendly. In the room, the socket on the bed did not go and after each shower the bathroom was under water, as the shower wall strangely does not go to the floor.
The breakfast buffet was first class, there should be something for every taste.
Close to the metro stop University, from there also signposted and easy to find.
By and large, it is satisfactory.

Functional. In very good condition. Pleasant surroundings. Very close to the train and the university itself.

Breakfast good with very wide selection. Rooms simple but functional and clean. Dinner in the restaurant very good but quite small menu. S-Bahn station is only a 5-minute walk away.

I can't recommend this "hotel" to anyone.
Unfortunately I have been to the hotel several times because of my company and it has not improved from the first to the last stay.
The rolls are cold, the sausage and cheese are not chilled.
Inattentive breakfast sperm. Plates empty, tables not cleared and stand only in the area or just chat.
The rooms are ok, I didn't expect anything special.
But a cheekiness was my last stay where I had got a wheelchair room. At the reception, at the time of room change, it was called that it was completely booked and that the only room was. Strangely, I haven't seen one person in my hallway in the whole week's stay.
In this house I definitely never go again, absolutely unprofessional, rude and hardly any people off the subject.

The hotel is right inside the university campus. Surroundings are good and ambient. Good thing is breakfast is included and very good. They have a bistro and a restaurant. Menu list is small but good food. And serve you a lot for a fair price. It is little away from the main roads and for my liking peaceful. Very good connectivity for the bus and S-bahn. Within 3 min walk. The first main disappointment is the check-in time. It's officially 4:00PM and generally do not accommodate you earlier. If your flight lands before that then you are in a fix. The room I got was very small and absolutely no facilities. For the same price you get rooms in other hotels with small kitchen, refrigerator and other important facilities. Practically works out but not for long stays (not more than 2-3 days)

The Hotel is very good for the University or the Fraunhofer is located directly next to the S-Bahn Station. Rooms are clean but extremely expensive (for me 110, — EUR). Breakfast was an indictment for a Hotel, no choice, totally overflowing… dinner went on. To recognize a lot of TK and no creativity or attention to Detail. Service was always very nice.

Mediocre.
The location of the hotel is very good. Single room very small (barely larger than the French bed). Bathroom small but functional, unfortunately sparsely equipped. Staff at reception catastrophe, all three languages barely German and were barely able to handle cash payments. Breakfast was very good. For the category and location borderline expensive.

Simple but clean rooms. Very good choice breakfast. Evening you can eat well in the restaurant, or just have a drink at the bar.

I had in my room, no Wi-Fi. It was treated at the Reception with " so… ". We have 2018 and if the Hotel don't care, to me. Especially if the TV is on the home page of a comprehensive range of Wi-Fi is spoken. The Restaurant in the Evening and no proper menu. There is a small selection of food read out if the bistro menu is sufficient. The food was good. However, it is recommend that you warm in the Winter attract. In the glass pavilion will be heated only weakly, if at all. The Breakfast was good!

Absolute Impudence! Not A Hotel Worthy! The rooms incl. Bathroom are very small. Shower wall is 10cm from the floor so that the bathroom is under water. The Windows are leaking, therefore, it constantly attracts. In the whole week not cleaned! Breakfast was the only Good one. Dinner disaster and the staff (whether front Desk, Bistro, or Bar) were totally incompetent and not customer friendly/oriented! Div. Drinks and food in the Evening (assumed to be approx. 19:30) — does not work! Price/performance ratio is an absolute insolence! Price range and the reasons for not are understandable (55€-139€! )

Don't go! You will only be disappointed!

No Go. Rooms students rooms. Bed. The TV is still the best in the room. Shower much too small. Cleanliness well. Not while cleaned of the stay. The staff is rude. The Breakfast is ok. The food in the evening is a joke. Beer at the Bar is assumed. I've never seen a never anderst. Wilkürliche price survey of the room because of exhibition on utopian price of 139€. Weekend price for the same room 55, otherwise 79. Is not at all. A Hotel, the thing is not.

My room was clean, however it was located on the street and you can hear the cars that drive this way. Breakfast is served as a buffet and is good.

Musty. Rancid. Dated. I can't stand these little plots with their old carpets and the ancient baths. The pillows smell sometimes disgusting wherein I can not tell whether it is the shaving water of the predecessor or UM. The softener or both. The breakfast is also totally uncomfortable and unloved. When the weather is nice you can sit in the courtyard only unfortunately there is always everything occupied. The waiters there are also not exactly of the brisk kind. Only the price drives people there.

Room and breakfast were OK. The location is unbeatable for events at the university. The checkin was impossible, our reservations were messed up and were partially canceled. Room service is not available on Sundays. WLAN for more than two devices per guest is a problem for the system used and requires special demand. The staff was not particularly polite.

The place is nice and the facilities are ok breakfast is well served, there are a few buts: Wifi is slow Staff speaks very limited english The bed is not so comfortable, it's ok for a night or two.

The location is perfect for visiting University functions. The rooms however are dated on their furnishings, somewhat smelly and Wi-Fi is unreliable. With the exception of coffee and orange juice everything I had for breakfast was good.

Room small but clean. Little hard to find. Hotel Restaurant is ridiculous. One is in principle forced to choose the day meal, as the rest of the selection consists of baguette and lettuce.

I visited this hotel as part of a course, unfortunately my resume is mostly negative. First impression in the room, musty, hole in the wall, stains on the floor and no clean bathroom. The impression was confirmed during the course by the other participants. The breakfast is ok as far as you can tell from dinner, noodles more than bite and glued in the container to name just one example. The service ladies are perfectly fine, there is an extremely rude cook!
All in all, no recommendation!

They've lost the reservation of one of our rooms. The room wasn't prepared at 18:00 where we wanted to check-in. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. Though all complications, the receptionist was unfriendly.

Except for the breakfast, this hotel is not recommended. At the reception the staff could not understand German or English correctly. This led to great difficulties in payment. The beds are welded in plastic and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the light was still broken in my room and could not be repaired.
In short, a "service ruin".

It's very good value for the money. Easy check in, clean and safe, good showers and full buffet breakfast. The only down side is that the beds are extremely hard and the pillows are very thin. It depends on what is important to you.

Clean bright rooms, great delicious breakfast with every breakfast food conceivable. One short S-bahn journey to the airport with the University train station just a couple of minutes walk. Incredible value and convenience compared to Air B&B.

Hotel directly accessible from the city centre in 10-15 minutes in Sbahn so convenient!

Good for conferences at the university with good connection to city centre. But I would not stay here if I visited Stuttgart as a regular tourist.

The hotel is located in the middle of the university campus, in a very quiet area. The rooms are a little bit small, but comfortable and very clean. On transportation, I didn't use the public network, but there is an s-bahn station round the corner, and the u-bahn is a at few minutes walking. Parking is free, Wi-Fi is 5€/day.

We have booked a meeting room which was clean, well equipped and the Kate ring was also very good with coffee, fruit, etc. Only criticism: the lunch in the hotel's restaurant could be somewhat better.

Decent Conference Hotel. Clean rooms, Wi-Fi via Telekom hotspot available. There's a nice jogging route right next door (to the Lakes). Connection in the city's fast via S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3 stop University).

Essen war lecker, aber nichts besonderes. Zimmer waren schlicht und sauber.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from an underground station, and 5 minutes from the University of Stuttgart, which makes it a great choice for University visitors. It's also about 15 mins ride on the underground from the city centre. The staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are clean, although quite simple, and have a broadband Internet connection. The prices are more affordable than in most other hotels in the area. The restaurant serves great food and has a nice outside sitting area. Definitely recommended!

Apart from that in the heat of summer air conditioning would have been favourable, the stay was very pleasant and with excellent train and bus connections, one is in the blink of an eye in the middle of the city.
This place offers excellent value for money (but lacking air conditioning on hot summer days). It is situated very close to public transport with speedy access to airport and town centre.

Not a good price-performance ratio.
Room was still not ready for occupancy contrary to the statement in the Web at 14:00, had to wait in the lobby for "dry".
Mold in the bathroom, curtain, bed smells dirty, mattress shaky, uncomfortable.
Breakfast ok, but the breakfast room has the atmosphere of a fast-food restaurants in the station.
Staff very friendly.
W-LAN is no longer up-to-date against €4.95 per day.

Looks something like a fortress, but the people are very friendly. The beds are comparatively rooms in the individual. The connection is Top. Uni is still next door, very quiet and the food is good… What more could you want :)

Who wants to make holiday is wrong here in my opinion.
Service is very well suited as a conference hotel, ok and clean wars also.

The shower heads could time be renewed. If you have the right Partner on your side there, all fixed you can feel very comfortable.

Cheap and easy to reach.
The reception was friendly and free mulled wine at the reception is a great idea. The rooms are big enough and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is average but OK. Different cereals, vegetables and coffee pot directly on the table.
Separating complimentary Internet in the room and paid Wi-Fi is incomprehensible.
Unfortunately, there are walking very little food. Recommendation is "La Bruschetta" approximately 8 minutes on foot.

My +: very good price / money, cleanliness, tranquility, good room facilities, accommodation including breakfast buffet, good location in relation to the University and S-Bahn, but also in the vicinity of forests and green areas

The proximity to the uni st attractive. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small, but clean, bright and modern furnishings. Everything worked well. I can complain about anything. The breakfast was plentiful. The Internet in the room worked. So all in all well.

3 x room was there, clean and well maintained, breakfast plentiful, always happy.

We have stayed with an 8-Member force in the Darmstadtium. We had originally booked 4 nights per person. After a night we all were going away!
-The bathroom of my room was full of mold. I could however kindly then move into a room without mold.
-My colleague had hair in your bed, which are not your were.
-In the bathroom of the colleagues there were hair, as well as spots on the floor.
-Two more colleagues sat vertically at night in bed, because the bowling alley, among them, still played was (2 am).
Moving was unfortunately not an option for these colleagues, since the hotel really was O. O fully booked.
As the next day we asked to be able to take off, this was only denied (we had to pay the full amount) and we had to spend a further night in the hotel until we came free.
The good side: It costs not so much, the beds are very large, buffet breakfast is plentiful and the bar, if you must beat the night around the ears, is pretty nice. And there is a bowling alley for the people who have to sleep not ;)
But: The cleanliness can be unfortunately strongly to be desired! And the facility is run-down.

For the overnight stay in Stuttgart in order, great value for money, very good location. Rooms ok, double bed however for tall people to narrow. Breakfast very good, staff attentive and friendly, even in the evening in the restaurant. Complicated LAN, W-LAN would be better. However, there is a PC with Internet connection in the entrance area available.
If sometimes something disturbs, there are rooms neighbors, which probably confused the Conference Hotel with a young band camp.
