Small family owned business. Rooms are clean and affordable. If possible, make a reservation ahead of time because they are almost fully booked everyday. Walk-ins are welcome though.

Prices for the rooms slightly expensive drinks even room a bit spoiled already a bit louder as but the service was well friendly and helpful.

At some point in the 80s the time seems to have stopped…
Beds uncomfortable, the joints in the shower are moldy, the whole ambiance seems kinda creepy.
For a night-bike stay.

It is not a 5-star hotel, but is perfect for what it is: a small, quiet place to sleep. The cold breakfast included all of the essentials, and the personnel was friendly. Would stay again.

WORST HOTEL IN STUTTGART! By far one of the worst hotels I have been to… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. the rooms are very old… the TVs look like they are from 1930 the beds smell because the mattresses are very old… the shower was so small that if you are a bit fat will not fit. The walls are made out of cardboard… you can hear everything from the other rooms. There is no elevator and my room was on the last floor! I had to drag my luggage they didnt even offer to help me. On top of all of that the room was cleaned only 1 time for the entire week I stayed and I was paying €110 per night… I couldnt understand why they wouldnt clean it they kept blaming it on the fact that I don't speak German so the cleaning lady didnt understand me when she came to the door… even though I explicitly explained to the reception that I would like my room to be cleaned any time between 10:00am and 9:00pm everyday… they didnt even apologize for this problem. I will never come back…

Stayed here overnight and it was perfect. The rooms are very clean and taken care of. Smells nice, breakfast buffet was great and would definitely come back!

Cost of the room (4Nächte) €260 is O. K. But 2 months before I wanted to cancel da room since the seminar is cancelled the cancellation fee is €234. Well, there are probably enough customers in your hotel. Next time it will certainly not be yours!

I booked where to get double room we have a small chamber 10 square meters!. So we went down again to get another room which also worked. The room was bigger but it smelled musty. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't really make the door if you stood in it! In the rooms in the shower, mold was never again. I jab by phone booked but first informed me in Internet where the rooms for 54 euro advertised were the lady my on the phone IT costs 94 euro only when I told her that the rooms for 54 are offered, she said yes okay. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly.

Nice little hotel. Price is OK. The name Spa hotel is definitely misleading since there was nothing like it. However, neither sauna nor whirlpool could be used, since you have to announce 1 day before. The bathroom is smaller than a closet. Not too bad.
But the meltdown was at check in, suddenly a smoking penalty was required from €50!
Not even the night has cost so much. There is no smoking in the room!

The rooms are tiny, there is no elevator (who has a lot of heavy luggage will suffer here). Breakfast is not very attractive, for a second key you have to deposit €20 and parking spaces in front of the house are only for VIP's (so for a parking lot you have to drive 5 times around the block. Wi-Fi is only available in the room. Reception is not really helpful. Walls are so thin that one understands every word of the neighbor. Beds are stone hard. Has the charm of a house.

So the one with the many mirrors, I found awful, seemed to me like in a departing… and the mattresses so much lain by; Had cross pains next day, my partner moved, I just went with, badly slept therefore… The breakfast, we found quite ok… the price for the small room is too high…

For me this hotel does not have so much to do with relaxing. All night it was very noisy and I could barely sleep. The bathroom is so small that I could barely turn. Breakfast not necessarily good, buns very labberig and the coffee machine was broken.
However, the service and also the women at the reception is very nice. Nevertheless, I would not even stay there.

The hotel can be reached via the tram, the room was clean, personal is as friendly as the Schwabs can be, and prices were Wasen like (visited during Wasen). Nothing special.

The breakfast is not bad. It also has paid parking and is relatively close to transport. But the rooms are really really small and the bed was the worst I ever had in a hotel. Plus they charged 4€ for a bottle of water which costs 1 in the supermarket close by. Although cheap, not worth the price.

Saubere Einrichtung, ruhiges Ambiente. Guter, freundlicher Service. Es war trotz zentralem Statndort angenehm ruhig im Zimmer und die Betten waren auch super bequem. Ds Buffet war etwas minimalistisch, genügte aber um lecker satt zu werden.

The sauna was so relaxing. Thats everything what was important to me.

There is nothing more for the Asian cuts at the reception, a star. It has begun already, that the hotel costs for two weeks prior to departure have been charged and I still had to deposit €50 at check-in. I thought what a strange concept. Checked in, went up… it was horrible. Everywhere the stench of a Dean. Dark very narrow aisles, all dirty and disgusting. In the room just as bad, apart from that it was pretty small. Do not worse Oh but the next day, I saw a small cattle then in the bathroom. No cockroach, but something similar. Small, black and it ran around. After that I was no longer walking around without shoes. This little friend was still there the next day. He probably felt apparently — in the Gegansatz to me. At breakfast I ate nothing, what was not packed. Cleanliness is really a foreign Word. I have never seen anything like it. I hope that the Health Department time visits. I never come back anyway. Relax Hotel — exceptional hotel with a particular disgust factor.

It's ok. Nothing too fancy, but ok place to sleep overall.

Unfriendly to small rooms, the Hotel looks not even close to as good as on the photos. In my room was much broken lamps, music system, TV. Big Disappointment.

The breakfast-'restaurant' is in fact also the incomehall and the reception AND the kitchen in one. Relatively, the rooms are just way too expensive… Best thing about the hotel is the Wi-Fi. Pretty steady and fast.

I've Conni — Das Musical at the 15.03 in the Siemensstraße in Feuerbach looked at had with the car only the Pragsattel down and was then equal to the small dinky Hotel has fitted so the Wi-Fi connection was quite sufficient for a Parking space at the house I did not, in the Landhausstraße is enough space and run a few meters is not so bad. Very abgewohntes Hotel. Unclean, unkempt. Parking in front of the house costs 7.50. Calculated, however, were 9.50. Certainly one of the worst Hotels in which I was the past years. Nothing Wellness, looks rather like a cheap hour hotel.

What is written here on the negative can as I only read by a competitor coming I am a woman often spend the weekend in the relaxhotel and what is being described is nonsense My suitcase carried up to now every time the boss himself up and the hotel bar is always well stocked and that down there s a Swingers club is to me so no matter also I went to scho down and I enjoyed it to 0 00 then there was the bottom end anyway It is a fine Hotel, and it should remain so and any where yet more nonsense writing about the I'd like to personally say READ NET SO NEN NONSENSE ONLY BECAUSE DOWN THERE PROBABLY NET REINKAMST.

Relax in the Hotel, I spent a night. There are several points better another Hotel in Stuttgart to choose: The service was unfriendly. In the Non-Smoking rooms has it after cold room smelled. The premises are old. The Wi-Fi connection is too weak. The fridge is too loud to sleep. The bathroom is mini-small and the sink is in the way, if you are on the toilet. I will not go again.
