Checkin proceeded without any problems. Although we arrived quite early, we didn't need to wait for our room. We got a very nice and clean room. Breakfast was fine so far, too. Except for the coffee, this one didn't taste like that. And the lady in charge of filling up the buffet left herself more than time. For example, we were waiting for new ruffle eggs, sausage, cheese and vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber)

Hotel in a good location for city break to Stuttgart. No air conditioning, unreasonable at 30 degrees daytime temperature. In addition, there is a mashee rental, which the trucks started at 01am. Room was not cleanly cleaned, residue everywhere. Quality and choice of breakfast did not meet our expectations. Staff disinterested and not very friendly. Poor price/performance ratio.

Our visit was a 2night stay w/kids. The place was not hard to find it has an open parking lot behind the bldg. For 6euro per day you can go in & out without repaying. The hotel has no AC which was upsetting & my fault for not catching that missing item in the listing. Wish they would provide a fan for each room since they have no AC it was not pleasurable since temps during daytime was 80degrees. There could be better pillows each pillow was flatter then a pancake : (beds were okay but its only a full size bed so not much room for a child and parent, the shower could use a small corner shelf for shampoos to rest on. CLEAN the room was super CLEAN. Breakfast was okay not much offered and low variety would like to see more especially for kids. Website says rooms are soundproof THEY ARE NOT our second night there my kids and I had to listen to a 2hr sex fest that woke the entire hotel the apartments next to the hotel were even looking out everything ECHOED and it was LOUD and nothing was done about it, I tried to close my window which only tripled the sound because obviously the people must have been next door to me… it made my night horrible in so many ways. The owner was even out back and to my knowledge nothing was done. One of the rooms we stayed in (we had 2 next to each other) had a door issue to where it would not close unless you slammed the hell out of it.

Simple but modern business hotel. Cool furnishings. Good and inexpensive gastronomy as pizza service right in the house. On-site parking.

Nice and modern hotel a little off the Stuttgart City chaos. The rooms are a bit simple but modern and clean. At breakfast you don't miss anything, everything is needed, even real coffee. The staff is nice and accommodating. In the case of a Stuttgart trip, my choice will again be MK-hotel.

Very clean rooms and price is great.

Value for price is OK. Very good breakfast, cleaned rooms… One receptionist, allegedly the franchisee of the pizzeria/ hotel wanted to charge me for an extra room card as I could not find mine. Completely outrageous. It felt as I would ask for charity. The fact that the hotel is relatively cheap doesn't imply that in such a situation you are not able to access the room you paid for.

Beautiful little hotel — Room was just a bit clairvoyant. Breakfast and Hygiene was top.

We ordered food somewhere and it took 2 hours. All the people from the reception were helping us, even to make a phone call in German. Very very nice people thank you very much for all your help! Auf wiedersehen!

The room is very small and the location is nice. Parking 6 euro per day, a theft, breakfast 7, 50 few things and confusing. Nor a map of the city.

Clean rooms and cheap breakfast too. A little out of the way if you're looking for short adventures just walking from the hotel — plan for public transport to get to town or nights out.

Spacious and clean rooms with good beds. No aircondition and very hot outside, when we opened the windows all the bugs came in … simple screen on windows cold fix that.

Rooms are clean, hosts were very nice, new furnitures, breakfast was also very rich. Only thing I want to mention is, bed size is just a little bit small for two person, but for this price, all things are perfect. I would definetely come again!

Top and very clean. Breakfast ok, staff very nice, very warm, unfortunately in the rooms (without air conditioning is uncomfortable) with the window open sleep is not so, thanks to Lidl and its Trucks.

Nothing special, but clean rooms and perfect for visiting MAHLE in Pragstraße.

The rooms are fresh and modern. The breakfast serving was excellent and the staff at the hotel was really welcoming. They where also willing to suggest places to visit around Stuttgart and how to take yourself too the city centre.

Pretty good. Breakfast was small bit good. Rooms are sober nothing much to it really just the neccesary. Only thing is you have to pay for parking but the gate is open all night.? All in all not too bad!

Good Stay. Us the room, quiet like the Windows are oriented to the courtyard, Close to LIDL. The towels smell could be because you stenkten after softening suddenly — such as after a chemical. And the Parking lot is also an input could be to the Hotel, with the Luggage around the whole Hotel, you would have to. And Preiss — Stuttgart very good, only the Problem is General — Stuttgart is expensive city. For comparison, in Italy — Lido di Jesolo, hotel rooms cost the same and are directly on the beach at the sea.

I had to do a few weeks professionally in Stuttgart, Germany and have lived in the time there. The rooms are clean and decorated in a modern style. The W-Lan, however, is a disaster. At Breakfast there are also deductions, it is very unloving. The selection is good.

The Hotel is new and still in good shape. However, it is not equipped very homely. We have not felt ourselves. It's like being in a hostel. The früsthück buffet was OK, the scrambled eggs, however, cold. If I had not paid more than 100€, it would have been in order, but for the price you can expect something different.

Our room 207, the room door was hard to close. We need to apply very strong force to close the door, which will generated very loud sound. We afraid it will wake up other people nearby.

Stay Was for Business only. In terms of price, I think it's for performance to get something too expensive. Arrived very late at about 1:30 but couldn't check in yet, therefore 2*. Only Emergency Accommodation.

I liked a lot the hotel infrastructure. All the employees were carefully and the cleaning of the room was perfect.

Perfect Hotel for less than 45e. Room good, spacious and clean. With tv, hair-dryer… But no fridge. A lild the side and site to park.

Comfortable. Everything is okey. The service speak English. The room is big and well decorated. The Wi-Fi and the TV are fine. The bathroom is well equipped and there is a cheap car parking. I recommend it.

Polite English speaking manager, clean rooms, good breakfast. A little far away from city center, but with u-bahn is comfortable to go there. Private parking is advantage for those with cars.

Very friendly, children love the staff… The room was clean and without criticism… the Breakfast is small but fine… We will come back.

Wir wurden vom Inhaber der Pizzeria "eingecheckt". Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war ueberheblich und unfreundlich. Was ist mit dem Personal los? Das Frühstück war Ok. Die Zimmer sauber. Leider keine Klimaanlage, nicht mal ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Das habe ich bis heute noch nicht gesehen. Leider eine Enttäuschung. Wenn wir länger als eine Nacht gebucht hätten, wären wir dort nicht geblieben. Die Respektlosigkeit und der nicht vorhandene Service ist absolut inakzeptabel.

We had booked two standard double rooms. It was possible to mail request to use the room from 12:00.
The new hotel makes a very good impression. The rooms are simply decorated, but everything you need is available. The beds are good, the bathroom is modern and functional. Everything was very clean! The staff is friendly and attentive.
We would like more often find such hotels without Schnick-Schnack.

In the short term, a cheap Hotel you are looking for. Very friendly very clean and quiet! All in all, Top. Only in the case of the cleaning of the carpet, some of the bodies were forgotten. But otherwise everything in Top condition! We will come back!

Wi-Fi available, rooms were sauben and it smelled pleasant, Service was always reached, I had a pleasant evening.

Rooms are very simple and not comfortable. For 1-2 days it is ok, but not for longer. The Breakfast Buffett is very tasty!

For me the location was crucial. The rooms, the Breakfast are easy, too. The staff was friendly and attentive. Not a place to feel good, but a good Station for one night on a business trip.

Very simple yet good hotel, breakfast was sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. Very easy to set up, but the bare necessities, value for money therefore absolutely. Very quiet location, but with shopping possibility directly next door. Parking can be obtained at the front desk, in the environment can however also free are parked on the road.

Re-fitted. Very centrally and quietly located.
