We have let us take it to go eat here twice. The food was during both visits very well in front of all the Lake Constance whitefish in the three course meal, the service was very attentive and helpful. Here it is worth to go out for dinner several times. We meet probably sometime again. Thank you to all of the lion team.

After several years, we was once again to enjoy this restaurant. No — we were not logged in, but it was very quickly found a table for us in the garden. There, it is really very nice. The service was very nice and attentive. The food (once Lake Constance whitefish and even vegetarian) were very good. Overall, the selection and the inventiveness of the map was somewhat limited. But I really had to wonder: my desire, to exchange the potatoes against the puree with wild herbs offered for several other dishes was commented with the requirement of an extra. Oh well, I've accepted it — although — honestly: it is not! And then: the wild herbs were then very simple chives. The surcharge was 1 euro! So no — it's ridiculous.
A visit to the small, but very beautiful "Japanese" garden is highly recommended. The partly huge Koifische, which in small ponds are great.

We were in the Hotel of the lion over the weekend and have us from the greeting to the departure felt very comfortable. The friendly and cordial atmosphere of the hotel, very friendly Service, very good food, their own bakery, a beautiful Japanese garden. The rooms are very spacious, newly renovated, very Tastefully decorated with great attention to Detail. What we have in the whole house feels. The location of the hotel is very good, you are walking right on the lake and there is a private beach for the hotel guests. A great weekend, a lovely Hotel with absolute feel-good factor. We will come back.
