Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is fantastic.

We were just there for Christmas dinner. Apart from the good food, the service was a disaster! The guests stood despite table reservation queuing outside into the cold. I had reserved many weeks ago, but the operation was desperately looking for a table for us. The table was not covered at all: No cutlery, servasts or candles. And the tablecloth was also dirty. Other guests had waited over 45 minutes for drinks. It was absolutely chaos. What a pity! And this at Christmas!

We spent our Christmas party there with about 40 people. For the meal, a pre-selection for 3 dishes had to be made in advance. Thus, the number of dishes was known.
On the way in the vaulted cellar you could already smell the loo.

3 pleated, slow and inflexible service personnel. The food lasted 2h and was warm to cold. The portions were mini.
You can expect more for such prices.
Furthermore, a service should know the contents of a drinks menu, especially the usual drinks — also as an assistant.
Never again.

Room OK breakfast also good. Room and bathroom Could be a little bigger and more modern.

The food was rather mediocre. In the wine cellar it smells a bit weird and you have long distances to the toilet.
There were good wines and good appetizers. The service was also very good.
By and large, however, unfortunately only 3 stars.

The hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian zone and within close walking distance to everything the city has to offer however the service there is terrible. The internet does not work in the entire hotel including the rooms. The rooms themselves seem to be at least 20-30 year old condition and needs updating badly. I had to request to be moved from my rooms as the electrical outlets did not work. There is nothing in this hotel that merits a 4 star rating.

Well located in the city centre, it offers nice rooms and very clean nothing more. The rooms are not large, but albeit in little dated gift still well cared for, also the courtesy of the girls at the front desk really makes the difference, they made me a wide and sincere smile. It was pleasant.

Great breakfast, friendly service, but the room was a closet under the elevator engine. That brings even pigeons to sleep.

Room was quite old and air condition didn't work. Breakfast was really nice and tasty!

Wi-Fi was not available. Staff very careless. When my car was parked, the windows were left open and as it was raining at night, it was completely wet. No apology and the parking fee was still collected. Room standard low middle level. Value for money is not correct. Only the situation convinced.

Food was very good. The vaulted cellar is perfect for a corporate meal.

Nice hotel right in the center with friendly staff and good kitchen. Was here a few years ago with my tour group in the Advent season. Also had a great dinner here.

We were guest on New Year's Eve. A nice hotel, very nice staff, but sometimes a bit unorganized. The kitchen is very good! The location is fantastic, one is right in the middle of the old town. The hotel has various localities, including the bar "Markt 7", which is really nice to drink cocktails in the evening.

Wit sit here and wait for 1.5 hours on the food… plus drink's are long since empty & no Service in sight…

Located in the heart of Würzburg City Centre, clean and neat hotel with tasteful furnishings. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very rich. BB´s also gave a cocktail voucher for the hotel's bar. Recommended.

Rooms are nice, everything is a little old-fashioned, BUT on weekends sets in the Bar, a DJ, unfortunately, to get then before 3 o'clock in the morning no eye. Complaints have also not helped. At least on weekends, not a recommendation.

The Hotel is centrally located on the market square. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the staff friendly. The food (Breakfast) is very good with a large selection. I'm going to the Hotel to book again.
