I have 3 weeks in G. U. P. S Hotel will be halted and the following, I can report. 1. The room is Clean, Daily cleaning 2. It is very noisy due to the train 3. The staff is not trained/ Unfortunately, I had noticed how the staff at the Breakfast table the fork with the napkin drop and this Lifted and for the next guest has put on the table. 4. The Breakfast is a Katastrofe 5. The Rezeprion is never occupied. In plain language, I Advise everyone starting As a prize for the Night to Pay, where no Service is included, where the Frühtük a Katasrofe and The staff very Stingy. When you check out wanted for a coffee 8 EUR Later by me :) In Mannheim, there are much better Hotels where it's Clean Trained pleasant staff gives the whole thing for half the price. The staff is very stingy even wanted the coffee afterwards have 8 EUR. 6. Every Time is the reception closed. Nobody on reception.
