Super friendly staff. The bar is cute. The saunas are very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Quiet location.

Nice hotel in terms of service and big room but the hotel is far out from the main attraction area.

We were 2 nights in the Hotel and very satisfied with rooms, cleanliness and ambiance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating both at reception and in the Restaurant at Breakfast and at dinner. The food was very good, the Breakfast Buffett is very rich. Also for our dog all the necessary utensils were provided. We are completely satisfied and would come again.

We were only in the Restaurant for dinner. We had a 4 course Candle Light Dinner. The food and Service were top. Rare that such a well-prepared Wiener Schnitzel eaten, paper-thin meat surrounded by a filing breading. The desserts were a super final.

Rooms are clean, friendly staff and breakfast buffet is recommended. Worth a visit at any time.

Room with air conditioning, spacious, clean. Bathroom rather small and with bathtub which is not so sparkling, since not all people have a size of 1.80 m. Bathroom was also not cleaned, one thought probably for 2 nights you do not need to make this? The bar unfortunately without air conditioning what is not possible in the heat. The cocktail a disaster, loveless and that for 12, — €. What a pity! Location is great.
For a 4 star hotel has us at breakfast. That certain something was missing, for example, salmon. The staff was probably a little exhausted by the heat wave.

Hotel basically OK — nothing special. Something has gotten old but clean. The peak of the naughtiness, however, is that despite the demand when booking whether you could eat there (was answered positively) when trying to order food in the restaurant, one is then informed that there is unfortunately no food today because of a large group in the house. They showed themselves to be zero flexible to offer us something or to meet somehow according to the motto "is just like that". This is definitely not the standard you pretend to have here. Convenient location for a stopover near the A5 & A6 autobahn. Basic but comfortable.

Very nice hotel and especially very friendly staff.
However, the chairs in the classrooms are very uncomfortable and I had severe back pain after three days of training.
Also, the chair and table height are very poor when matched to each other and cause an impossible posture.
Unfortunately, therefore, only so few stars.

From the outside top and the entrance area is also very nice, clean and high quality kept. However, the employees are very disinterested and give short concise (unfriendly, opinion) answers.
The room is very bare furnished and unfortunately not cleaned properly. There was a beer lid on the floor, toilet unfortunately not very clean… also the room has no air conditioning, this is only available in the suites and premium rooms. That is, With 31 degrees outside temperature and open Genster on arrival not very pleasant!
Even when we went to the restaurant at 9.05 p. M. To want a little bite of food, it was said that the kitchen has already closed, although clearly on the homepage and the sign in front of the restaurant is 10 p. M.!
When a complaint was made at the reception, one was rejected with a small apology.
All in all, for the paid money there are certainly much better hotel rooms in the area!

Rooms are clean. Bath is pleasant with bathtub. Beds are cozy and soft.
Breakfast is somewhat disorganized but understandable due to the lack of staff.

New, clean, some rooms are standard size some rooms are big, soft bed and soft pillow, out of town, in a village.

The hotel has very nice staff and generally looks very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms are in some need of renovation. If the rooms here get some care it is a very nice hotel!

Average but disproportionate prices staff is very friendly and eager. The rooms are clean. Food in the restaurant and breakfast are OK. Premium is only the price. A Schuttleservice to SAP is offered which is very unfriendly and unmotivated.

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are cozy and clean. In front of it there is a bus stop with busses to Heidelberg, Speyer and Waldorf.

Friendly Staff. The Best part was the Massage in the Hotel was. For all looking for relaxation during a short holiday to recommend. Due to illness the Restaurant was closed, unfortunately. Very negative: of all places, on Saturdays the Bar is closed, that is.

The room was tidy and clean. The spa area is a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was very extensive and tasty. The hotel is quick to reach and has a large private car park. I would like to book it again at any time.

The rooms are clean but unfortunately very much in need of renovation. (Superior Room) The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The staff is friendly.

The hotel, as well as the guestrooms, have unfortunately been extremely in the years. I can't say I felt comfortable in the room. The room is cool and the ambiance is not timely. There is an urgent need for renovation and modernisation. In addition, in the sauna area the whirlpool has been defective for a long time. This now reflects the neglect of the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is OK, but certainly not worth 17 euros.
The service staff is very friendly.
In summary, I am of the opinion that the room prices are absolutely not justified for the offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were fine. Service OK. Breakfast buffet could be richer. Hotel is quite secluded. About New Year's is not recommended.

Good stay and decent food the dinner was amazing and the chicken fantastic. Rooms were ok.

Spent one night with a little breakfast. Clean and welcoming place. Comfortable room. Breakfast varied and a will.

Room was clean, the bed for my taste too soft but otherwise it was OK. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open.

No extra pillows available. The available pillows were too soft. No ironing board or iron in the rooms. Had to get the iron and the board from reception and return it. Only there for one night. Breakfast wasn't too bad.

Very nice hotel, a clean place and good breakfast. Rude staff though, they host a group of teenagers and then get very upset when they act like… teenagers. If you don't want loudness, don't host teenagers.

Nice hot tub, great beds. Shower only had like half of a cover, so instead of curtains it was a glass piece that went half way. Another negative was they claimed the bar was closing at 1am, but they actually made us leave it at 12:20 and would only serve 1 drink. However it was a nice stay and clean.

Really wish I stayed longer than one night here, would totally come again sometime.

Customer service was amazing, and the food was fabulous. Also has a full spa and sauna which was extremely relaxing after a full day of travel. The rooms were also great, comfortable and refreshing.

A bottomless impudence. For a 4star hotel. I arrive after several hours of motorway in the hotel and what do I get to hear. Excuse it please the rooms are all forgiven moving we have them in another hotel. We didn't sleep as far as as well… this hotel was just unfortunately right on the highway and not in the countryside. And it had only 3 instead of 4 stars booked.
Laughable how every excuse and one assigns blame to the other.
We are down and paid the same.
Never again! Total bullshit.

Do not stop at this Hotel I had the miss fortune I had no choice as I traveled on a sight seeing tour, by bus. The rooms are good and so is breakfast, our evening meal was an farce it was eat it or leave it. We paid more for a glass of wine in the resturant then at the bar. The head waiter demanded a tip from every one.
