Very nice concierge which gave me an upgrade immediately, because the window in the first room did not close properly … come back gladly.

Racist. I was there sometime last two. I booked online with a friend. It was a nice time. But last year, I was there too and this time I didn't book ahead of time. When I got there, I was told that there was no room available, just because we are black. We went to another lodge who told us that they have no rooms available because it was late. This man now ask to help and call other hotels around. He did call Best Western Hotel, they told him that they have rooms available. (ROOMS AVAILABLE)? I was like we where there some minutes ago the lady at the reception told us that there was no rooms available. How come you now have? Intimately she change her statement that they have, but the are expensive. For me the price wasn't the problem. I have to drive that late in the night to karlsruhe, where I slept that weekend.

The room was big. The bed was king size with a good matrass. The pillows where also excellent. Unfortunately though we had no airco andere the room was stifling hot. It was 30 Celsius when we arrived. The three small windows could open, but since the hotel is on a busy street, with also the train tracks not far away and a hospital nearby the noise levels where very high. Granted the hotel is installing AC in all rooms, but ours had not been done yet. Breakfast was good enough, with a good spread of foods to choose from. The hotel has its own parking lot, which was big enough. Make sure you request a room with AC and away from the main Street.

It is nice hotel as it is clean rooms and near to the shopping center and restaurants but there is no air conditioning and on the street so it is little bit noisy.

Nice … rooms are so much neat and Clean… Betts are camfortable… toilett is also Clean … only the shower is a little Small. A can of water Boiler for tea and Kaffee is also positive Abt them.

Hotel rooms are very good. Breakfast is not with room. Bathroom and toilet are superb clean. Rooms are also clean.

Central location walking distance to the train station. Several discounters door to door. Perfect parking. Well suited as a meeting place, as located directly on the main street.
Nice room. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Room fridge. Just a ten-minute drive from the galloping track.
Access for pedestrians is not easy to find: Hotel entrance is located on the first floor just behind the ramp to the parking garage.
Attentive and professional service as it is at Best Western Standard.
Personally, the reclining area and the cushions of the comfortable large beds were too soft for me, but as you know, this is a matter of taste.

The rooms are extremely overheated grade in summer a reasonable hotel room as daydreams cleanliness super eat also super therefore 2 stars.

All right, staff friendly and breakfast with great choice. The cushions, however, are a disaster, too thick and firm.

Our reception was very cool. Unfortunately we could not get a recommendation on the request for good restaurants. The staff in general very taciturn and unmotivated.
The rooms are clean and tidy. The location is quite central.

This place exudes an atmosphere as though walls and ceilings have absorbed all the professional frustration of thousands of business travelers over decades, which have been forcibly stationed here by rabid managers.

We have checked in for a weekend in the context of a family affair at the beginning of April 2018 here.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming.
The rooms were almost ready for lunch at our early announced arrival, so we only had to wait a short time.
My room category requested by phone was fully met by the very nice Receptionistin.
The rooms were clean at arrival, large, the bathrooms appropriately cleaned.
The breakfast buffet is freshly prepared in the restaurant in the morning from 6.30 a. M. To 10 a. M.
Very friendly and good-humoured service staff are always there for the guests during the breakfast time, help where it goes, bring fresh coffee to the table and ask about the wishes of the guests.
In the hotel's own restaurant, guests can order delicious items from a well-designed menu, which are served freshly prepared.
Here the prices are quite civil.
Parking is free of charge on the hotel's Park deck.
As a minimum point of criticism, I have to address the cramped shower cubicle in the bathroom, as it is very cramped for an adult and the lack of storage facilities for the various hygiene-items in the shower or sink.

Hotel rooms are very good. Breakfast is not with room. Bothromm and toilets are super clean. Rooms are also clean.

The rooms act as if they were already beyond their zenith. That doesn't mean they are mold or anything like that, but they're just a little ' relived '. The breakfast is quite good in itself, only the scrambled eggs could be a bit tighter.
The staff was always very friendly and actually deserves 5 stars. WLAN was also always stable and sufficient fast.

Hotel is partly in need of renovation. Mold in the bathroom. Would not recommend the rooms to the street for sensitive people. Negative is that there are still smoking rooms. Breakfast is extensive and possible from Mo-fr from 6.30Uhr. Parking spaces are free of charge. Right next to the hotel is an Aldi. In 5min there are many more shops. The hotel is not close to the city centre.

New Year's Eve breakfast at Best Western with everything your heart desires… extra for a larger group longer Ftphstücksbuffet… that's what I say.

It was great for what I was using it for, the rooms were large, comfy beds, and a great bathroom, the breakfast was pretty good, could have been better, but much better than the average German hotel breakfast.

Over night stay on our way to Austria. Perfect for our needs. Easy walk into town. Breakfast was included in our package. Very tasty. Could have done with a fan or air con in the room.

Mediocre rooms that are not very clean in my experience and bathtub was filthy had to wash it myself before I could take a bath. However Staff is lovely but I just couldn't get past the filth.

Staff have not managed to repair the hot water supply for showers from about 7 p. M. In the evening until 8 p. M. Next morning. In the evening I was given the feeling that I did not believe that the water was cold. At the checkout you would have heard about the problem from other guests in the morning. Would then be with the note "would have known this last night… " "Consolation", one was all the more astonished when I mentioned that I had already complained about cold shower water in the evening. Where is the shift transfer. Staff were often not in the appropriate place for a long time also counter staff, only the breakfast staff was fast, nice and very accommodating. Which is not to say that I was not treated by the rest of the staff. It gave me the impression that the staff was being saved.
Nevertheless, it cannot be that such a house does not manage to repair the heating or the hot water supply overnight.

The room is very big for a reasonable price. Their is a big bathroom. Just I didn't liked the pillows. And their is no clima in my room. Otherwise, the breakfast and dinner are very good. The personnel is very welcomming and pleasant.

Great dinner and breakfast and the sleep and shower was pretty good and we had fun in bed except I slept on my own in my own bed so it was not so much fun but everything rlse was still nice for the fun we put a do not distrub thingy on the door for the fun very good place.

Hotel at the top, restaurant with little choice but very good! Some receptionists, and some waitresses not very friendly.

Gut gelegen am Bahnhof, nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und groß. Zu wenig Steckdosen.

Super food Beautiful Rooms Very friendly staff.

Good location for the town and excellent for the motorway. A quiet hotel. The bar and restaurant and are very quiet on evenings. The food from the restaurant is absolutely top class and breakfast is well thought out and very good. The one thing that really stands out for this hotel is the quality of all members of staff. Overall though very quiet this is an excellent hotel.

Bad food, too greasy. Room cleaning can be unsatisfactory.
