Nice Hotel and suitable for cycling and tours by car around Lake Constance. Rooms are perfect and hardly go any better…
the service has to struggle with the corona regulations but is very trying.

The restaurant is top. We won't stay overnight. Despite understanding because of the Corona time, friendly staff are expected. We have registered for 7 o'clock breakfast. At half past eight you could go to the Buefett at 8 o'clock we were asked to go in a very bare tone. Holiday with stress No thanks.

Highly recommended. Everything fits. Have been there several times.

The mill Wheel in the tavern is a Highlight to dine in a rustic atmosphere. Were just 1 week in this hotel. It is very clean and the food is totally delicious! The location is ideal: 25 min. To Meersburg; 25 min. To Sigmaringen. The Wellnes area leaves nothing to be desired and for families and couples, the hotel offers everything you could wish for. You can still file on the W-Lan, but there are LTE!
Happy to return! Mr. Krämer (owner) is always on site and always has an open ear for everything! Nothing escapes him. He is very familiar with his employees. This is done in the working climate and therefore also as a guest! Keep it up! Happy to return!

Very idyllic hotel. Families with children are welcome. At full occupancy, it gets quite tight in the front parking lot, there are other parking spaces on the side of the hotel. The wellness area with its large indoor pool is completely impressive, the complex is quite rebuilt. We booked the renovated Apartment 209 in Riedhaus 2 with half board. The apartment has 2 bedrooms a living room with kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and cerankochbox) as well as a bright bathroom with large shower. The décor is new and functional, on the balcony you can also sit four well. All windows (living room excluded) have mosquito repellents and shutters, in the living room there is ' only ' a roller shop, so you can sleep in the bedrooms at night with the window open. The food is good and delicious, breakfast as a buffet and dinner as a choice menu from the menu. The staff are very friendly.

Very clean hotel in rural surroundings. Parking spaces right next to the house. Our rooms for three people including bathrooms and living space were pleasantly large. The restaurant offers a balanced selection of dishes. If you don't have a Hp you should order a table for the evening. You sit here very pleasantly because the tables are not so dense. Breakfast is enough but might be a little more varied in the sausage selection. We found that room service came more every day, lately at eight. But to all in all a recommended house.

Were there for lunch today. Are very disappointed. I ordered a table for 2 people. No one was reserved. At the table there were no small plates for the buns and I had to ask for cutlery. The ordered food was a grey. The green salad was withered and the other varieties came out of the glass. It just wasn't enjoying it. The waiter let us wait for payment. We are not satisfied and will no longer visit the country hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone.

We've been here the second time. And again and again we feel really comfortable. The food is great, the staff friendly and the rooms are clean. There is plenty of room for the children to playing. Just great. Would love to come back.

Great, family-run Hotel with delicious food and very friendly staff. For children great, because of the swimming pool, and Playground to the football ground, everything is available. The lake is great to reach (about 30 minutes), in the vicinity there are more lakes and great bike paths.

Furnishings and food was super tasty, but very long wait and a visibly overtaxed service, which often forgot something and only after multiple requests and notes, brought after ordered, moreover, the lady did not really know herself with the card, one Just quickly realized that it is anything but professional. Which is why we will probably not go there again.

Had a long journey and therefore appeared a quarter of an hour late to check in (lockdown time 10pm). On the other hand, had to listen to an unfriendly sermon from the owner and then decided to stay where else, but still had to pay for the unused room.
Where is the service and Swabian friendliness?
The same thing happened to a friend of mine, who ultimately didn't get her key first and thus had no choice but to stay in an acquaintance's room.

Whole family invited to dinner at 12.00 a. M. 10 people, food came at large intervals, I got nothing, after complaint, great apology procedure, but my food did not come yet. After all my guests had eaten, the owner tried to get to our table, again apology front and apology back but I still got nothing to eat. In the end, they offered me a free cup of coffee and a piece of apple pie, was already 14:00 clock. The small salad from the buffet was, of course, billed to me. At least it tasted my guests.

The service was awful, we were eight and got the food one at a time, so we completely separated, and everyone ate for themselves. In case of inquiries, we were only rudely made. The food was OK but the appetite had passed us all neatly. Never again!

Really nice hotel, we were there with our 9 week old baby. The wellness area is only recommended, just like the massages and everything around it. Staff as well as kitchen, rooms etc all top. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Every penny is worth this hotel.

Ok, but the Internet is stupid in the evening to overloaded not Emails watching or something because the w-lan network and it is not with the number of devices it comes, therefore, need actually, only in the afternoon, when all of them are somewhere down there use because the evening goes on nothing's shower turns from hot to cold.

We (family with 3 children) spent a week of our summer holiday in the old mill. The hotel was quite good in the Internet and we arrived full of expectations. The old mill itself is somewhat secluded, but quite quiet in a beautiful landscape. We had a very nice room (3 rooms + bathroom and toilet) overlooking the Ried. However the room was suitable rather for families with two instead of three children as a child on the sofa bed in the living room is housed. This is quite unfortunate because the sofa is very uncomfortable and on the other hand, the living room is no longer usable after the bed time of children for parents. The same applies to the small balcony, which can be reached only from the living room. Also the bathroom with toilet is quite small for five people. Despite everything, the room was clean, the beds were made every day and changed the towels daily if desired.
Also the breakfast who is quite good and there was a sufficient supply, especially with very tasty teas of a renowned teahouse for every taste.
The dinner was in contrast to the breakfast buffet. Assuming normal menu available on the home page we were happy delicious food on an appropriate selection of un. We had booked half board, by we only recommend, because in the evening we gave it for us a menu card from the between soup or salad from the buffet, and then between a fish, meat or vegetraischen Court could choose.

We have been able to celebrate our dream wedding in the "Old mill". This Location was a reason why it has become the dream wedding. For this purpose, we would like to thank all of the family grocer and the entire Team. Starting with the extremely professional and friendly preparation phase. Here are all the wishes have been recorded and to the full satisfaction implemented. Our guests were able to stay in nice rooms, and even short-term room changes were possible without any problems. Also the disabled room was well equipped and best deliveries possible. The Celebration itself was held in the beautiful "Stube". The unique atmosphere of all the guests, as well as us, strongly impressed. The Buffet was very rich, schmecktet fabulous and left nothing to be desired. The perfect Service was very friendly, courteous and always helpful. In conclusion, one can only say: The Hotel "Alte Mühle" is not just for the delicious food and comfortable Sleep, even dream weddings can be here in the most beautiful setting for celebrating.
