We were 5 nights with my wife traveling for the center of Europe and really we were surprise for this magnificent hotel after being stayed in other hotels. Mr. Tomas at the reception was an excellent customer service advisor and very friendly helper for our needs. Room very cozy and clean, air conditioner working properly, nice toiletries and comfortable bed, good isolation, hot breakfast buffet very superior and quite place. In front of the hotel a big affordable shopping center and transportation in front of the hotel via Tram to Basel in 20 minutes. From now we will be looking for the B&B hotels around the world and hope we can have one Mr. Tomas in each of them for their commitment in customer service. If you have a complaint after being here, please remain at home. For sure we will back. Best Regards.

Very convenient location, near both France and Basel and just in front of the the Rehin zentrum. Rooms are cosy and clean. Personal friendly and polite.

Nice Hotel near to the swiss border. Breakfast is ok for the price.

Simpele but very clean rooms, great family room. There is a parking lot in the basement. The entrance of the parking lot is at the side of the building. Took us a while to find it.

Just beautiful. Due to its geographical location this hotel is excellently placed. The reception is great and the staff is very friendly. This hotel is brand new. The rooms are very well thought out and very comfortable. Because of its novelty, this hotel is above its class. The proximity to the Rheincenter shopping centre is very nice. Note that this hotel is directly served by line 8 of the Basel transport network. The bus stop is 20 metres away. I can only advise you to take advantage of this cheap and very well equipped hotel. The breakfast is excellent. I will be back at this hotel from my next visit in the vicinity.

Zimmer was not thoroughly cleaned and very worn out. I'm not going to choose this hotel a second time.

Good: Free parking and underground parking. Reze very friendly.
Unpleasant: Rooms were not cleaned for a week. Bed was only lovedless, the shoe bed saver was left lying on the other side of the bed. Ceiling light can only be switched from the room door. No wake-up service. Reference to TV, but the starts with info page, ergo without sound.

I'll never book this hotel again. Starting at 23.00 is closed and no one is answering. The outside machine doesn't work. A horror.

Very efficient and clean, meaning a good stay but not some great experience (average). Area was interesting to explore. Only negative thing I remember is the hallways lacking any sort of ventilation, which was no problem thanks to great air conditioning in the rooms.

It remains for us one night a very nice hotel small hic staff does not speak French, we understand as we can.

Welcome and attentive personal. Located at the border with Swiss, next to a very big shopping mall, close to the Rein with restaurants and terrassen. Hotel is clean and luxury, self closing doors and a big elevator available. Service is excellent.

A B&B Hotel is situated directly in the border triangle of Germany, Switzerland and France. On foot you can here everything umd also reach plenty of shopping possibilities in the direct neighborhood. Otherwise, this Hotel is like every other B&B is a Hotel also. Here there was no points of criticism. I can recommend this Hotel in good conscience.

The Hotel has a good Standard. This time I had a room on the ground floor, which does not comply with my Wishes. The window can be clearly not open, so it smells a bit.

This hotel had everything I needed. The location was excellent, and it cost less than half of similar hotels just over the border in Switzerland.

The hotel is well located next to a tram station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The people in the neighbouring rooms are sometimes a bit noisy at night… People at the reception are very nice!

Great rooms and great service. We were greated by big smiles and they were still smiling when we left 3 days later. The rooms are new, very clean and comfortable. The staff were also full of advice for us with where to eat and how to get around. Had a great stay.
