Were there today for lunch, in the beer garden overlooking the river Rhine, is super nice, the food was delicious and there to be by the Meditaren Flair, the feeling of being on holiday. Absolutely competent staff, and short waiting time, all at a top price-performance ratio 5* :)

Pretty clean, pretty cold in the room and if you turn on the heater you can't sleep because of the noise the water makes in the pipes and Very Very Very bad internet connection, when it works.

The Greek Restsurant Alte Post in Laufenburg, Germany has a menu with a nice mixture of dishes. Not to many, so making a choice is a joy rather than a hassle. All the dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients and served in a way that not only the stomach can enjoy good food but also your eyes can enjoy a nice view of the plate. The personnel is trained very well in hospitality and shows that they have pleasure in dealing with the guests. The restaurant itself has three areas. One is the ancient but well preserved and maintained old post area. The second is a modern decorated part. And last but not least a beer garden with a breath taking view on the river Rhine and the medieval part of Laufenburg (Switzerland). All in all it's a warm recommendation from my side. Go there and have a try.

The traditional restaurant has been open again since May 2016 under new leadership. In the front part, there is also the rustic restaurant and in the rear conservatory dining room with a magnificent view of the Rhine, new addition to traditional Greek dishes are served. The service was fast and the choice was great. After a short time the appetizers were brought and tasted exquisitely and let us look forward to the main dish. And we were not disappointed. This is where the quality value is placed. The view from the window also allowed us to see the conservatory, unfortunately, degree rain prevailed but a later visit is already bookmarked. It definitely tasted after a repetition.
