Very noisy due to children in adjacent room. As no staff in the hotel, nobody to complain to, a night porter would be better. The automated reception is very poor, especialy as most people arriving at the weekend will find no staff at the hotel. And it wasn't working when we arrived!

Room extremely small and not really clean. The parking lot I paid for was occupied twice by hotel staff.

Best price quality recently.

The location is great, but parking is bad during the day. There are only a few hotel parking spaces, at night you can stand in front of the hotel, during the day you have to draw tickets.
The hotel itself is a bit old but is kept very clean and looked after by friendly staff. The bathroom was very small, but I was able to sleep well in bed.
Breakfast is OK, but without warning food like scrambled eggs.

We had booked for an extended weekend — — 27 30, 2018 —.
Room was fine, everything clean and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking space we ordered with the booking was also guaranteed (space in the in-house garage).
Breakfast buffet was adequate and fine.
The location of the hotel is particularly special — in the shortest possible time (walking) you are in the city centre — dinner was also guaranteed thanks to the adjacent restaurant.
So we had a great weekend and thank the girls in the reception and the house service — carry on like this.

I seem to have got an old, not refurbished room, but due to my late arrival I can no longer complain. Therefore I bleary in a rundown room with bad mattress.
It is simple and clean, but 3 stars and the price is not worth it.
I can't say anything about the staff, I haven't met anyone.
The check-in with the Hotelomaten has worked out perfectly — but I don't find it just inviting…

A cosy, small hotel, very well located. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants and nice places to sit outside. Everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. For Fülligere people, the entrance to the shower could be a problem (approx. 40 cm wide).

Were there when we were on assembly. For sleeping it is enough all times one is located very central a baker is right next door. The bathrooms are enormously small, in the shower you can hardly turn but it is very clean there.

I was in Pforzheim privately and found the hotel by accident on the Internet. The location was not important to me at first. However, the location is right near the pedestrian area and I could spontaneously even go over the Christmas market. I also booked a parking space. This was not just a parking place, but a garage. So very good. The double room was just right of size and everything. Very clean. The heating in the bathroom unfortunately did not go and so we said at the reception. Shortly thereafter, the janitor was there and the heating went right after that. The service is first class and the staff very friendly — whether late at night or early morning at 6am when we checked out. Should I be in Pforzheim again, I will definitely stay there again. The only drawback was the shower, which is unfortunately less for very burly people. The door is extremely narrow and who is very thick will not be able to use it — at least in the double room I was in. We don't like it in the other rooms, but I can't judge. You might have to ask for it in advance.

Good hotel in downtown, parking with a certain difficulty, good breakfast to pay separately.

All in all a small cozy hotel with a good location. It could have been clean to my liking the ventilation at the door to the toilet had detached. Toilets paper ware only one started roll there. Breakfast is sufficient and at 5 euros is cheap.

Good price management ratio, cheap breakfast, central and easy access to the surrounding shops and very nice hotel staff.
I was due to a course visit from 16 November. Until August 12.17 there and made me feel comfortable.
Netwill, the hotel staff sent a partial baggage of mine, which I had left behind, to my home. Thank you also for that and gladly again!

Good value for money. Practical for all with destination downtown in Pforzheim. Wi-Fi was poor.

Good Hope… That one is soon gone: rooms are tiny, parking situation modest and in the hallways it smells clearly for mold.

Stayed here for a long weekend had a good time pleasant staff attentive I cannot complain.

I lov d the check in system. The hotel was reasonably priced, comfortable, and in a good location. We used this hotel to begin our journey on the Westweg trail. I will be back.

Hotel und Zimmer ca 70er Jahre. Einrichtung dagegen Modern. Die Chance auf einen Parkplatz steigt wenn man dies bei der Buchung anmeldet ist jedoch nicht garantiert.

A bit dissapointed this time round as they didnt have any soap or water. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Good location in town. Old room but clean. Very noisy, no parking, no air flow, uncomfortably warm. We book non smoking room but the room is just above a smoking spot so all the smoke come into the room anyway even with close window. I definitely will not go back to this hotel but might recommend the place to anyone who like smokes and noisy room.

Nice rooms. Internet is terrible.

Positive:
-The hotel is centrally located (one reason for our booking), there are on-site parking available, otherwise more paid parking is available in the street
-Non-smoking rooms
Negative:
-The reception is open only partially, for the rest of the time, there's a check-in kiosk (with prior booking). We have checked in Saturday afternoon, because only through the vending machines. No one can be reached.
-We were housed in room 20. Very lived down, cobwebs on the ceiling, the shower silicone joints very black (Schimmel? ), the curtains and bed pad spotty (we do not know what).
-The upper floor is inhabited (family? ), from there loud music was already in getting us, and in the evening was not to think about sleep. Loud music and noise (thought there will be bowled o. Ä. ). It was quiet until about 23 30.
-We had booked a non-smoking room extra. But noise in the night and rooms to the side of the road.
-The hotel is very nice, we could understand the call of our room neighbours almost in plain text.
-The breakfast the next morning was disappointing, especially as it evaluated in addition with 5 euro per person (was at the time of booking informed us that the breakfast costs extra). It was just an Assistant for check-out and breakfast available.
