Unkind, annoyed waitress. I ordered an espresso. Then announced by the waitress as Expresso. He tasted like a little black coffee. The ice cream was touted in the map as walnut ice cream, chocolate ice cream, cream, walnuts and chocolate sauce. In reality, it was 2, 5 scoops of walnut ice cream, 1 scoop of chocolate, cream, and as garnish 1 divided walnut and a few splashes of chocolate sauce with no own flavor.
2 elderly couples who wanted to sit down at a free table were rather unkindly scared high again because the table was reportedly reserved. Being alone, I offered the 4 people a seat at my table, which they also accepted. In the hour until I left, however, this supposedly reserved table was not occupied. The waitress was quite annoyed all the time.

Were here today (Holiday) for the Afternoon for an icebo drink. Everything is perfect! Beautiful Terrace, very nice Controls and cosy Ambience.
However, we have known the Restaurant for a long time and it is "always" without any rebuke.
Very happy again … We are looking forward to the steak days!

Very good and inexpensive food. I'm certainly going back there.

We were on Easter Sunday 2018 with the whole family from Ostrach (a total of 15 people) there and that for the repeated time. All the dishes we ate were excellent — from the pike perch fillet to the beef steak. The staff was friendliness in person although the restaurant was fully occupied. The senior manager personally strove for the well-being of his guests — very sympathetic. Nowadays you have to look for a long time to find a restaurant. On our side an absolute recommendation. We will definitely come back again. Thanks to all the staff and keep up the same.

Excellent lunch, courteous and friendly service. The sour roast is simply fantastic with fantastically good sauce and side dishes of choice including freshly cooked vegetables.
The boss has personally inquired whether everything tastes great — a very good sign. We'll be happy to come back!

Very nicely located restaurant. The food tastes great and is worth its price. On a terrace you can also sit outside and eat or drink. Lake Illmenis about 100 metres away. There you can take very nice walks.

Whole food tasted like old fat, a meal was calculated too much. Consistently disappointing.

On 16.8, my family had been looking forward to a Culinarisch experience in the carp at the Illmesse as we had only heard good and many people empfielten the restaurant. Our decision was made on Wednesday because a barbecue evening with Fischvarationen was announced on the terrace
First to the positive the weather was nice and the waitress was friendly. Only the grilling did not seem to take place as advertised on the terrace but only in the Kitchen 1 conclusion topic missed.
When the service Force handed us the menu we were very surprised, about the huge selection of a Fischgrillabens with sage and write a dish although a grill plate was offered here with different fish varieties but here the horizon of the kitchen seemed over Variety of fish and their preparation is very limited.
Since I didn't get anything out of the fish selection I took a sausage salad this was fine and was served with three fresh breads.
The daughter of our friends took a beef steak, this was perfect from the meat and the cooked only here was obvious forgetting to spice the meat. Pity for the beautiful meat.
My son took the cheese noodles these were actually very good, but just actually because here we had to remove a hair unfortunately. Well I thought, can happen an isolated case.
My wife took the fish platter This was presented very handsomely with various sauces and Pell potatoes the fish was good.

By chance I read the reviews of Trommer and Bauer and by chance I was sitting at the said evening behind the table with the 2 families (things are there! ) I wondered that all the plates of the said dominions were empty, they put the hair through the napkin of the waitress! About the offer, man woman can argue, but with empty plates on the table Hattas apparently tasted. And about reviews in such length, the layman is already wondering a rogue who thinks evil!

For a long time we had to visit the carp since we often go on holiday in Illmensee. On the Internet The Wednesday was advertised as a big fish barbecue with lots of choice. So we didn't think, and we reserved. The first thing to mention is the friendliness of the service throughout our stay. Unfortunately, that was also the best thing about everything. For the advertised fish barbecue… Despite the crowded restaurant and terrace there was no barbecue as promised. Everything was prepared in the kitchen. When we got the menu we first thought of a joke… on the Fish Grill Day there was only one fish dish on the menu, a so-called grill plate with 3 fillets of a mussel of a shrimp and some decoration. Fish was quite ok but not exceptional. In addition, Pell Potato and 3 dips. So that was the advertised fish barbecue. We were rather disappointed and our expectations were far away. Not all the Aesir, therefore, the fish plate. We had still ordered sausage salad, this was actually quite ok. We also had beef back steak, here Gaenicht are offered. The meat was OK medium fried, flavorful but grey full spiced… too lax. It was actually a pity for the good meat. If you want a salad, you can get it at a buffet for an extra fee. In the case of main courses, a salad should actually belong.

Very good room and breakfast. Food also very good. Also motorcyclists, not necessarily groups, welcome. Again at any time.

The room was very nice and modern furnishings, but unfortunately you have saved on the beds. The mattresses were bretthard and the bed frame has gequischt. The hotel and resteraunt is very close to the Lake which was really nice, as there is a view on the Lake. I liked it, that the owners of the hotel have own bedint. All were very hospitable. At the breakfast buffet, the condition was very stressed because she was alone (but friendly). There are problems even in the salad buffet. It was empty within half an hour and was no longer populated, so I could eat only the remains. That was too bad. Unfortunately, you notice that the staff is totally understaffed. What I found very helpful was that we got a box of Bomboms to the check-out. Unfortunately, only three stars because the beds and the buffet.
After all, it was very nice in the carp and if the beds have other mattresses I like to come back. :)

It was good once they have deteriorated since 2015. Too bad actually was very happy there. I was very positive surprised about restaurant Seehof is also in the illmensee. Good common fare. Can I only recommend.

The location of the restaurant is beautiful almost directly on the Lake. The service is friendly and the owner personally cares for the well-being of its guests. The portions are moderate and the price quality ratio is right. The ambiance is also nice, very modern in design. All in all recommendable is the restaurant.
