Vegans are treated here just as deliciously as Omnis. Beautiful rooms, all top clean, good location, likes top!

We felt very comfortable! The food is great and the staff polite and courteous! We also don't understand the sometimes very bad reviews here. There was no cause for complaint for us! We think how to call into the forest, so it comes back! And the fact that the hotel is unfortunately located on a well-used pass road is suboptimal, but here too you can live well with. Earplugs have still helped. And for a good connection you may have to live with disadvantages. Everything was perfect for us and we were certainly not here for the last time!

Very good. Welcome the receptionist made a real effort by speaking slowly in German and I enjoyed the rooms have a nice view and it's very clean, when in the kitchen the choice of menu is varied, the breakfast is appreciable too.

We were there (fortunately) only two nights. Staff is neither friendly nor intrebes at the well-being of the guests. Very pity, you could make much more of the hotel. But apparently it's because of the area. Everything overpriced, unfriendly and bland.

Unfortunately, the staff was not interested in us on arrival, but ate carelessly in the dining room, so we had to wait for the check-in. The common thread unfortunately also pulled through in the morning at breakfast, where I received only an annoyed view from the male service staff, instead of a "good morning. " Conclusion here: As a service provider, you are much more in the liability debt here. It's the first time I've felt unwanted in a hotel.
The room was unfortunately not clean, everywhere hair (dog hair?! ) also on the pillows in the bed. On the carpet, I didn't dare walk barefoot either.
When eating in the restaurant you have nice company of a hundred flies, which I personally found quite disgusting.
At checkout, I was tackled pamply by a young hired choir after politely asking how it can be that the lady can't see our pre-fully paid invoice amount in the PC (we had paid everything in advance) as they told us the entire Weekend wanted to charge again, although already paid in advance.
The only plus point gabs for the good dinner and a very nice service, which unfortunately I only saw on Saturday evening.
My conclusion: Too much money for poor and unfriendly service and lack of hygiene.
What a pity.

The hotel is very traditionally furnished, but the rooms are tip top and everything is clean. The food tastes great and there is a small spa, which does not include an indoor pool, this can be found in the partner hotel 2 km away (free of charge). There is free Wi-Fi, which is only slightly available in the rooms and whose signal generally leaves something to be desired.

Wir hatten das Familienzimmer und es war ausreichend für 4 Personen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und lecker. Das Abendessen war auch Buffet für Erwachsene okay. Für Kinder nur bedingt. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We were unfortunately only guests in the restaurant, but this pleased us very much. We ordered tagliatelle with deer Bolognese there, at first we could not imagine how to taste it and then. Then we were very positively surprised. Simply a great combination, tagliatelle in this quality we have never gotten before and a deer-bolognese we did not know yet and both convinced us. Should we come along nochmas there so we will gladly visit this restaurant again. The service was very attentive and friendly. Now you really feel like a guest and above all you feel comfortable.

We have to spend 3 great days in the green tree. The service was so friendly and accomodating & the kitchen just a dream. We would like to highlight the commitment of the kitchen team of that took into consideration so wonderful on food intolerances and has spoiled my wife very well. Thank you — we like to come back!

Good hotel with good food. The only negative was the "ruhe tag" and that we had to go to another hotel for diner. During the ruhe tag the hotel provided a free bus transport between the two hotels.

Pleasant stay in this hotel at the foot of the slopes.

Very nice house for relaxing short holiday immersed in nature. The nature park especially praise I would like kitchen — really excellent food and beautiful atmosphere in the cosy restaurant! Spa is also very pleasant — especially the the beautiful relaxation area with you free of charge with can use black forest panorama and the trickling stream and that the Spa from the sister hotel… Skiing directly behind the House and guided snow-shoe trek / forehead light hike not miss with the boss.

Dogs do not belong in the dining room.

The food we got was absolutely great. Only the appearance of the dishes can be still room for improvement.
But why then a star deduction?
The waiter has the star on your conscience! He sought much about kindness and attention. However, he contracted the summer menu us completely. Only on demand, he brought her.
But he was also an absolute no go. We, 2 adults, were ready with food and our son ate yet. The waiter but cashed already our dishes.
You don't do that. Only when the last guest at the table is finished will be cleared.
Conclusion: the waiter would have cleared not break some plates, you would can see past about the goof with the map and still just packed the 5th star. But it remains at 4 stars.
But the food deserves 5 stars.
