It is surrounded by beautiful natural beauty. It has a swimming pool for kids. It has a good supermarket close by. It is very close to Tittsee lake where one can spend whole day in various activities like boating, shopping, cycling, walking and sitting and just watching nature.

Breakfast is very nice, the rooms are big enough, and there is also a small swimming pool, the location is right next to titise lake.

The house and the room need renovation or refurbishment! The room uncomfortable smelling of some smoke (no cigarettes) No toilet paper holder, door damaged. Everything that others have complained about here is unfortunately true. The owner/operator should sell the digital ordering system in the restaurant which has certainly cost what has cost and invest in renovation and competent staff. Unfortunately, therefore, no recommendation from me.

Very poor service and behaviour of staffs. Between 14H to 17H check in is not possible. Condition of the hotel is terrible. Location is away, so if you have to reach from Neustad or Titisee then bus frequency is very less. It's once in a hour. Rooms are not in good condition. Near by surroundings are beautiful as full of greeneries were there everywhere. No nearby restaurants. To commute on late evening is difficult and would require taxi. If you want to see Titisee better you stay in Freiburg as it is just 50 mins away bus and Titisee can be fully visited in 3 hrs max.

OK for the price (€96 for a room with 3 beds with breakfast), but outdated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It looks like a vacation colony stuck in the 70 years. Attempts to modernize have been made with Scotch, the non-existent sound insulation, the curtains too short to close them.
The living room is furnished with BRIC and Broc straight out of the Salvation Army.
And the "restaurant" is actually a snack that offers frozen pizzas/Paninis.
In short a cheap dorm.

I've never experienced anything like this before … I don't want to know what it looks like at home which here distribute 3, 4 or even 5 stars.
And dear chef their time, which they would spend here justifying with the opening hours, the cleanliness or the friendliness … Saturday Saturday May 27, 2017, notabene one of the better days in tourism, they closed before 21:00 00 watch …

They have a lot of air upwards … they look at the evaluations once without situation and view assessment since they can only speak of disillusionment response to the owner …

The hotel is very good value for money.

Horrible 4 Bed room reserved arrived there and was first attacked by the worst smell the whole "hotel" stinks of smoke what I do not understand why you should not smoke in the room balcony if you do it you have to pay €100 penalty.
The furniture looks like from the Speermüll everything in the room was somehow put together my bed consisted of 2 different parts.
The word cleanliness is probably not in the first place at the hotel sun mat, but rather the technique. My room was terribly dirty I was hoping I can show you the pictures but unfortunately this does not…
Ordering food via tablet or using a mobile phone app sorry Dear Hotel owner But I would first bring the furniture up to date as the technique here you should feel comfortable or?
In the room I was in was at the bathtub mold. The flushing was burned or something. My room ceiling was totally splashed with food or anything else I can't tell what that is.
The TV closet is completely collapsed inside and it stinks mega there.
The balcony has nothing to recover broken ground just not to relax…
The bed linen smelled as if I had had a headache.
And if you want to watch TV, you can get the remote control for €20 deposit at the reception…
So short and concise I recommend this "hotel" no one and will certainly never come back.

Outside it snows and on arrival no heating, rooms and hotel cold. In 4 of course with 3 pillows and 3 miserable duvets. Breakfast dear for the very little choice.

It was ok. Food was great. Room temperature was pretty cold the first day and the water wasn't hot, but it got better the next day (after we mentioned it). No soap in the bathroom. Pillow and towels smelled smoky/not good. Easy reachable with public transportation.

Price performance absolutely appropriate.
All those grumble and grumble think you'll just get a gift in life. For this price you can't expect an insane atmosphere or anything like that.
Everything was clean, check in everything went smoothly, TV and Sky worked flawlessly, everything clean, yes very convenient but I'm there for snowboarding and net to squat in the room!

Bad experiences, never again! A very arrogant and unfriendly lady at the reception and in the restaurant. In the room was lacking hand soap and bedding. The sky offer could not be used because receiver was broken. TV screens (14 ") are apparently former outdated PC monitors. The reception is closed until 17h. No online checkin possible. But you order in the restaurant with the tablet and not the menu. Lots of electronic gadgets that doesn't work. Dinner and waitressing horrible, hair in the food! Breakfast is the same. Quality is a foreign word!
I would advise the owner not to leave his rage with kindergarten spells on the guests, but rather to take care of the staff and the problems — even if the lady with dyed hair belongs to the family. She's definitely in the wrong job! Cheeky, arrogant, unfriendly! This is not permissible in this industry. Never grazing!
Conclusion: Hotel should be avoided, the restaurant should be closed!
A disgrace to the industry!

-Hotel looks both superficially and rustically just as inwardly.
-Staff more than rude to the guests. (The lady with the gray colored hair to be exact).
-had 3 rooms of which 2 were dirty. In one, brown soup is dripping from the ceiling onto the bed. At the request of a new room it was said there were no more. After the problem was portrayed, one thing was free.
-In the other, the windows were all zugespaxt with angles. Supposedly because of the storm. But the joints and angles were all over-painted therefore, the windows were probably never open.
-It is not possible to reserve tables for guests.
-Meals in the restaurant cannot be changed. Just as seen in the pictures. Where is it, please?! Other guests had the same problem.
-With us in the food was a hair, was not first believed afterwards taken. And what came?. Exactly the same plate without new food, we can fuck ourselves.
-Breakfast is prepared in the evening in a refrigerated Plastickbehältern, cheese, butter, sausage etc. Then a blanket is placed over it and the current is shut off. Well cheers meal with Schimmlessen, we have not taken breakfast after we have seen this.
-My pizza came after all had eaten ready. Supposedly made himself only the ground was ready. The pizza looked and also tasted like the big pizza in the loadingfrom of the Tiefkühbox.
-Food gabs to 8pm It was said to us.

Room was absolutely ok and sufficient for staying overnight. Breakfast well too. Buffet to the arbender was for us not eating well was completely cold and also not the best of taste. The only thing warm was the soup this was also very fine. Staff very net also the owner very net. We will certainly be back.

Very close to Badeparadies, a small family hotel we go with pleasure as if visiting an uncle. Simplicity and conviviality are at the rendezvous (even in the price) … those who search luxury and refinement will certainly find another address, we will go back;-)

Not recommended! Fatal horrible staff and above all very very rude. Equipment is ancient.

+ Stern for: (It is then 2 stars) + The location is very nice + slept well after I had overcome in a bed to sleep, which seems to be inappropriate for audience traffic because you can not clean coarse fabrics. Box Spring bed + room large, bathroom large with bathtub — star: Breakfast: You had something to chew on. As long as you have no expectations, it's still about strengthening.
— no staff on arrival hardly any information on how to get to a key — old, unkempt, dirty, loveless.
— more than just rustic and something like that in Germany, hopefully there will be no foreign tourists who would probably not visit Germany again.
-Unfriendly staff (. Suspect that it was the owner, worse) prices performance ratio does not fit at all, prefer to go camping unfortunately, I have not photographed these impressions, otherwise everyone could have decided themselves.

Best report price/quality in high season.

Not expensive, so if you're looking for cheap place to set out from, it's about ideal. The only minor issues I've noticed were: 1, the attic rooms get rather hot on warm summer days; 2, the mattresses were far too soft for my liking; 3, they dont really speak English, the young man spoke some English, but the old lady didn't, as for the others I suspect it to be somewhere in between. Other than that it was basically fine. It might be lacking some minor things compared to more expensive hotels, but considering its price I can't really fault them for it. The place seemed hygienic, which is the most important thing.

Easy after hours check in. Might have been haunted.

It is a place, quiet, in the green of the forest-black fields.
A comfortable hotel, not far from the centre of Titisee, is the area to visit.

No restaurant. No Wi-Fi in the room. TV Didn't work. Unfriendly uninterested staff. Opening hours reception very limited. Not clean. Hand towels instead of bad towels. Really behind on maintece. Please avoid.

Very friendly. Housekeeping every day. Dinner only available in the evening on Saturday and Sunday. .

Very nice but little animated and a little isolated.
