The grandiose complex, pool and relaxation area very classy and very well thought out! The specific meals with a varied choice of dishes, the rooms are very clean and the salty bath very large, very beautiful terrace even on the forest side! The highlight is the Wellness space which is impressive.

Child-friendly Hotel, ideal for the entire family: from Baby to the grandparents. It has something for everyone. Friendly Service throughout the Hotel.

Fifth time I go to this hotel, But this time I got a 300€ room with view on a wall and just above the restaurant terrrace with service till 23H and starting again at 7H, really not acceptable. My familly and myself were not accepted in the italian buffet dining room because I was wearing shorts in august. The responsible was quite rude. No more drinks served at the swimming pool terrace.

Very nice hotel, very well maintained and quiet. Despite children's offers, no noise. SPA area highly recommended, not crowded, even on weekends.

Romuls: Very good hotel. Beautiful pool complex and wellness facility. Beautifully furnished rooms. However, somewhat expensive and darkly furnished in the reception and the dining area (a star deduction).
LAGE: Good location in the middle of the Black Forest.

Beautiful days in the VJZ again and Again. My kids were in the Sparrow club 20 years Ago. Now my grandson is coming and I'm still feeling good. And otherwise everything is grumbling at a high level. Comfortable!

Very nice hotel with great location in the Black Forest. The hotel's four seasons, though externally, have been a little bit over the years, but inside very nicely and comfortably furnished. Not all rooms are modernized yet. In some rooms the bathrooms are more modern. The spa area is very nice and recommended. Absolute class is the kitchen! The food is almost too tasty, so you are guaranteed to have increased after a stay at the hotel.

Unfortunately, the quality of the meat was very poor. Tough and hard. Could hardly be bitten! The fish was watery and unfortunately nothing to be desired in such a place.
It's a pity, because I was so excited about this stay! I never thought that this is possible, the Al a card kitchen could be so bad. Also other guests have confirmed this to us! What a pity! Breakfast is not good.

We are now in the hotel for the third time and are just thrilled. Ambience, food, service — everything just fits. Only suggestion for improvement:
Unfortunately, we didn't have a minibar in the room.

Always beautiful in the four-year season. However, benefits have decreased slightly compared to higher costs, which is a pity.
Parking: Newly chargeable, but not enough parking available. Should be able to be guaranteed if it is already charged.
Service personnel: Increased foreign personnel, who do not speak German so well, are a pity.
Departure: poorly organized. Although we asked to stay in the room a little longer, it was rejected. At 10.50 h I asked someone for the luggage. At 11/30 h there was no one there yet, called again. Finally, someone arrived at 11.40 h. Why not tell the customer he can wait downstairs and what to drink or leave the room not another hour, if never has any time? Was an infuriating conclusion.

Pleasant stay with a flat on the kitchen.

The beauty farm and the staff there are great. Food is good. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurants is the lowest drawer. The staff are inattentive, unkind and show off their zero-buck attitude. Exempt are the trainees who obviously enjoy the job. In the wellness area, fresh towels were unfortunately also in short supply, as well as the drinks were not replenished regularly.

Super premises, food good, service embarrassing and underground, plus naughty and rude. Even the morning and evening buffet totally overflow with impossible waiting times. Angel Obertal or Elztalhotel at least 3 categories better.

The hotel is GIGANTIC and everything that is advertised on the site is naturally realized.
I was there for a romantic getaway and our room was very nicely decorated. The bedding was good, the decoration too, pity that for the price there was still an old shower curtain and not a glass wall. Moreover during the whole night a sound of metal slamming not found disturbed our sleep…
The wellness area is superb and the many well organized saunas.
The restaurant Kachelofen seems to me to advise unlike the panorama because more intimate.
As for the overall ambience of the hotel it is superb and the decoration neat, but the gigantic and labyrinthine buildings of the years 1970 leave a worrying aftertaste of shining…

Beautiful, quiet hotel. A great wellness — and massage offer and many opportunities to stay busy in and around the hotel if you want. The restaurants offer fantastic culinary activities. Recommended for all ages, families, groups or couples. We've been there four times and we'll go again.

I only rate bar and "cigar lounge": Unfortunately no friendly staff. The smoking room can hardly go through as a cigar lounge. The ventilation is also so loud that it destroys warm ambience — you can hardly hear the music produced by the sole entertainer via keyboard. On my last visit, 90% of the audience consisted of Swiss.

We had a good time in the hotel. The only detail that bothered me was the main pool which is way too cold. And the Vulcano Club, which is a smoker, is very regrettable.

Everything was wonderful. The only shortage was the service at the dinner from the second day. No wine was poured in, the water cleared without asking and long waits. The operation on the first evening, on the other hand, was an absolute top class.
One wish would also be that the garmen should be thicker.

Fun resort in beautiful Black Forest with nightly activities.

Wanna be fancy. A short bit uphill from the lake. Nice bar. Mostly arrogant reception girls who don't greet or acknowledge one's presence and never care for the order of clients coming in. Right, ofc, because they pretend not seeing anybody if not so inclined. Back office more responsive and friendly. Multiple area layout needs better sineage or better employees. Facilities are good.

Great stay in the hotel. We highly recomend it if you want a quiet stay. The people from the hotel gave us a great stay. Nice breakfast and incredible SPA.

Excellent Wellness/Pool/Sauna area, very good food, overall very good and friendly atmosphere.

We stayed for one night in this famous hotel above the Schluchsee (although you're not able to see the lake in front of the hotel). We had a SPA treatment with massage and made use use of most of the SPA services including sauna, steam bath etc. The pool was very crowded but treatment was good. Same for the restaurant, there was no space anymore in the "Panorama Restaurant" at dinner time although we reserved a table for dinner at check-in time, but food was very good. The "4 Jahreszeiten" is equivalent to 4 star hotel with lot of international guests, in my opinion too much was going on and there was little personal touch in all areas.

Completely satisfied except for the service at dinner in the oven. It took a long time until the food and drinks were served, only the questions after we got our wine. The two tables with the dinner plates, bowls for garnishes and the glasses too small — we feel uncomfortable,

Room very nice, balcony bags should be addressed. Must be either geschletst or the close lifted. In the Badetimmer, a single-lever mixer in the bathtub would be not a luxury!
The two outdoor saunas ran on a day not (to 14 00)! The 80
Degree sauna the next day not! The outer Solenad never really ran!
At dinner, I'm not into duck liver and quail eggs. For this, it would be nice to get a decent portion of the main.

The hotel is recommended as a whole. Like, I come back on occasion. The quality who could dine in the comparison to the other standards somewhat higher.

The taps have disrupted us where one must mingle until forever own the right temperature.
The music is much too loud. Entertainment not possible. The children in the gym and swimming pool outside the game and spraying an hour were also somewhat disturbing.
Breakfast was good and sufficient, only there was no tables more after 9: 00. A separation due to the noise level would be good.
For €254 the night, we would have expected even a fridge in the room.

Is second time we have been at 4Jahrszeiten. IS very good for a relaxing week end. Waiters and people are usually very freindly and we really enjoied it. Just to observation to improve: 1. On Sunday within the the swimming pool and, even worst, the hydromassage there were 5-6 children (age 8-10) who were dangerously diving such as they were in a 2 meter trampoline. There were not just playing, they were invading the freedom and the safety of other guests. No-one said took any action. 2. Very impolite employee at the check-out this morning. I want to underline that all other staff from the hotel were nice and smiling all time, even if in very busy situations such as the breakfast or the dinner. This girl (probably the supervisor, so even worst) replayed with rudeness treating me like a dumb; we simply had a misunderstanding while we were speaking in English during the check-out. Then she was even more rude when I asked a question regarding the shuttle service from the hotel to the station, again treating me like a dumb. Differently from last year-when I said to myself I will come back — I left the hotel with a bad feeling and is not nice that a single person, probably because she is having a bad day, ruins the professionallity of many people who work hard. In a 4 star hotel you don't expect this… maybe in a hostel…

It was a very pleasant holiday in a friendly atmosphere.
As a suggestion: In our double room 408 is present only a Chair and a stool the but to the read or watch TV not is very pleasant.
In the swimming pool, the Amartur in the rock shower should be renewed, was already broken last year.
The water in the swimming pool was very pleasant temperature.

I know the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee for a very many years. The quality, the friendliness, the Service, everything just Perfect. More so and each time gladly again.

The room was great, the Service was exceptional, all very friendly. Unfortunately, I had forgotten previously, appointments for the Spa, had received no appointments. The Abendesses was good — but fish every day… I participated in a hike very well. The Snack bar by the fireplace is a good idea, but
it is the Gemuetlchkeit is missing, We come regularly, were guests at the Hetzel Hotel!

Everything… It is a very nice hotel. A huge breakfast generally eat tasty nice ambience. And the rooms are cosy :)

When I'm in a Spa go, I would like as a customer my choose to eat can from a card. Tastes good to me the zugeteilete eat not really, I have a bad impression and will not go more there. From the 6's menus you will not be Tired. By coincidence, I have the two pairs of the same heard where some times were with you. I think if I a not a cheap weekend bar should I eat can warauf I losses have. It is clear that at the Christmas schwirig for the kitchen but then you can Buffe and thus, anyone can eat what it tastes like. Since Bella Vista Buffe was Perfect for that was really great! Room was cold until we found out had where to fix it the vacation was over! No Minibar, this is not at all : — ( Very clean room, enclosure, Perfectly highly recommended. Otherwise, it all fitted and would like to have me for din Friendly stay thank you.

The Hotel is fantastically beautiful. The staff of winds a Wreath. It couldn't be better! the staff is very pre-empt, helpful, and friendly. Really great. Not great is the noise of children screaming for Breakfast, dinner, and even if you have a slumber drink at the bar wants to enjoy, is not without the rum end of the race, and screaming children. Too bad. The power from the Spa hotel is a children's Paradise. For families with small children we would the hotel at any time further-recommend. However, not for couples to have a bit of rest and recreation. We have our boys, also big pulled. And know how alive children can be. WUNDERBAR! Fantastic! The WELLNESS facility is OUTSTANDING and the Hotel is very large. (Great for conferences) The staff is quick at getting you registered, and a nice Champaign welcome at the desk if you need to wait. From a variety of Massages, and varies pampering can be ordered. The pool is soothing and very family oriented. Many quiet areas an meditation corners. OH, did I mention the wonderful meals and great restaurants. What a beautiful way to start a breakfast on the terrace overlooking the black forest. A wonderful atmosphere in the evenings with entertainment in the lobby and a Disco for the young at heart. Just about 2 hours south of Stuttgart, and 1 hour from the Zurich Airport, it's a great vacation spot in Schluchsee. The largest Lake in the Black forest, and about 20 min. Around the mountain for skiing at the Feldberg. We have returned several times.

We were in the period from 19.07. — 26.07. In your house. It has us very well fallen. The beautiful, newly furnished Apartments with a separate children's room corresponded fully to our expectations. Spa and pool area were great. Both the Breakfast buffet, as well as in the evening 5-course menu was always varied and extremely exquisite. Particularly well us the Crossover between the two offered dinner menus please. And there was always the possibility of A la carte to avoid. Very friendly and helpful staff round out the very good impression. On the first evening we had a not-so-beautiful table (a bit noisy and restless). On demand at the reception we received immediately set a beautiful table at the large window. We can this Hotel really recommend it!

It's been SUPER beautiful! I've been there 5 or 6 times and I'm sure I'll come back. There is a great, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is FANTASTIC and takes care of the details. You feel "hosted" by friends everywhere in all departments. The food is varied and you can really please everyone, from breakfast to dinner buffets or a la carte! And the pies, cakes… ohhhhhh
The Ayurveda Centrum in the hotel has great massages and I can recommend the Sinkron massage or the intensive massage from the heart and selle. It's worth it! After the massage I felt like newborns… light and totally free.
The hotel has everything you need and the surrounding area is BEAUTIFUL. You can be in the swimming pool for a day and hike in the mountains the next day or sit by the lake and read a book relaxed. If you like canoeing, you can also try a round of "canoeing"!

Really good Hotel, but for the price I would have konfortablere room. There was neither an electric kettle, a Minibar in the room. The surrounding area is full of mosquitoes, because I had a mosquito net in mind. A window is expected. The provided toiletries (Shampoo and body lotion) were also quite skinny in comparison to other, much cheaper Hotels. And why do you have to over 35 degrees outside temperature the Pool in addition to heat, is also a mystery to me. All of this would be no Problem, would you 50-80 euros less in the night pay. The staff however was very friendly and the Breakfast is sensational. The Wellness area is also great.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr groß. Schönes Schwimmbad. Gepflegte Anlage. Kinderfreundlich. Guter Service. Hinweis: Die Zimmer können nicht abgedunkelt werden. Wir haben das Hotel mit zwei Kindern besucht und für uns wäre es wichtig gewesen, wenn wenigstens die Kinderzimmer einen entsprechenden Vorhang oder einen Rollo gehabt hätten. Ansonsten absolut empfehlendswert. :-).

Basically I was very satisfied with the Hotel and also with the staff. The was very attentive and usually quickly. Criticisms: 1. The Seating downstairs at the Bar are all uncomfortable. Longer, comfortable to sit and SIP cocktails is therefore rather difficult. They still try to please yourself time to sit there! 2. The Blankets were for the Season, just too hot. In the first night we almost sweated to death in spite of open balcony door! On my question/Please for thinner Blankets the next day, I then unloving two simple Plaids in the room was found. Refer I had the Plaids then himself… A bit disappointing for a Hotel of this (price /star) category. 3. At the reception were flyers that you fill out and review if you on a recommendation in the Hotel came to be. It was a voucher for the recommenders and a bottle of red wine for the guest promised. I have this filled out the form, because I was actually on the recommendation of this Hotel booked abe. Neither do I have the bottle of red wine get, still has the Recommending to get the coupon. 4. Basically, the food was half Board very fine, however, it was on Saturday evening, a kind of buffet evening, i. E. You had to take all the gears themselves at the buffet get. Very good Hotel. Friendly and Helpful staff. Every wish of the guests, if possible, fulfilled. The renovated room is bright and friendly. Morning Buffet and 6-course menu in the evening are the finest. The huge Wellness area invites to relax. It is missing at nothing. 3 Restaurants, Bars, (also in the pool) Disco everything is there. Dogs are in the designated tract welcome. This Hotel can only be recommended. One returns again and again in the oasis of well-being 4 seasons back.

Even if the Hotel already somewhat older is, we were very excited. From the very friendly reception on the modern guest rooms, to the delicious 6-goers in the evening just fits everything. All the premises were clean and in good condition. Much has been over the last few years probably gently renovated. There is also in nearly every corner of the hotel is good (max. 4Mbits/user) and reliable WLAN.

It was a beautiful Wellness-weekend. Everything was perfect from the 5-course menu up to the nice Service. At any time gladly again! Very recommendable Hotel.

I know your home for many years, since I have already several times together with my Tenniskollegen days you've spent. And since I am with each of them felt, I have my family to be animated, this time the Christmas season in "four seasons" to spend, and so have we with our four adult sons with you are made. 5 Nächte über Neujahr Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem aussergewöhnlichen Angebot. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Essen, vor allem im Haupthaus (ausser Bella Vista) war ausgezeichnet Leider ist Kommunikation nicht gerade die Stärke des Hotels (Tagesinfo mal hier, mal dort, teilweise vergriffen, Übersichtsplan! (das Hotel ist sehr verschachtelt), Abendveranstaltungen, etc), zudem gibt es doch einige Kleinigkeiten, die nicht stimmen (Tischsuche beim Frühstück, teilweise überlastete Bedienung, Anmeldung für Silvester mit 30 Minuten Warten, im Hause selber keine Abfalleimer (Nastücher! ), pro Haus nur zwei Lifte, die ewig auf sich warten lassen, Möglichkeiten, Tücher und Badekleider zu trocknen, kaum Kleiderhaken, Ablage im Schrank höchstens für 2 Tage, etc. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis so so la la Trotzdem danke für den Aufenthalt.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, and especially enjoyed the Ayurveda wellness experience. Dr. Arosha was very good! The food was fantastic and the staff (front desk and restaurant) were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room, the whole hotel great offer for activities (hiking, other sports. ) or total relaxation, huge swimming pool and relaxation area, sauna, wellness, and very good food is but not too over the top, very well maintained in the Black Forest style —. We'll be back.
