It's a pity that Google allows only 5 stars max. Inevitably the best accommodation of our 4 days long trip. The hotel is located in a very quiet and scenic place along the highway. Very close to feldberg tower. The rooms are very comfortable and had clean towels. We also received the very useful Hochschwarzwald card for free from the hotel. The hosts are what makes it special. Richard, our host went beyond normal in suggesting bike rentals, cooking food late night, and even picking us up one day from Titisee. They made us feel free and at home. Don't miss this place. I am coming again in winter here for sure.

The holder (I think) is a rough-looking big guy. He turns out to be a very courteous and helpful person. We decide to dine here. On trustThe owner translates us into English from the menu in German.
Winning choice. Three dishes with spatzle and meat and soft drinks 48 euros.
Good quality. Plenty of portions.
The feeling is to be the only ones in the hotel.
