➜ This property cancelled our booking on DAY, because it was full: we had booked several months in advance! Why didn't he just stop accepting other bookings? Mystery… But either: booking offered us another establishment, 50 cents more expensive which is not the sea to drink.
Only here it is: when we tried to book this other property, the booking site prevented us from doing so by telling us that we had another reservation on that date! Because the booking for Villa Casanova had not been cancelled… indeed, when we called this hotel, they told us that in the meantime someone else had cancelled, which made our room available again. But rather than call us to tell us, they gave it to someone else! Result: we slept in our car that night, and this property still charged us that night! We have never seen customer service so deplorable and dishonest: we must avoid this establishment at all costs!
